Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

Delivered the package to an unknown person. It has been more than 48hrs & still I don't have any information about my package. There is no information from Blue Dart where my package is. How unprofessional can a courier company like BLUE DART be, that they have misplaced the package.

A bluedart courier was awaited between 7-10 December 2016. It was delivered on 6th itself which is appreciated but timings of delivery were not checked and confirmed with the complainant. The delivery person arrived at home and then called up when I was not at home and even could not reach soon. He also could not reach and deliver at any alternative location. No one else was at home too and I had to find up someone else in neighborhood to receive it then.

It is suggested that a call in advance would be highly useful to both the parties saving upon the resources and time. Generally, delivery timings are checked by companies before delivery.

I believe the below statement says it all. I am very unhappy with the blue dart services. I placed my shoes order almost 3 weeks ago and still havent received it. Its been a week that my shoes are kept with blue dart and thers no action on it.

Please call me tomorrow and have the shoes delivered.

Bluedart at hamirpur, himachal pradesh always denies for delivery and tells to customers that u have to mandatory recieve ur courier at our office else we will not deliver it and when asked in detail always crying that we have staff crunches, so better bluedart u should close ur business i[censored] cant deliver

On my mail status there seem that i am not available but your boy came and meet me .

This is to bring to your notice that i had a courier from one of the banks and when i called the customer care at 12:50 the information was it will be delivered by today at 3:20 PM and again i call them at 3:45 PM they informed me that it will get delivered by today with in 6:00 PM and when i am calling them at 6:20 PM they are informing that today its already time so it will get delivered only by tomorrow. and they informed me that the person has reached the location and was unable to contact me.. For your information no one had come to my place or even called me on this regards..

Being a service provider in the world and if the customers are unsatisfied will they come back to you. And your name is getting spoiled by the lower level people

so please look into the issue and get my consignment reach by tomorrow at any cost..

Twice the shipment came in when i was not at home. After that 4 times i called up customer care and they assured the shipment will be delivered on the said day and hence i stayed at home. All the four times it has not yet been delivered. This is getting frustrating now. The first executive i spoke to... I do not remember the name. The other 3 i spoke to were shubhangi, radhika and alisha. All of them promised that the shipment will be delivered. Radhika on the 3rd of dec confirmed that the shipment is out for delivery. I was hence at home. Just an hours after i spoke to her on the online tracking site it was updated that the premises is restricted. The delivery guy did not even come to the society. I called back radhika and she said it will be delivered today. Alisha also confirmed that it will be delivered today but seems they are just fooling customers.

I was expecting my amex card delivery through blue dart today (Waybill no : [protected] reference no :[protected]. I came to know from customer care that it attempted delivery but returned back due to restricted entry in the office premises. I was outside the premises during that time, but didn't see any of the bluedart executives. Don't know how bluedart works. This should at least call me to my contacts. This is a bit awkward and like knocking my door without ringing the doorbell. Strange and poor service from blue dart.

Actually these days i'm on leave and my family also living in village for few days.

No body response to me, I call to Customer care today only 10 Times. Today out delivery. But still not received my Consignment.

I am call to Customer care today she tell today confirmed delivery. I am waiting for long time but still not dispatch.

I am working and my wife also working. So noboday in my home, I am take leave today afternoon also . But very poor communication in Blue Dart.

Bluedart courier systmem of Belgaum is not working properly,
Courier has not at all tried to deliver the couriers,
I have personally went to courier office and collected the shipments.
And for other shipments, Status being updated in the database is totally wrong, when contacted to the office, getting the answer as - the delivery persons are on leave.

Kindly take an strict action over this.

My name is venugopal. I had sent a few documents from pune to mumbai on 1st dec 2016 with an urgent delivery option (Before 10:30 am) and paid inr 460 for it. The airway bill number was [protected]. This was really urgent as it was for my visa processing for china visa under the urgent category for my travel next week.

I always thought blue dart was a trusted brand and would deliver my shipment without any hassles as i have done this kind o[censored]rgent delivery before as well.

However today i did not get any update/sms or call from blue dart about the delay in delivering my shipment. It was around 12 pm in the afternoon and i had to then go to the local blue dart centre here in hadapsar, pune from where i had sent the courier yesterday. The gentleman told me that his system was showing that the shipment reached mumbai at 9am itself and was out for delivery only at 10:22 am. Even then there was no signs of delivery till 12:50 pm.

I had to then call up the customer care number to track my shipment and get a status on my shipment. They took my contact number and mentioned that they would get back to me on the status. However till now i havent received a call back from them.

Eventually i had to find my own contacts in blue dart and get it delivered urgently to my party in mumbai which happened at 12:50 pm which is well above 2 hrs delay as per the time promised to me (10:30 am).

What was even more shocking was i received a message from blue dart at 1:20 pm that my shipment was delivered at 10:30 am. This is a serious mishap and a blatant lie from a brand and a trusted shipment partner and can face serious consequences under the court of law if i file a complaint.

Now because of this delay, i had missed out on a day for filing my visa and would have to do it only on monday because the consulate office is closed on the weekend.

I expect a call or at least an email from blue dart to rectify this mishap and refund me my entire money which i had paid for the urgent delivery. Otherwise i dont mind filing a cheating case on the company to have sent me wrong information on sms about the delivery.

1.) 30th Nov - i get a message at 17:53, that i premises was closed (interestingly my premises happens to be Ivy Apartments and not a Bungalow which was found locked. We have a guard room of 5 guards with a register which is 500metres from my house. they seem to have never called us and neither remember any courier which was refused back.

2.) 1st Dec - i get a call at 18:16pm from [protected] (and truecaller show delivery man), as i was driving i missed the call. then i stopped the car and called on this same number 10 times between 18:18 and 18:25 only to be disconnected each time by the person on other side.

3.) Then i called up the call centre at 18:55 and spoke to Call centre executive who informed me that "Firstly sir your house was not traceable, secondly you never picked up the phone" to which i narrated the whole story above and asked him "How could 1st day my house be locked and second day untraceable".

Anyways leaving it to you guys !!! but i think Blue Dart has become worse than many local couriers. Full address of the most high end apartments given and they are unable to trace.

Please introspect on quality of recruits you are doing.

Even after several mails and phone calls they failed to deliver my package on 23 Nov 16 and 25 Nov 16 between the agreed time between 4 PM to 7 PM. T

I haven't received the product.I got message when it is dispatched, after that no communication.As it been so many days, when i checked bluedart status, it is showing delivered.
Soon after seeing status ...i sent them mail saying i havent received .They replied saying .. we already delivered product to some person.
When i replied them back saying there is no person with that name where i stay...No response from them.. What does this mean .Do i need to leave as they delivered someone else.

Please take respective action to deliver the product soon.

I had sent an envelop through blue dart express ltd with doc no [protected], beltola branch, guwahati on 24th nov 2016 to my wife name t. Sandhya ditya, barkatpura, hyderabad 500027 on which i had also mentioned her phone no but to our surprise it had reached her very lately on 28th nov 2016 at hyderabad address and to our surprise the contents of the envelop were already removed and stapled on one side.in the envelop i had sent my personal letter to my wife and rs 15000 [ rs 2000 x5 notes and rs 100x50 notes] as my wife was facing hardship in getting the money and it was my hard earned salary money. Infact when my wife informed that she had not received the envelop even after 2 days i had called on [protected] to track on 26th nov it was informed that it went to guwahati airport and they are sending it to hyd, it shows that the breach and theft happened at blue dart beltola guwahati as intentionally they sent from their office to guwahati airport after 2 days. I had given written complaint at beltola guwahati blue dart on 28th nov itself but their is no inquiry and no response. Hence again i am writing here i would like to know:

1. On the envelop i had clearly mentioned about the receivers and senders name with full address and phone nos why it was delivered after 4 days after keeping the envelop for 2 days at guwahati and if the currency is not supposed to be sent they should have returned the envelop to the sender as my full address details with ph no was mentioned.

2. I strongly feel the blue dart beltola guwahati branch is the culprit as they opened my cover and taken away the letter and money instead of returning to the sender.

3. Your beltola guwahati branch had breached the customer trust on blue dart by delivering the envelop lately and by tearing it and clipping it and taking away the contents.

I request to look into this matter and punish the blue dart beltola guwahati dishonest branch and staff and see that my letter and rs 15000 with 310 rupees of courier charges are returned in 2 days time else i will be approaching police to file an fir on blue dart to take action.

Dont prefer bluedart courier services as they are truly unprofessional.

My three shipments are undelivered. The delivery boy updates incorrect return information and never leaves a receipt or call the recepient at his given authorised number.

Plua the customer care peraona prathibha and romesh are not at all professional. Their team supervisor is always busy when u want to escalate the issue.

Never go for bluedart..
