I had placed a shipment on 24th November at Bangalore. The shipment had chocolates for my family in Trivandrum. Since it is a perishable item I had checked with the service on when it will be delivered and I was told it will be delivered on 26th. It didn't happen. When I called customer care they told me they were not able to reach the recipient. (In that case you should have called me back).
Sunday holiday, Monday was bandh. So finally it was supposed to reach on Tuesday. Today from afternoon I am keep on calling customer care and they keep updating me it is out for delivery. Finally they gave me the delivery person's contact number.I called him several times and he disconnected the call. I again had a call with customer care and finally the recipient got a call from office at Ulloor, Trivandrum. They updated that they will send the shipment if they have someone going towards that region. (IS this for what I paid?) The most wonderful part is the courier office people know the house exactly where it needs to be delivered. Still they were giving excuse of not able to reach recipient!!!

What an awesome service !! It had chocolates worth of 20 dollars. On top I had paid a whooping fee of 1860 to get it delivered on time. Now all this money is gone in vain and my shipment never reached my dear ones. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received.

    Hi,
    I understand from your Edapally, Cochin Office that directions have been received by them to open and see the contents of all envelopes being handed over for courier at Edapally Branch. I find this direction really ridiculous and today a document handed over by my representative in a sealed envelope was opened and seen by your executive. You have various means of seeing the contents in a sealed cover either through x-ray machine or what ever other means. This is trying infringe into the privacy of the documents which are being send. After opening seeing, you put the courier in your own envelope and send. What is the guarantee that the documents would not get lost or even you would open it further. I would like to know about specific regulations or law with which you have instructed your branch to open all envelopes.

[protected] and it is delivered to some other person and when I sent a mail to blue dart they gave a random person name, who doesn't even exists in my apartment.. and they are least bothered to reply me again..         Really don't know how you are following the matter and what steps you are taking for its delivery. Really irritated to see the status Address Incorrect. Yesterday as per your update the person attempted delivery at 18-50 Hrs which is beyond normal working hours (10-00 Hrs to 18-00 Hrs).

        Would you kindly favour me by delivering the same today without any excuse.

          This airway bill number was not delivered to me yesterday with reason landmark not available owner name not available

          I want to bring this to you that i have never faced this problem from any courier company not even blue dart, i m currently facing this problem for airway bill number

          Please check earlier reference bluedart deliveries they had successfully delivered package without any hiccups on right committed time, i am not sure why delivery person could not find such famous n easily traceable place, i did not even receive call from bluedart courier person to trace this place. This owner landlord thing somehow i am not able to digest, package delievery company to ensure in delivering package at address specified by customer, thats it...

          Please look in to this and help in delivering product today as i am going out of town. I seek your urgent help, bluedart has created standard in package delievery, please dont let that brand go down with this silly issue

            This is to inform you that the subjected packlet was dispatched on[protected] and i have reieved call from delivery boy on[protected] that the packedge will be delievered to my home on that day online but it was not delievered and when i try to call back that person he didnt answer the call. Moreover no one picks the call at your office. Till now i am waiting for my courier. This is very pathectic and worst service.

              I placed an online order, prepaid, and the same was dispatched by seller via BlueDart. Allegedly, two packages were sent by the seller via the same tracking number (AWB). The order reached my city on October 2, one week before Durga Puja and abnormal traffic conditions. However the same was not delivered to me for a month. After repeated complaints, a parcel was sent to my house on October 29 which was received by my mom. This contained only one item, whereas my order was for two articles. So far, I have not been able to reach BlueDart over the toll free customer care number. Mails to Bluedart have not provided any solution either. Recently, Bluedart erased all the tracking updates on the AWB No in question and updated the same as delivered on November 23, which is not true. Also, Bluedart very frequently updates tracking status as "Consignee out of station" whereas we are available at the delivery address. I have faced this multiple times and had to contact sellers to reschedule deliveries. This time, a paid order has gone missing and I am not able to talk to the concerned personnel as the contact details provided are not functioning.

                  My name is Sheeba Gulegulzar . This person calls up and talks very rudely, not even listening to the directions I am giving and cuts the call.He calls again and says he can't find the address, I try to give direction and again he abuses me so I hand over the call to my husband who asks him to come to Central Mall which is nearby. He arrives after several calls and when my husband asks him why he behaved rudely with me, he abuses him too and refuses to hand over the package.
                  Absolutely disgusting and horrific experience .

                  I urgently ask you to do the needful so my package arrives and take action against this delivery person.

                        I had ordered a dress from ajio.com on the 20th of November, which was to be sent to me through Blue Dart Courier Services and the bill was to be paid via Cash on Delivery system (COD). ajio.com sent me a message stating that the item would be delivered to me on the 24th of November, 2016. Later, they sent me a message stating that there might be a delay of 48 hours. Nevertheless, I called ajio.com on the 24th to ask them when the product would be delivered and they informed me that I would receive it at the end of the day, at around 1800 or 1900 hours. I waited and I did not receive the product. The next day (25th of November, 2016), I waited for the product again and did not receive it. I called them up again at around 12:16PM to inquire about the product. They told me that the product would reach me by the end of the day, again at 1800 or 1900 hours. They registered a complaint regarding this delay in delivery. I expected, on both days, that Blue Dart Courier Services would call me up to tell me the courier boy was there with my product, requesting me to come and collect and pay. On the 25th, when I did not receive any intimation till 18:44, I called ajio.com again and they requested me to track the delivery on Blue Dart's website. I checked the tracking and the status of the delivery had been updated to "Consignee Not Available at 1300 hours". They had not called me at 1300 hours nor did they send me an SMS and they had stated straightaway that I had not been available to receive the product. I checked online and saw that this difficult had been met by several other people using Blue Dart Courier Services. I called up Customer Care and they told me that it was not company policy to call the consignee and that the consignee was expected to stand at the given address so that the courier boy could deliver it directly to them. Other courier services do not expect the consignee to be waiting outside their homes/offices/other building at the given address. They do call the consignee and request them to come collect the courier. Blue Dart is highly reputed and it is riding on goodwill, thereby treating their consumers as per their wish. The Customer Care executive stated that the product, according to the details they received, was to be delivered today and yet, according to ajio, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday or before that. He was also extremely rude by making it sound like the failure of delivery was all my fault since I was not seen at the address, when it is their own fault that they could not bother to even contact me about the delivery.

                            My self sunil manohar, my docket no. is [protected] i have despached some urgent document from your courier service from patna and they charged for fast delivery, but now when i am tracking and approaching to your Delhi office they are saying it will take three more days to deliver the parcel. if i did not get my parcel my daughter future will be affected.

                              Shipment was not delivered 2 times consiquetively saying extension number not available. I am not sure why they are looking for extension number when i have provided my mobile number but not even once i was contacted. Both days shipment was returned without making any contact. I need my product to be delivered by today and contact me on my mobile number.

                                    Pathetic service provider, unethical, mis behavior organization
                                    Problem: requested a dr. Card from stancy bank on 09/11/2016, packet received by them on 12/11/2016, and they kept tge packet with them till 24/11/2016, and on portal they are updating as consignee address is not locatable, despite of several calls, they have not delivered it to my address. They ask me to collect from office and not going to deliver to my home whixh is hardly 3 km from their office.. When i went there they misbehaved, argued, shouted on me. I collected the packet from their office.. Ridiculous service providers

                                        I am waiting for my courier since 9.11.2016 which was dispatched from mumbai and reached ambala on 12th nov. But since than no one contacted me. I called to ambala office on saturday and ask about my courier but they didn't entertain. They gave me their courier boy no. Mr kuldeep ([protected]. I spoke with him and mr. Avinash but still didn't get my courier
                                        Please lodge my complaint as today status for my courier changes to return to shipper.
