I placed an online order, prepaid, and the same was dispatched by seller via BlueDart. Allegedly, two packages were sent by the seller via the same tracking number (AWB). The order reached my city on October 2, one week before Durga Puja and abnormal traffic conditions. However the same was not delivered to me for a month. After repeated complaints, a parcel was sent to my house on October 29 which was received by my mom. This contained only one item, whereas my order was for two articles. So far, I have not been able to reach BlueDart over the toll free customer care number. Mails to Bluedart have not provided any solution either. Recently, Bluedart erased all the tracking updates on the AWB No in question and updated the same as delivered on November 23, which is not true. Also, Bluedart very frequently updates tracking status as "Consignee out of station" whereas we are available at the delivery address. I have faced this multiple times and had to contact sellers to reschedule deliveries. This time, a paid order has gone missing and I am not able to talk to the concerned personnel as the contact details provided are not functioning.
