This is with reference to your courier service is so worst that you failed to deliver in time. As per you site boasting you promised to deliver on 30th, but you failed miserably. And kept update as delivery delayed. If you can't keep the expected date of delivery as promised why you harass us. Apart from this you torture you won't allow us to take delivery from your nearest hub stating lame excuses. We select courier system because it will be delivered quickly. When this can't happen we can go for another courier system like DTDC, or Professional which is more far better than you. Or else we can go for speed post instead of selectin your lazy BlueDart services

Complaint marked as Resolved Called and spoke to Floor Manager, explained the urgency about delivery time, he immediately sent the courier person and my package was delivered it was almost 10pm in the night.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
