Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

My 2 consignments sent through blue dart courier not delivered to me. Suddenly today I got sms saying it's delivered to me and I only collected it. When I raised issue, concerned person is not allowing me to speak. He says his system accurate and he will enquire shortly. My question / concern is who is responsible if that consignment lost or missing used ? What the hell is going on with a reputed courier service company? Is there any control for this ?. I want this to be sort out immediately. My credit card delivered to wrong person. Please take it up.

I Sambeet Swaroop, Contact Number:+91 [protected], am the recipient of Order Id-[protected]/ Reference No. 610T51712. This Order contains Medicine sent by NetMeds.com. Order was shipped on 2nd Sep 2016 from Chennai for Bhubaneswar, Odisha. But not received till 7th Sep 2016. It has been already 5 days. When I am tracking this order, it is not showing any status after 3rd Sep 2016. When I am calling to the Customer Care, they are telling that I will receive this order by Today or tomorrow. Most of the time they do not pick up the phone also. I received a mail from your Customer executive telling that they will priorities this order to send me ASOP. But I am waiting since last two days.

Earlier I have received a consignment from the same shipper (HDFC Bank) by blue dart delivery at the same address.

I have talk with blue dart official, he said that thay will not delivered the consignment at the given add and he said i have to go to blue dart office for that delivery.

Please help as there is no one to take the shipment from the blue dart office. Only my old mother is there at my permanent address.

We had sent subject mentioned courier through bluedart on 2nd sept to mumbai. Today is 7th sept. It is not delivered to the party even on 5th day of sending the courier. How can we trust blue dart. It is an urgent document and we have to submit the document at the embassy in mumbai today itself. When i contacted bluedart customer care people, they could not give a satisfactory reply. We are fed up with your service. You cannot deliver a document even on 5th day, that is even in mumbai. Please deliver it urgently to the consignee.

Blue dart in purnia city is behaving like a local courier.
My consignment [protected] is uphold since last 5 days.
The courier reached purnea on 4th september 2016 and i did not get a single call from the courier facility but the website was updated as "more address details required". I dont understand that if the courier was out for delivery then why did not i get a single call from courier facility.???
The reality is that blue dart is going the way of local courier wala do, they actaually do not want to deliver and instead want the buyer to get it collect from the branch. Or they want to absorb the parcel by mentioning such wrong information.
Never they call before delivery and have got the tendency to ask the customer to collect it from the courier facility.
If someone need to collect if from the courier facility then why will one courier it??
You need to act hard mr. Blue dart. It is not at all professional. You are considered the best logistics organisation and such incidents are hampering your brand images.

My order id [protected], could not delIver intentionally...after daily calling and chase up also...moreover this is not the first time...v bad bluedart service at my city

The above consigment which was booked vide awb [protected] dt 26.10.2016 and it has reached bhadravathi, (My place) on 30.10.2016. Till date they have not informed me. When i track the consignment, i came to know and immediately i rushed to bhadravathi courier office, where the consignement is lying undelivered since 30.10.2016. Today. On 06.09.16 i have personally went there and taken the delivery. At least they could have contacted me over cell phone which was there in the address..

I got a call from bluedart office phone number[protected] at 1:00pm. It was regarding my company's "odm entertainments" important documents.
The concerned person confirmed the address and asked me how to reach the address. I told him the exact location and gave him my alternate number also. He said that he will contact me in case of any help.
But till now i have not received any courier or any call from your side.
It was a very important document.
Kindly check and revert asap

My way bill no is [protected]. Courier returned undelivered without contacting. And the sms i received is 'courier undelivered '. I had also called him for wait for me i vl collect my couirer. But still they return my courer. Its a worst courier service i have ever seen. Its urgent couirer for me now i will have to w8 for 20 days. If he/she faces some problem in address he/she can contact me but they had not some done any thing like this. I was monitoring the couriour movement on line.
I was surprised to see the parcel was returned to orignator without contacting me. Please solve it asap.

As we know about blue dart status, customer satisfaction service is best.in ratnagiri we receive and we courier many more thing. Now day we reduce over shipment.in ratnagiri the manager dont speak improper manner. Please give training to manager how to treat customer and response.
So many customer not satisfied due to manager conversation.

Today 05-sep-2016 i was informed that it will be delivered by eod (6:30pm). I called around 10-12 times to the customer care and they (Tarun, shakeel, ajay, etc) assured me sir it will be delivered. Since it was working day for me and only because of this courier i took a leave and was at home whole day waiting for it. It came as a shock for me that status got updated as "recipient not available hence undelivered". This is highly unprofessional on blue dart that i am highly dissapointed. You are fooling the customers.

Ref no [protected] 29.08.2016 shipment arrived from noida sector 63 & arrived in hooghly serampore 31.08.2016 but till now 05.09.2016 that courier not received.This is complitly mental harrasment.Custemer care says that it will be take more time.They are nothing to do.What kind of service please help me from this type of harrasment.No body can reply after that.

I have an urgent courier to be pick up from my home on 5 Sep 2016.

I emails the, m then called them & then emailed again to a senior person.

But no one came for the shipment.

This i try to call on t their customer care and they picked up my call twice and disconnected after listening the issue.

This is the worst courier company i have seen.

no respect for customers at all.

The courier shipment boy has not delivered package to the mentioned address, instead he called me to collect shipment at different destination.
After arguments on phone, i told him exact address location which is mentioned on envelope, then he refused to delivere package and said i wont be giving you this package unless you come at xyz destination.
The package was important for me to collect, hence i called him again, and i went to the destination he said and i collected my package.
Please take necessary action on delivery boys, who refused to deliver on exact destination, becasue blue dart is recognised courier service and all important documents will be couriered via blue dart saying its very good service.

I am Calling from last two weeks for My POD against way bill number : [protected]. Every time they said you will receive it within 24 hrs to your e-mail-id but not happened as they said.
I need POD very urgently so its request you to send as early as possible.

Sir I have ordered book above mentioned subject item friom amazon service as on 25.08.2016.their order no[protected] and tracking no [protected] . As on expected time my order delievery date as on 31.08.2016. But I have no imformation about my order till date. After five day I track this order, the order was hold by courier service blue dark since 29.08.16. After giving imformation about this order to courier service does not given any fruitfully answer from the courier service.(Blue Dart).
So Sir I ask to you when will be deliever my order at my place.?

Next day on 03/09/2016, Massage is receipt as :-

my complaint is that with out contact and without reaching my door address, this false message came to me and I am shocked that this type of message receipt to me by reputed courier service...

AWB [protected] courier returned undelivered without contacting. And the SMS I received is 'courier is undelivered due to address issue' but HDFC has done my address verification. If HDFC executive can reach my home without any issue then why not Blue dart if he/she faces some problem in address he/she can contact me but they had not some done any thing like this. This type of service was not accepted by the BLUE DART and HDFC.
