    My request number 7062160 for axis cardit card. I received a msg that it will be delivered within 72 hrs. Today 03rd of aug 2016 whn i called blue dart custoner care it was informed me on ivr that card will be delivered at 1.30pm which did nt happen again. I called up blue dart courier they said thier representative called me n i did nt answer the call which was a wrong information. This is the second time which happend with me with blue dart.

    I'm Kalam. My Waybill no. [protected] and ref. no. 33259494 which was sent from Bajaj Finance on 22th Aug 2016 But courier out for delivery on 31th Aug 2016.

    My courier does not receive till now. What are worthless services ????????????

        The consignee is receiving couriers in this address regularly. The landmark and the contact number mentioned in the address. If the delivery boy is unable to find the address, then he should call the consignee. I am not happy with the service. I have sent the parcel through blue dart as it was very urgent.

          Totally disappointed with the service.
          A package with ref no. [protected] was booked to be dispatched on 3/8/2016 and for your information the parcel is neither Received nor dispatched. And this is all because of the negligence of your employee named Ankur with contact no[protected]. I want my parcel to be dispatched on the first working day from now and strict action to be taken against the employee who facedown your reputation.

            Today, one person called me regarding my shipment, I told he I am not there immediately he cut my call. again I tried 10-12 times, however he not received also not call back the number is - [protected].then I go to vimannager office regarding to know my shipment details because currently I have worked on EON so its near, that counter guys told me your shipment is not in our area go to hadapsar. then that guy given to me number - [protected] & he told me I call u back. till time that guy don't call me. till time/ date I not received my shipment & no one take responsibility.

              I am job person and i have a one courier from rbl bank bht blue dart courier service is very bad 1stly their staff is nonsense and not pickup any phone and after delivery boy or girl said 2 my family, he she cant deliver another family person . Why ? And m going to blue dart office and cant give me my parsal.my tour was cancle and also loss, please i request close this company and cancelled there licensed.

                  My fiance has send a birthday surprise gift. The dlvry was scheduled on 31 of aug 2016. But i received it when i called on the customer support no again and again. The service was pathetic. As my fiance has ordered it from USA he faced so much trouble. The contact no was nt avlable many time. So he asked me to do that. But the dlvry person refused to dlvr it at my address. He called me at nearby area and lied that i got this today only while the dlvru date printed pn the parcel was 31 aug 2106. He not even try to contact me earlier if he was nt able to reach me. Your service is just pathetic. I experiencing such situation 3rd time with your service. You people not even call the customer. Whether i am the sender or i am the person for whom the parcel is being sent. Same situation every time. The no u provide is always not reachable. Terrible service. Its a serious advice for u people whether u work seriously or close your service. I am totally annoyed because ths time u spoilled someones surprise. I am so angry that i cant stop writing about your pathetic service.

                    My AWB no is [protected]. I have not get my courier and in Blue Dart status it is shown that I was refuse to give document . Though I am not present at the time of delivery. Though I called the delivery person and told him that today (02/09/16), I would be taken leave from my job and would be present at home for taking my courier which yesterday returns back. Till yet I have not getting my courier and wrong information shows in status.

                        I am writing to you to notify you a complaint regarding the office in Haripad (Alappuzha, Kerala). The service from your office in Haripad is very poor.
                        Kindly note the Ref: S[protected] and please check the tracking status of these shipments. The current status on 2016, Sep 2nd (07.15 AM) is 'Consignee’s Address Incorrect'. It’s above to my limit; we were staying in the same address since 1975 and if they come and ask any person in the town they could guide to us. Mobile number is also there in the consignment and the staff from Haripad was in touch with us twice, and informed they will deliver it before 5PM on 30th Aug 2016 first and again on 01 Sep 2016, but even didn’t delivered yet. One of my current consignments E[protected] is also stuck in the Haripad office. In one of my consignment which was previously delivered to the same address, seen to be opened also. You can see in the tracking details that since 30th August the consignment is with the Haripad office shows duplicated information like unlocatable or address incorrect. I should clearly say it as negligence to the customer.

                          Pathetic delivery service after 7 days of consignment booking when my self personally visited the delivery branch to collect the cong. they dined to delivery at counter, as per 3 consecutive delivery promises by customer care took 03 days leave to stay at home to receive the Cong after that I was bound to visit the branch today, after searching 3 hours I found the branch and also ready to give my Photo identity to them because from tomorrow I, ve to leave station for service requirement.

                          Soon after next day of my Currier branch visit when I called to Customer care he replied me that the consignment has been return back due to address not found. Now you tell what should do with this Currier Service.

                          Yesterday the delivery boy call to my alternate No.(My wife phone no) which was given at HDFC bank and ask to pass Adhar card/Voter card no. to him by telephone then after he will visit home to deliver the credit card, he did not disclosed his name but this is his phone no.[protected], than after 2100hrs. when I called him he replied it will be delivered on today on 7th Sep 16 but till now 1830hrs. I, ve not received any call from the delivery boy, This Currier service license should cancel by respective authority.

                          As I come to know through Blue Dart containment tracking that the delivery boy given false report to their office that " Consignee refuge to show identity" now you can imagine how the Currier service mentally harnessing the customer.

                            This is with reference to your courier service is so worst that you failed to deliver in time. As per you site boasting you promised to deliver on 30th, but you failed miserably. And kept update as delivery delayed. If you can't keep the expected date of delivery as promised why you harass us. Apart from this you torture you won't allow us to take delivery from your nearest hub stating lame excuses. We select courier system because it will be delivered quickly. When this can't happen we can go for another courier system like DTDC, or Professional which is more far better than you. Or else we can go for speed post instead of selectin your lazy BlueDart services

                            Called and spoke to Floor Manager, explained the urgency about delivery time, he immediately sent the courier person and my package was delivered it was almost 10pm in the night.

                              My paytm prepaid order of hawkins pressure cooker with above airway no. is not delivered to me but some body else naming joginder i dont know this joginder but they are claiming that product has been deliverd on 30/8/2016 nobody in my house and neighbour has collected it. many times i have got order from paytm through delhivery and xpressbess but first time they were sending by blue dart and blue dart misplaced it i want my money which was paid earlier paid by debit card

                                My package from Mi has been held by blue dart due to "NATURAL CALAMITY"!!! the natural calamity under question is the showers that took place in delhi on wednesday morning.

                                I hate your service, as no phones r not attended by your persons. delivery of material is too late, wrong feedback are given by your organisers, for eg. when i ask in case phone attended by your person, i get wrong feedback, i suffer lot of loss in my business due to material not recd, in time.

                                  My courier is not delivered form 24th of aug, even after daily following up with t n sharma & satish verma from mohan co-operative branch where the courier is held the delivery is still pending. it contains very important docs for which i'm bearing loss of 3k per day. waybill no [protected]. i'm only given false confirmation that tomorrow will try to deliver. request senior intervention to resolve the issue.

                                    Blue dart service in Pollachi - 642003 is totally waste. They didn't try to deliver. They simply post status like "attempt failure, wrong address ". I faced this kind of problems in bluedart so many times. My order items was reached my area on 28.8.2016. Till they kept with them with out any phone call or messages

                                      I ordered a product in bewakoof.com which was to be delivered by blue dart express and i suddenly received a mail from bewakoof care that i cancelled the product. To my suprise, i didn't even received a call from the blue dart express courier boy. And it is written that i personally cancelled the product. I have been waiting for that product with 1000 eyes since a 10days for which i paid in advance. This blue dart express itself cancelled my product without intimating me and saying that i myself cancelled the product. This is their laziness in delivering the product!

                                        I have a complaint Blue Dart. Reference no [protected]. Package to be delivered in Nanganallur - chennai - with proper address to which amazon and flipkart regularly.

                                        My lenskart package is with them. They posted consignee address incorrect as the status once.

                                        Second time some one spoke to at length about address and landmark (very rude to me). Yet, I am yet to receive the package.

                                        Can you please run some investigation and ensure, we get good service.
