AWB# [protected], my product has been reached Gurgaon on 25th July with bludart and since then they have not delivered it even they didn't contact me once though I contacted them 10 times at least regarding the same to deliver ASAP daily. They are saying, they will deliver today but they don't deliver at EOD. This is the worst service experience. They are even not allowing customer to collect their order. Shame on them. This consignment is lying in vimananagar office since last 2 days and the team there is only updating comments as no landmark found. I have already called your customer service and confirmed the landmark but the team is not arranging a call back to me. I see this is the worst service provided by bluedart and going forward i am not going to recommend this for any material delivery.
Really bad service. No customer touch provided....

I have given my adress in detail, yesterday also while the bluedart guy was called i have told my adress in detail. But in status it is showing 'incomplete consigee adress'/land mark needed. The disapointment level is too high and i would expect this to resolve soon. I need help very soon. Thank u.....

I was out of station and every time i used to get a call from bluedart but this time no one has called me today when i am back to delhi and check the status through website o[censored]rs its mentioned delivered to vikas. I have verified everyone in my building there is no vikas residing. Kindly look into this on a urgent basis as its for my eyes i cant live without those lenses.

The expected date for my delivery was 26th July 2016, I stayed home all day checking out the Blue dart tracking thing and at the end of the day the status mentioned that 'Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed'. I dont know how these people are trained that they can't find a house that is on road. Twice they came to deliver the card 1st time it was a week ago now the second attempt was made yesterday and every time they email me back that i dont stay at that address, but when i do online shopping then those people never face problem in finding my house so just guessing who is at fault here...???
And then they use such numbers which you cant...

This is regarding consignment no - [protected] sent through blue dart express limited from
Bhubaneswar to burdwan on 18th july, 2016.

While booking the consignment, i was informed that it would reach within 2 days by 20th july.
I am extremely disappointed that it was urgent for me to be delivered in time but it has been a week and it has still not been delivered....

I suggest that this company should have stopped providing delivery services if it can't manage properly.

They updated false status of my unavailability even the delivery was not attempted for once.
They never pick calls to number +[protected], 5104696.

I have tracked my product. it has reached at jajpur road today morning.
I need of my courier today must. so i have contacted to blue dart office jajpur road.
At 12pm and 4pm. as per him delivery not possible today.
Why?

I was supposed to receive my consignment on 18 july 2016, but it got delayed.
Further i was not informed when it will be delivered. On 21 july 2016, the man from blue dart came to deliver the item without informing me and since there were only children at the home they told the person to come during evening time. When i came home around 2:40 pm the same day i saw a missed call and it was from blue dart....

I am disappointed to inform you on 8th july i have done courier through bluedart from bareilly to hyderabad and got assurance it will receive on 9th july but as per tracking it received on 16th july?? it was very important courier... explain the region??
Plz find attached courier slip and do the needful asap....

This complaint is against waybill no : [protected]. I was on leave today was waiting at my home to receive this courier as i got message this morning that it is out for delivery. Now when i check the latest status on the portal, it is showing "delivery attempted-premises closed" without any delivery attempt.

How is it possible?? How is the courier boy so irresponsible??
