My name is Sheeba Gulegulzar . This person calls up and talks very rudely, not even listening to the directions I am giving and cuts the call.He calls again and says he can't find the address, I try to give direction and again he abuses me so I hand over the call to my husband who asks him to come to Central Mall which is nearby. He arrives after several calls and when my husband asks him why he behaved rudely with me, he abuses him too and refuses to hand over the package.
Absolutely disgusting and horrific experience .

I urgently ask you to do the needful so my package arrives and take action against this delivery person.

    My Courier AWB No.is [protected]. This Courier Come to my place two time & Again Return to Chennai Twice. Now Third time it comes to my place without any Intimation...Because of Worst Service from Blue Dart... Your Shipping Executive Don't have permission to give any Intimation at the time of Shipping...But they have permission to ask any Unknown Person Regarding Consignee Address & taking Wrong Information from Unknown Person...
    After Taking Followups of shipping 2-3 Times in a day from Customer care...still Unable to deliver Shipment...No Proper Response...
    With my Request even though Customer care Executive havn't transfer my call to Sr. Customer Care Executive...Such Lowest to Lowest Worst Service & Feedback.

      But it is not delivered due to unable to locate the address (Land mark needed).
      So I have updated my address with the land mark please delivered the my courier (ATM card) with the below address as I have desperately needed -
      RZ-110, Raj nagar-1, Shiv Mandir Marg, Palam colony, New delhi - 110045, Near Sumisha Botique.

        I had ordered a dress from ajio.com on the 20th of November, which was to be sent to me through Blue Dart Courier Services and the bill was to be paid via Cash on Delivery system (COD). ajio.com sent me a message stating that the item would be delivered to me on the 24th of November, 2016. Later, they sent me a message stating that there might be a delay of 48 hours. Nevertheless, I called ajio.com on the 24th to ask them when the product would be delivered and they informed me that I would receive it at the end of the day, at around 1800 or 1900 hours. I waited and I did not receive the product. The next day (25th of November, 2016), I waited for the product again and did not receive it. I called them up again at around 12:16PM to inquire about the product. They told me that the product would reach me by the end of the day, again at 1800 or 1900 hours. They registered a complaint regarding this delay in delivery. I expected, on both days, that Blue Dart Courier Services would call me up to tell me the courier boy was there with my product, requesting me to come and collect and pay. On the 25th, when I did not receive any intimation till 18:44, I called ajio.com again and they requested me to track the delivery on Blue Dart's website. I checked the tracking and the status of the delivery had been updated to "Consignee Not Available at 1300 hours". They had not called me at 1300 hours nor did they send me an SMS and they had stated straightaway that I had not been available to receive the product. I checked online and saw that this difficult had been met by several other people using Blue Dart Courier Services. I called up Customer Care and they told me that it was not company policy to call the consignee and that the consignee was expected to stand at the given address so that the courier boy could deliver it directly to them. Other courier services do not expect the consignee to be waiting outside their homes/offices/other building at the given address. They do call the consignee and request them to come collect the courier. Blue Dart is highly reputed and it is riding on goodwill, thereby treating their consumers as per their wish. The Customer Care executive stated that the product, according to the details they received, was to be delivered today and yet, according to ajio, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday or before that. He was also extremely rude by making it sound like the failure of delivery was all my fault since I was not seen at the address, when it is their own fault that they could not bother to even contact me about the delivery.

          I stayed in my temporary address from morning to evening waiting for delivery guy.But when I called customer care in evening they said delivery guy came and called me.What a lie.According to them delivery guy called me at 5PM once and my cellphone was not reachable. On the other hand I was waiting for the delivery guy at main gate till evening bunking my office.

            My self sunil manohar, my docket no. is [protected] i have despached some urgent document from your courier service from patna and they charged for fast delivery, but now when i am tracking and approaching to your Delhi office they are saying it will take three more days to deliver the parcel. if i did not get my parcel my daughter future will be affected.

              Shipment was not delivered 2 times consiquetively saying extension number not available. I am not sure why they are looking for extension number when i have provided my mobile number but not even once i was contacted. Both days shipment was returned without making any contact. I need my product to be delivered by today and contact me on my mobile number.

                Upon calling the delivery person, a document was refused to be hand delivered since it was a credit card. The way customer representative spoke was very rude and hanged the phone.

                    Pathetic service provider, unethical, mis behavior organization
                    Problem: requested a dr. Card from stancy bank on 09/11/2016, packet received by them on 12/11/2016, and they kept tge packet with them till 24/11/2016, and on portal they are updating as consignee address is not locatable, despite of several calls, they have not delivered it to my address. They ask me to collect from office and not going to deliver to my home whixh is hardly 3 km from their office.. When i went there they misbehaved, argued, shouted on me. I collected the packet from their office.. Ridiculous service providers

                        I am waiting for my courier since 9.11.2016 which was dispatched from mumbai and reached ambala on 12th nov. But since than no one contacted me. I called to ambala office on saturday and ask about my courier but they didn't entertain. They gave me their courier boy no. Mr kuldeep ([protected]. I spoke with him and mr. Avinash but still didn't get my courier
                        Please lodge my complaint as today status for my courier changes to return to shipper.

                          I have booked some parcel through the amazon as per ur sms yesterday suppose to deliver but suddenly I have got the sms saying that Delivery of your order from Amazon with Blue Dart Awb# [protected] was unsuccessful due to address related issues. To reschedule, please call[protected] from 9am-9pm Mon-Sat.
                          But on the Same day ur delivery person reached twice to the Same address
                          Which is mentioned on the shipping address on thr parcel why he is not able to deliver the parcel i dint understand when i called blue local incharge he said it will deliver from last two days he is saying same
                          It is very poor service from the blue dart they Are behaving like some thing else poor response from the blue dart

                            Your courier services not good in Anantapur this company not delivered products to home every time, am suffering from your services.

                              "Your ICICI BANK shipment will be attempted by Blue Dart today. Track on http://bluedart.in/?[protected]

                              My address on bank records are correct, then why this happened.their delivery boy also didn't call on my mobile no.

                                Consignment way bill no. [protected] was booked on 15-11-16 at Hyderabad for delivery at Matigara, Silliguri, W.B..

                                Due to urgency of material at site, we booked it through Blue Dart. However, due to poor service of Blue Dart, material is still in transit. As on date, consignment is at Behragora Warehouse.

                                  I, Sub Maj Amit Kumar (Retd) have received a message from HDFC bank for mail delivery via Airway bill number [protected] through blue dart courier on 19 Nov 2016. But, the Blue Dart Courier, Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) has not delivered the same to me till 22 Nov 2016. My mailing PIN is 333001. They call me and told that pick your package at your own, otherwise they will return the same to HDFC Bank. While requesting for delivery at my mailing address they said that “if you want your mail, collect it from Blue Dart Courier Company only”. However, their behavior is very rude and they don’t have potential of consumer satisfaction. Finally, I have collected my mail from Blue Dart, Jhunjhunu, keeping in view of its urgency. However, I have rated Blue Dart Courier Agency at Jhunjhunu as “Worst Organization” due to the facts mentioned above.

                                      Whene book by blue dart i m sure i get it but now days blue dart start some new tipe business courier book and get charg and whene time for delivering blue dart employee deciding to deliver or fake deliver
                                      I m suffering from last 3 month i get it shipment number and all and after 2 day i getting msg from your side for delivery done by you

                                      Your company status for my shipment is delivered but till date i m not receiving my shipment if your person say its deliver than i want to pruf for delivering

                                        I am Rahul bearing tracking number [protected]. My citibank debit is undelivered due to security not allowed them inside. Blue dart didn't call or text me for undelivered. When I called customer care, due to security not allowed to come inside our premises they didn't deliver the debit card. This is completely unacceptable because no one is allowed inside in our campus. Everyone should deliver outside premises. How can I pickup the consignment as I will be in the same office from monday to friday 9AM to 6PM. And customer care doesn't even try to understand my concern and talking harshly. And they are saying previously we text you regarding undeliverable and that is previous delivery. Please try to understand my concern because we are not here to followup for deliverables.
