Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

Am facing very frequent issues with bluedart team, they are not delivering the consignment as aggregated timeline. Not sure whether any kind of tracking mechanism of their field representative. My consignment is lying with them for past 2 days ([protected]), still there is no proper response on this.

Also there is multiple instance am facing with similar issue in past, on every time they excuse with some kind of fake reason and if track & asking for a status about the consignment they simply responding that your "number is not reachable" 0r "your are not responding the call" etc... Ridiculous guys

Even am insisting with my relatives and vendors don't go with blue-dart...

Worst service by blue dart. My consignment with waybill no : [protected] is under status "shipment out for delivery" for the last 3 days! No delivery made!
Every time i contact the toll free number –[protected], automatic message says "your parcel will delivered by eod today"!! But that 'today' never comes.
And most importantly the toll free number is not free at all! I saw call charges deducted at the end of the call!!...

Online status shows shipment delivered to hemant sharma but i was not at home at time. Its delivered to wrong address.

Telephonic contact at local office attendant says deliver in between 3 to 6 pm.
But the shipment not deliver, and after 6 pm not pic my call .

The massage was receipt in my mobile no. [protected] on 29/08/2016 as -
Your ebay order will be attempted by blue dart today. Track on http://bluedart.in/[protected]. from : ad-bludrt

Next day on 30/08/2016, massage is receipt as :-
Your order from ebay with blue dart awb# [protected] is undelivered since you weren't available. To reschedule, please call [protected],

My complaint is that with out contact and without reaching my door address, this false massage came to me and i am shocked that this type of massage receipt to me by reputed courier service whereas my wife was at home all the time on 29/08/2016. Please keep reliable courier boy so that order may be deliver costomer in time.

I haven't received my shipment till date as it's already arrived ahmedabad from mumbai on 26 august 2016.

It was not delivered on 26 august as i was not available but after 26 aug 2016 still no response or reply from bluedart and when i called one of their member's they are informing me that the shipment is still with bluedart and they also don't know when to deliver the shipment.

This is my waybill no:[protected], also i am attaching the picture of delaying shipment purposely.

Hdfc have sent a credit card, which is to my office address and this bad courier company blue dart do not have phone to call the person to whom the product was supposed to be delivered. well i called the customer care and asked about the late in deliver, the answer was mindblowing..!! " security did not allow the courier boy inside ", Mr blue dart ppl have some commonsense u have something called mobile through which u can contact me after reaching the office. the customer care girl was so arrogant she said " the courier could not be delivered until the courier boy is allowed inside the office" what crap ppl, no company will allow any courier boy inside the office, well they wont allow me if i dont have my id card. my AWB is [protected] pls do solve my issue.

The agent of bluedart express delivering the package is not delivering at home or office. He also charges extra amount for the package. And behaves badley with all customers. Not giving full service. Name of the agent is piyush malani. Please resolve our problem because monthly our parcel which we receive are coming minimum 3 to 4 times a month and its very annoying dealing with this agent. Behaves very rudely and uses offensive words while we complain about the inconvenience faced by us because of his incomplete service. Please take strict actions regarding our complain. Or change the agent for delivering parcel. It would be a better option and will also helpful in maintaining company's Good will and prestige.

On 23rd august a courier as dispatched from blue dart from mumbai to jaipur. Till date it has not been delivered at the address. Along with this a wrong shipment information is been shown on the track order details stating that premises is closed of the recipient for past five days. T
This is untrue as the recipient is available at the address stated in the courier. Not only this they did not even bothered to call once the delivery boy has reached the venue.
Also i had called them at all the numbers of mumbai, ahmedabad and jaipur centers of blue dart but no one is reponding on these numbers.

Sir,
I had opted for your critical courier service to send my visa documents to delhi. I was an urgency that my documents reach the next day and with the critical courier service, i was guaranteed to get it delivered before noon the next day. However as it was delayed a day by your company my visa is not processed in time. Im missing my flight. I am suffering a huge loss due to your delay - my visa, my flight, the cancellation price, the hiked flight costs. This is completely unexpectedly service.

My waybill no : [protected] patna service center shipment arrived dated 22.08.2016. Patna service center till today morning report shipment out for delivery then evening time consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed. But my address is same. My address details given are bellow:-

The pan card couriers are returned undelivered due to carelessness of company men. They don't make effort to make calls to receivers sufficiently. The following reference no. Are returned undelivered:-

I made a courier on 24th aug 2016 under waybill no : [protected]. It reached destination i. E bhubaneswar on 26th aug 2016. Last year i had sent courier to same address and that was delivered successfully. But today is 29th aug 2016 still it is showing "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". So this is unnecessary delay done by blue dart express. Please take immediate action although it got delayed for almost 3 days.

Delivery is on hold for documentation & it is on hold please do the needful because we have heavily invested in exhibition Material is going out for exhibition purpose against display & demonstration purpose on returnable basis not for sale Blue dart -Tulica Madam has confirmed that shipment has been cleared & now there will be no requirement of road permit we have already informed to Blue dart for exhibition how we can generate road permit & it is not possible & Blue dart has accepted said shipment with Delivery challan, self declaration & participation letter & on 26th Aug all of sudden they ask for sales tax declaration please check actual requirement of road permit for exhibition shipment for Maharashtra to Kolkatta because said shipment need to be deliver on time which is on hold now before 31st Aug 16 because from 1st Sept 16 we need to start exhibition please reply do the needful

I am expecting a Parcel From Yes Bank two days ago and Bareilly office is keeping that from last two days without bothered that customer is facing big problem with his behaviour.
Nobody is bothered to call and ask to deliver the parcel when I called they say they don't find address can you in today's world of technology if anyone gave you so pathetic replies.
First flight courier receive my pin number yesterday and deliver me today without calling me he is standing on my door.

Your service is so bad that I never prefer to go with this company in future.

Mi.com (Shipper) sent me phone through bluedart couriers on 12 aug 2016. And this is a shipment within a city of bangalore.

The online tracking says the shipment has arrived to banashankari office, banaglore on 13 aug,

I am contenously calling them from 13 aug and i get a readymade answer - 'sir the product will be delivered asap'

Even after 8-10 days i started doubting these guys and on my continuous query they now say the product is not traceable.

They have been tracing the product (Remember - it is with in a city) from aug 13 to till date. Not even confirming that they have lost it.

Micom says, i need to check with bluedart and they can not do anything.

Now, bluedart arrogantly writes me mail saying 'please contact the shipper' i. E. Mi.com.

I am caught between these tow third class companies and don't know how to get my product/money back.

Please help me with process to recover my product/money.

HI I am chethan,
my ref number is : [protected], when i check in online status is showing as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address". I have not shifted from that address. I am staying there from past three. I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.
