    I haven't received the product.I got message when it is dispatched, after that no communication.As it been so many days, when i checked bluedart status, it is showing delivered.
    Soon after seeing status ...i sent them mail saying i havent received .They replied saying .. we already delivered product to some person.
    When i replied them back saying there is no person with that name where i stay...No response from them.. What does this mean .Do i need to leave as they delivered someone else.

    Please take respective action to deliver the product soon.

      Dear sir

      I had sent an envelop through blue dart express ltd with doc no [protected], beltola branch, guwahati on 24th nov 2016 to my wife name t. Sandhya ditya, barkatpura, hyderabad 500027 on which i had also mentioned her phone no but to our surprise it had reached her very lately on 28th nov 2016 at hyderabad address and to our surprise the contents of the envelop were already removed and stapled on one side.in the envelop i had sent my personal letter to my wife and rs 15000 [ rs 2000 x5 notes and rs 100x50 notes] as my wife was facing hardship in getting the money and it was my hard earned salary money. Infact when my wife informed that she had not received the envelop even after 2 days i had called on [protected] to track on 26th nov it was informed that it went to guwahati airport and they are sending it to hyd, it shows that the breach and theft happened at blue dart beltola guwahati as intentionally they sent from their office to guwahati airport after 2 days. I had given written complaint at beltola guwahati blue dart on 28th nov itself but their is no inquiry and no response. Hence again i am writing here i would like to know:

      1. On the envelop i had clearly mentioned about the receivers and senders name with full address and phone nos why it was delivered after 4 days after keeping the envelop for 2 days at guwahati and if the currency is not supposed to be sent they should have returned the envelop to the sender as my full address details with ph no was mentioned.

      2. I strongly feel the blue dart beltola guwahati branch is the culprit as they opened my cover and taken away the letter and money instead of returning to the sender.

      3. Your beltola guwahati branch had breached the customer trust on blue dart by delivering the envelop lately and by tearing it and clipping it and taking away the contents.

      I request to look into this matter and punish the blue dart beltola guwahati dishonest branch and staff and see that my letter and rs 15000 with 310 rupees of courier charges are returned in 2 days time else i will be approaching police to file an fir on blue dart to take action.

        Dont prefer bluedart courier services as they are truly unprofessional.

        My three shipments are undelivered. The delivery boy updates incorrect return information and never leaves a receipt or call the recepient at his given authorised number.

        Plua the customer care peraona prathibha and romesh are not at all professional. Their team supervisor is always busy when u want to escalate the issue.

        Never go for bluedart..

        Very worst experience.courier boys are cheaters.they dint deliver the parcel.they came to my hme the next day and said that they delivered to me.pls do keep a eligible courier man not liers and cheaters.

          I was about to receive my product via bluedart and they have been sending me message that they are unable to deliver the product and the reason is unknown. Since past 2 weeks m calling there office everyday and they are just making mw wait and wait.. finally in the 3rd week they said that they cannot deliver the product and they gave some crap reason for that. worst service and if they cannot deliver a product in kolkata city then why do they accept the order.

When I tired to contact them they were ignoring my calls. On a final note when they received my call they spoke to me very rudely and told me they will deliver it tomorrow

                  I purchased a "Studd Motocross Plain Full Face Helmet" with order no-[protected] and AWB Number: [protected]. This product is arrived at Lucknow zone on 25th nov16 but i did not get yet. When i checked status of courier it was showing "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery" but i checked today it is showing"Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed". In this duration i tried to contact Bluedart and paytm care also but they are not provide ant proper contact no which is properly working.. Already forward email regarding this issue but i did not get any response from both side. I humble request you please take action immediately against of both..

                    I had placed a shipment on 24th November at Bangalore. The shipment had chocolates for my family in Trivandrum. Since it is a perishable item I had checked with the service on when it will be delivered and I was told it will be delivered on 26th. It didn't happen. When I called customer care they told me they were not able to reach the recipient. (In that case you should have called me back).
                    Sunday holiday, Monday was bandh. So finally it was supposed to reach on Tuesday. Today from afternoon I am keep on calling customer care and they keep updating me it is out for delivery. Finally they gave me the delivery person's contact number.I called him several times and he disconnected the call. I again had a call with customer care and finally the recipient got a call from office at Ulloor, Trivandrum. They updated that they will send the shipment if they have someone going towards that region. (IS this for what I paid?) The most wonderful part is the courier office people know the house exactly where it needs to be delivered. Still they were giving excuse of not able to reach recipient!!!

                    What an awesome service !! It had chocolates worth of 20 dollars. On top I had paid a whooping fee of 1860 to get it delivered on time. Now all this money is gone in vain and my shipment never reached my dear ones. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received.

                      Hi,
                      I understand from your Edapally, Cochin Office that directions have been received by them to open and see the contents of all envelopes being handed over for courier at Edapally Branch. I find this direction really ridiculous and today a document handed over by my representative in a sealed envelope was opened and seen by your executive. You have various means of seeing the contents in a sealed cover either through x-ray machine or what ever other means. This is trying infringe into the privacy of the documents which are being send. After opening seeing, you put the courier in your own envelope and send. What is the guarantee that the documents would not get lost or even you would open it further. I would like to know about specific regulations or law with which you have instructed your branch to open all envelopes.

                            This airway bill number was not delivered to me yesterday with reason landmark not available owner name not available

                            I want to bring this to you that i have never faced this problem from any courier company not even blue dart, i m currently facing this problem for airway bill number

                            Please check earlier reference bluedart deliveries they had successfully delivered package without any hiccups on right committed time, i am not sure why delivery person could not find such famous n easily traceable place, i did not even receive call from bluedart courier person to trace this place. This owner landlord thing somehow i am not able to digest, package delievery company to ensure in delivering package at address specified by customer, thats it...

                            Please look in to this and help in delivering product today as i am going out of town. I seek your urgent help, bluedart has created standard in package delievery, please dont let that brand go down with this silly issue

                              This is to inform you that the subjected packlet was dispatched on[protected] and i have reieved call from delivery boy on[protected] that the packedge will be delievered to my home on that day online but it was not delievered and when i try to call back that person he didnt answer the call. Moreover no one picks the call at your office. Till now i am waiting for my courier. This is very pathectic and worst service.

                                I placed an online order, prepaid, and the same was dispatched by seller via BlueDart. Allegedly, two packages were sent by the seller via the same tracking number (AWB). The order reached my city on October 2, one week before Durga Puja and abnormal traffic conditions. However the same was not delivered to me for a month. After repeated complaints, a parcel was sent to my house on October 29 which was received by my mom. This contained only one item, whereas my order was for two articles. So far, I have not been able to reach BlueDart over the toll free customer care number. Mails to Bluedart have not provided any solution either. Recently, Bluedart erased all the tracking updates on the AWB No in question and updated the same as delivered on November 23, which is not true. Also, Bluedart very frequently updates tracking status as "Consignee out of station" whereas we are available at the delivery address. I have faced this multiple times and had to contact sellers to reschedule deliveries. This time, a paid order has gone missing and I am not able to talk to the concerned personnel as the contact details provided are not functioning.

                                    My name is Sheeba Gulegulzar . This person calls up and talks very rudely, not even listening to the directions I am giving and cuts the call.He calls again and says he can't find the address, I try to give direction and again he abuses me so I hand over the call to my husband who asks him to come to Central Mall which is nearby. He arrives after several calls and when my husband asks him why he behaved rudely with me, he abuses him too and refuses to hand over the package.
                                    Absolutely disgusting and horrific experience .

                                    I urgently ask you to do the needful so my package arrives and take action against this delivery person.
