First attempt on 10th December was failed as I was not at home. Same day I called up customer care and scheduled for delivery on 12th December. I was waiting at home to collect the parcel however no one came for delivery but there was a status update showing that "consignee Out of Station". I am staying at complex and our security team told that no one came from Blue dart as the security register. On 12th of December I have called up customer care at morning but did not get good response also person does not know how to talk with client same thing happened when I called up customer care after seeing the wrong status in online tracking system.
Please take action on them who has updated wrong thing and also who does not know what is customer care.

    Sir..i ordered a product in amazon..it was delivered on time but now i want to return the product..i have registered for return many in amozon.it has been said that blue dart courier service wil do it immediately.but it has been more tan 15 days..no one is coming for picking the product

      I'm order my phone 8 dec but i don't recieved my courier i call customer care but he told your courier in west delhi, for out for delivery...
      Tomorrow i call again blue dart services and ask again same out for delivery
      I ask i want pickup my courier your warehouse so again he said it's not possible because it's prepaid order so only home delivery... What the he'll???

        I have ordered red mi note 3 phone from MI store & they have courier it via Blue dart tracking number [protected].. when the courier boy reach my residance since i was not available there hence told the courier boy to come on 10 Dec & the same thing have told to Blue Dart customer executive & MI executive & they agreed to that! But to utter surprise today i called MI cust care to check my status since I have not received any package they said Blue dart might not deliver the package & disconnected the phone while blue dart executive were not attending the phone.
        please get my package deliver ASAP.

        Kindly Note: Worst service by blue dart & MI.com.. never ever will try to but any thing from mi.com

          Hi, I am very much disappointed as a customer with the services of Balasore franchise. I have ordered one item from Flipkart and the item reached Balasore on 16th November 2016. But they didn't call us for delivery and updated that landmark needed which was not true. When I updated the address after that also I didn't get a single call from them. When I enquired they told me collect the item from their office after 5th Dec 2016. When I further asked them why they didn't deliver the item, I simply get a response from them that the item was pretty big to be delivered at my home. Whereas I could easily fit that item in my 2 wheeler.
          My heartiest request to you to please follow this up on priority as I saw at least 5 people at that time collecting their item from the office. When I asked them they told me that they usually pick the item from the office.
          I am definitely raise a concern with Flipkart as well, as their reputation is also at stake along with blue dart due to this inefficient and irresponsible people at Balasore franchise.

            HDFC Bank sent me a courier, waybill number [protected], which I needed urgently. Courier reached Mumbai Hub on 2nd December, 2016. But they didn't deliver it. From 04.12.2016 daily am asking them the reason for this, they said that the complete address is not mentioned on the packet and there is no contact number of the addressee also. But, I know my complete address was clearly mentioned on the packet. When I inquired about the reason for not delivering...again it is coming like consignee was not in premises. It is such a big lie as my parents are always in home. I dint expect this from blu dart
            Immediate action will be highly appreciated.

                My brother sent me a courier, waybill number [protected] which I needed urgently, from Jammu to panchkula on 29th of November 2016 from Jammu. They charged 465rs for the same. Courier reached panchkula on 1st December but they didn't deliver it. On asking them the reason for this, they said that the complete address is not mentioned on the packet and there is no contact number of the addressee also. So I went to panchkula branch in sector 14 to pick it up myself. To my surprise my complete address and contact number was clearly mentioned on the packet. When I inquired about the reason for not delivering it to my place the lady there started with some random excuses. They charged me around 500 bucks for the service and still didnt deliver it or call me for the inquiry of the address. I mailed them but they only asked about the details and did nothing. Now they do not reply to my mails also.

                  I was watching the delivery of the product I bought online from Bata and delivery through you. First of all the message saying Address unlocatable/landmark needed is bogus as the address is very clear. I was tracking on your map the delivey person was simply roaming around Indiranagara and never bothered to come to our office and deliver the goods. I am extremely unhappy about the way in which your delivery action for this item.

I contacted with snapdeal and got a reply that they can't collect the details by the tracking number. So send to the proof of delivery to them. I contacted with the branch that I send these items.                         Unluckily my parcel was to be delivered through blue dart. It was the worst experience no other service would be as worse as blue dart. My order (waybill no-[protected]) was to be delivered on 3 dec an then it was delayed to 6 dec and now today is 8 dec still no one has attempted delivery and your ridiculous stupid empoloyees are displaying wrong messages like i refused to take. When i am eagerly waiting for my parcel why would i refuse to accept it. Your service is very very poor worst. I have seen its reviews more than95% people complained this only still this is the condition. When you cant work properly then please you should stop working. This is about blue darts lucknow service and i guess the same is with other places also. Either you dont have control on your employees or you are just ignoring this. This is the third time that my order has not yet been delivered. Improve your service or choose another designation where you cannot disturb the customers.

                          Bitter and very painful experience I have with your company. I have received one SMS from your company that I am supposed to receive my credit card today at 4.15 pm from your Jadavpur branch, Kolkata. Shipment No- AWB[protected]. Way Bill No- [protected]. The card has been reissued to me as the old card was not functioning. I stay in one of the prominent locality of South Kolkata at Upohar Complex, (Efficiency and Comfort), Flat No- E 603, Plot No- 2052, Chak Garia, Kolkata-700094, Behind Peerless Hospital, Near Kabi Subhash Metro Station. I have requested my wife to stay back Home throughout the day to receive the card. Very surprisingly, I have received one SMS that my address is not traceable. Believe me I stay in an apartment where there are 13 towers and it is not at all a rural or village area. I can bet on that your delivery boy did not visit to my address. When he was unable to track the address then why did not he call me up? This is not at all expected from a company like Blue Dart. Please help me by delivering the consignment.

                          Aside Miss Kochar- My credit card No is [protected] which has been reissued and I am yet to receive the card, unnecessarily harassed by Blue Dart company. Please help me by delivering my card.

                            I ordered from eBay. Reference : Awb# [protected]
                            The delivery person told me over the phone that he would come to deliver it today 8/11/16 at 12pm. I took the first half of my day off and waited. Blue dart then rescheduled it between 3-6pm. I further waited. In between I called several times to confirm, they said that it would definitely arrive. It's past 6pm and the delivery is not here yet.
                            I am also raising a formal complaint in consumer rights forum.

                                This is probably the second time that my document is being shipped through bluedart unfortunately which I never wanted to.
                                I have tried to track my courier and it was showing as shipment out for delivery but no one contacted me before coming for the delivery why???????
                                As I am working in a rotational shift, I have tried to cal the person so that I can inform him about the time so that he can deliver the courier but the person was extremely rude and he disconnected the call. When I tried to call again, he rejected the call and switched off his phone.. Why???? If you can't deliver the couriers on time then are you taking the couriers.. Poor service.
                                I haven't received my courier yet.. It happened the same last time. Why would I waste my time in chasing up you people huh!!!

                                I doubt bluedart in resolving my complaint, as the complaint is a continuous process in it and having looked at the resolved complaint so far. Seriously this company need to be sued.

                                After several try finally the guy received my call.. Hav informed him to contact me on saturday as I am on week off.. So there's no point of contacting me during weekdays as I will be in office and will not be able to receive the call as phone is not accesible and they don't deliver till 2pm.. This is extremely ridiculous service have ever experinced.
                                Poor company and its services.. It should be sued
                                POOR SERVICE!!! 😡

Every time my area deliver boy give wrong reason for not delivery my courier like house locked, address not located and landmark needed. All these reason are false. He is telling lie.this time again he I see doing same thing. My waybill no [protected] dispatched by ICICI bank which is contain very urgent documents but delivery boy not deliver to my address. For this document I will file case against blue dart in court.

                                    Please note as per our records, the module-i certificate was despatched on july 12, 2016 through blue dart courier (con no. [protected]) to bangalore.

                                    My mba certificate was delivered to someone else without my knowledge.
                                    I have sent several emails and called them stating that this wrongly delivered. they dont care to call or resolve the issue.

                                    I got a call 2 days back from bluedart saying that the parcel was delivered to my pg on 16th july and that he would raise a complaint against this, as it was not delivered. i told him that another agent called amit told me that it was returned. he disagreed and said that it was a wrong information. he also said that the university had raised a complaint against this.

                                    Please check the email from icfai university stating the same.

                                    Today, i called in to bluedart. shashi had taken the call and now she says that this was returned to the university and someone called anu h/k has received it.

                                    May i know the right information?

                                    I require your involvement in this as well. please escalate it. i did not receive any call from bluedart regarding during july 2016. i always get my text books on time and the agents call me to let me know that the parcel is in my place. but regarding both module 1 and module 2 certificates, i never got a call.

                                      When i am present at my home how you people can say that i am not present... With irresponsible why do your company take care of delivering the parcel... If you can't keep up your commitment at the right time why your company drops the message that your parcel will be delivered by so and so time... I just need proper response through your company side... I need to know that person or executive who has been visited our place and told that i was not present at home. Atleast not even call i have received that's my order has been reached my place. Without any information how can your company takes the decision and delivery the order one later. I need to contact the right person to talk about the complaint. Atleast now you guys take right decision.

                                        I had ordered two tanishq earrings through titan.co.in, they had sent the courier through BLUE DART. BLUE DART did not deliver waybill number [protected], but has updated the online status . I suspect that he faked my mother's signature .
                                        on cross questioning with blue dart, delivery man is lieing that he has delivered the package .
