    Its regarding delivery of icici credit card awd [protected] on mention home address. I spoke with customer care on which they gave confirmation it will be delivered by 18:35, but still i am have not recieved it, i have wasted by whole day waiting for it, that too it was my week off. So i am extremely sorry to say that your world class courier service is not at all satistactory. I am writing it to my concern bank that i wont want my credit card delivered through your courier service which i wont accept it.in near future i wont suggest anyone to go for it. Hope you can understand as in you people donot value time of your customer.

      This is to inform you that i have booked the material under the c/n no [protected] dt 10/08/16 but till date i have not received the material,. I have spoke in your customer care with m/s sunita banerjee on 17/08/16 and she assure me that i will get a material on 18/07/16 but its 19/08/16 but till today at 1.30 pm i have not received any material. Today at 19/08/16 another person whom i talk in customer care mr raj mallick he told me that we will track your material and at 12.30 pm i will call you and inform me about the status of the material but he din call or inform me. And instead of him i call in customer care and a girl is telling me we have taken up a matter and we are doing are best to track your material what, if you people are not giving the material in time than why you people are taking a material, i am very sorry but from now onward i will tell every body that dont booked any material from bludart. Third grade service is there just they are not giving service but just they are charging double and doing business and earning money. This is not expected from you people this is bull but nothing else

        Blue Dart hope to understand the difference between the Address mentioned in the "TO" column and the address mentioned in the "FROM" Column . Two days back I was in Latur and unfortunately thought o[censored]sing your service. Since i had very little time to send rakhi to my loved once, and as assured to me the same was suppose to reach to "TO" address i.e Ghaziabad by 18/08/16. Since I am not a resident of Latur, and in case if the same remains undelivered, I wrote my resident address i.e., in Kalyan in "FROM" address.

        Blue Dart surprised me on 18/08 by delivering the same in Kalyan and over it asking me to sign on their signature sheet to assure that the same is been delivered to Ghaziabad.
        Is it JOKE ???

          Two weeks back, my icici debit card was shipped through blue dart. They are not giving my consignment since my address is changed. Several times i called to that branch and requested. But he is not ready give it even though i am ready to show my id proof and account proof and i am ready to collect it directly also. Main thing is that the person is very roodly speaking. Is this the way to speak to customer? Even that icici bank branch manager also spoke to him. His way of speaking was so worst. I want that consignment urgently. I[censored] r not ready to despatch means i want this statement as in write up. That person name is jagadeesh from thillai nagar branch, trichy, tamil nadu. My consignment number is awb [protected]

            I have placed order for a pack of 5 led watches [order no. 96671348] with shopclues. Shopclues has confirmed that the consignment is being sent through blue dart courier services and will be delivered by 18/08/2016.
            After tracking it is found that the said article has been deliver, but i have not received the consignment yet.
            I want to know that where and to whom they have delivered my article?
            Who has received my consignment fraudulently?

            I have placed an order of a pack of 5 led watches [order no. 96617348] with shopclues on 07/08/2016 and it was confirmed through them that the consignment has been sent through blue dart dhl courier services but after tracking [tracking status no. [protected]] it is found that the consignment has been delivered and it has been received by some biswas. Who is this biswas i don't know?
            I don't know where and why it has been delivered to a different person?

            I have placed an order of a pack of 5 led watches with shopclues, they have confirmed that the consignment is sent through blue dart dhl. While tracking it is found that it has been already delivered and the receiver is some biswas. Who is this biswas, i don't know and why my consignment has been delivered to him?
            Kindly try to find out who is that person and why my consignment has been delivered to him?
            Get it tracked and recover it from him and deliver it to me the right person.

              My awb is [protected] and mobile number is : [protected]
              The shipment is out for delivery since saturday 13th, aug 2016. As it was my office address and office remain close on saturday i asked their customer care representative for attempt delivery on either on primary address as i was ready to reach office if they agree or on alternate address which is my home address, but she denied for that and scheduled my delivery on 16th aug 2016 tuesday due to 14th and 15th aug being holiday i. E. Sunday and independence day. Again on 16th august delivery guy couldn't locate my primary address and didn't deliver. I asked their representative to deliver on alternate address same day if possible but again she denied so i asked for next day delivery and she scheduled it. Now on 17th aug 2016, it again went out for delivery and didn't delivery saying that "address unlocatable/ landmark needed", he didn't even call me to ask proper address if he is not able to locate and left it undelivered. On the same day i called customer care executive and asked her for concern so she then promised me to deliver on next day 18th aug, 2016. It was rakshabandhan on next day, so i double crossed her that was she sure to deliver me on holiday and she agreed. I called on 18th aug 2016 asking about delivery and she denies that she didn't make such commitment. Even other customer care representatives are answering rudely and not going to accept the complaints even stating that "its holiday we will not accept any complaints and we will not deliver today by anyhow"

                Awb#[protected] from hdfc ergo mumbai to me containing sensitive documents was sent for delivery against my signature. Blue dart pune delivery man for pin code 411060- mohammedwadi "dumped" it in my post box which is rarely opened. This is serious short service - look for my signature forgery to show delivered proof in the record, get hold of the employee responsible and call me so i can meet and confront him. This is shame on blue dart quality by your own employee - it is so true a company is only as good as the employee. Company management must not trust employee - require effctive and fool proof documentation of end person delivery by hand-nothing less.

                    Your representative at sonepat office (Parshant) doesn't know how to talk with the customer. My courier is with him in your office from last 4-5 days but not a single time he calls me and now the status is showing at amazon is "delivery attempted" but there is no delivery attempted at my office. Last week he misbehaves with us and also using abusive language. My tracking id for the current orders are:

                        Ref : [protected]. The delivery was never attempted and straight away rejected from Rajarhat hub where as I stay in south Kolkata, Behala. They didn't even bother to call me and notify about the parcel being declined. I called the customer service but my call was disconnected several times. Very incompetent and poor customer service.

                          Dear sir my pan card tracking no is [protected] i hv a complaint about delivery this document started from mumbai on 12th.. Reached raipur on 13th aug. It should be delivered on same day. But i understand some time not possible.. So may be next working day... I also understand 14th was sunday and 15th was national holiday.. So anyhow it should be delivered on 16 anyhow.. But instead of delivering it your raipur office put a total lie on status that customer is not available.. Which is totally wrong address is for my home and i was here whole day no body came and no body called.. This is shameful for organisation like you. Give me your more emails of your higher authorities i will talk to them. Today is 17th, half day gone.. And again shameful act that neither its delivered nor status is updated till now its 1.45 pm. When i will get it what is diffrence between your and other normal courier services??? You should really improve your service... When i called yourraipur office they said its ony pan card so not important.. Its strange i am writing about it to india government too.. Thanks

                          When i told him that you hv posted totally wrong update at your website he was amused and told me i am right he knows he is wrong. Also clearly told me that your staff is not available and i will get it tomorrow.. Why??? When i cross questioned he could not give any reasonable answer just said nobody is working today.. Pl check recording its 1.55 pm now i just put up phone..
                          Its strange experience from such a big courier... Give me your higher authorities emails and phone no. I will report to them

                            I waited yesterday morning as it supposed to be deliver yesterday only.. How come it has been closed.. Is any one responsible person is there who can reply in this regard.

                                Dear sir, i have ordered one mobile phone redmi 3s prime grey 32g on dated 09.08.2016 (time : 12:03pm) for rs.8999/- order number was [protected] as i check my delivery status on today morning there mentioned no delivery due to consignee refuse to accept so cancelled.
                                But at my given mobile number no calls have been received from the courier company, i contact their local address hisar office, they given the same reason, my tracking number is [protected]. you are kindly requested to please check the matter on urgent basis. it is not fair to cancel the order without given any reason. it will break the trust of customers.
