One item airway bill no.[protected] was to be received at my residential address sriniketan appt flat no f2 bhattacharya para, n/l rath bari, kolkata, west bengal, 700154. On 22.10.2016 through blue dart express ltd and as per tracking record of blue dart express ltd and email from senders it is confirmed that the item has been delivered to me on 22.10.2016 at 10.20hrs. But fact is that till date have not received the item.
It is further surprising to me that as per record of blue dart express ltd that shipment out for delivery from blue dart express ltd’s garia hub at 10.17 hrs on 22.10.2016 and same has been delivered to my address at 10.20 hrs on same date which is practically impossible because the distance between blue dart express ltd’s garia hub to my residence is more than 2km.
Please look into the matter immediately and do some needful
