      I placed an order for a sb cheque book from Axis Bank on 11.02.1016 at around 2:30 pm. A person from Blue Dart came on 15.02.2016 at around 7:03 pm. I was in the second floor of my house and it took me about a minute to reach the main door. Meanwhile he called my name for 2 or 3 times and I replied each and every time and asked him to wait. When I reached the door, he told me that he cannot just shout for somebody to come down and started suggesting me that I should install a door bell and that he would not make the delivery. He told me to collect my package from the mother branch(of Axis bank). Then he just left without specifying anything. Before leaving he even shouted his name(i.e Parimal Mondal) and his code number(P0565) and told me to do whatever I can, and that he doe not care. I was stunned at the behaviour shown by this delivery personnel and I would like to draw the attention of the authority of the company, so no one in future is harassed like me.

        A complete useless courier services.
        As a result i m winding off with the companies whose courier partner is bluedart. Even closing down the bank account as my bank has the courier partner as bluedart.

          We are supposed to get the courier on 10th of feb we have been doing follow up continuously since 11th every day we are getting a response saying we will be receiving the courier by end of the day but no body has turned up again on saturday we have called for 3 times they said we will send it as early as possible we have waited till evening but we didn't receive the courier evening when we called for the courier they said if you want please come to office to collect the courier we are not satisfied with your service.Please help us its an urgent document please consider this complaint .

          Again at around 2:45 we have called to the customer care for the information regarding the courier they says that we will receive the courier today by the end of the day from Balanagar to Jeedimetla it is taking about 4days to deliver the courier. we required it very urgently . Please do the need full.

            I am consignee for a BlueDart mail with Waybill #[protected]. The delivery guy wants me to come to his office and collect my mail. I urged him to deliver the mail to the address mentioned in the courier. The person refuses to deliver it to the address and has fraudulently updated the status as "Consignee Not Available". Its very frustrating with these guys. They have no professional etiquette and there has to be some regulatory action taken against these guys. Their business has to be run aground as they serve no purpose at all.

              This is very bad experience with Blue dart.One parcel dispatched through Blue dart from Snapdeal AWB No [protected] and delivery date was 12.02.2016 but till now I have not received the parcel. When I checked the status showing in net out of delivery area.
              My question is that, if it is out of delivery area then why you booked my parcel???????????????????
              I have registered a complain also and they confirmed that parcel must be delivered before 12.02.2016 but alas.

                Dear Sir/Mam,

                I had to receive my debit card from Icici Bank through bluedart but I haven't received it yet. I felt cheated when I saw on their website that they have updated that the consignee is not present at the given address. And they have updated this twice. They never called me up nor they had sent me a message that they are trying to deliver. I need my debit card urgently as I have to make some urgent transactions.

On tracking I find that your web site shows consignment as delivered on Feb. 9, 2016, where as the the consignment was never delivered to me. The consignment contained important document hence an urgent response is needed.

                    I am residences of paradeep, ODISHA. Here blue dart Iffco branch is not functioning properly . They have not distributed our courier and return courier back even though they don't informed us so that we can able to collect from office. Today, i visited the office to send one courier to Mumbai but found no person available in the office and call in their mobile number but that is switched off and then wait for 1 hours but no body coming to office and then i went to DTDC office to send my courier. Many of my friends also having same experience about this branch. the branch details as given.

                        Blue dart courier delivery persons are photographing people's company ID cards and government ID cards. They refuse to deliver without being allowed to photograph.
                        This is information theft of the most blatant kind.
                        Government and company IDs are confidential entities which can be easily misused by unscrupulous elements.
                        1) Who authorized Blue Dart, a private entity to collect such private information?
                        2) How do they ensure the security of this information?
                        3) How can they prove that the information they're collecting is not being misused or sold to unscrupulous elements?
                        4) Most significantly, why does a courier company need to STORE customer's private information?

                        This is totally unacceptable. Shows total lack of respect for citizens's privacy. This practice needs to be curbed as this is a threat to national security. If the information falls into wrong hands, this can lead to identity theft.

                            3rd Feb: I wasn't available at home. Delivery person spoke and confirmed the shipment delivery on office address on 4th Feb
                            4th Feb: after informing the urgent need of the delivery, customer executive lady confirms a call back from concerned team in next one hour. Never happened!
                            5th Feb: no update! Status says, consignee unavailable!
                            Series of false commitment and updates! Hoping it arrives someday!

                              My one cheque to given by Amazon to bluedort on 28-1-16 for service.They was promised that it will be deliverd by 24- 48 hours.But today is 5-2-16. they didnot deliver.I have so many time calling the courier office but not responsed my phone call.I am waiting for my cheque since 9 days.

They donot deliver product on time or just call to collect from them.this has been a repeated procedures of Rayagada agent. The staffs are very rude and non responsive.                                   I have contacted Blue Dart on 28 Jan, 01 and 02 Feb and again today. They keep telling me they are investigating. It's 16 days since dispatch.

                                  I have not received yet received the consignment.

                                    I would like to complaint about the poor service, handling of blue dart express customer care team in new Delhi & Mumbai on 22 & 23 of Jan 2016.
                                    I would also like to complaint about the anger, misbehaving and rude talking of the courier man of blue dart express today on 24/01/2016 at my premises
                                    These complaints are for Airway Bill No: [protected]

                                    I have a genuine reason of not being able to receive the package from blue dart as my family has traveled out of town & me being at work, hence there is no one at my home to receive the package.

                                    Blue dart customer care agents do no t understand genuine client concerns or difficulties of receiving a package.

                                    I received a failed delivery receipt at my door step on 22/01/2016, and that's when I called blue dart customer care to let them know about my family being out of town and me being at work due to which there would be no one available between 9am & 6pm, but the customer care agent is not willing to understand me and said that he/she cannot do anything about it, at which point i requested that if the courier man can call me a bit in advance before coming to my place, so i would make myself available so that it blue dart does not have an inconvenience trying to deliver my package again and again and also I needed that package urgently as it was from standard chartered bank. the agent let me know that it was the bank's SOP (STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE) OR bank's directive to blue dart that no call was to be made in case of credit card related packaged for security reasons, which i said was fine, but, also told the agent to find a way so i can get my package, and the agent simply said that they could not do anything. Which means i need to be absent from office just to collect a package ??
                                    is this how a courier service bullies a client and this has happened with me twice before in the near past with the same scenario.
                                    Cant blue dart express understand genuine client concerns or find a way out ??

                                    Again I found a missed delivery note on 23/01/2016, at which point i said to myself that I will not even bother to call blue dart as they would not help me, and i would complain to the bank.

                                    Today is Sunday, 24/01/2016, my day off and I was sleeping as I suffer my hyper tension and needed to relax my body & mind after taking medication.

                                    At 4:15pm my door bells rings multiple times which woke me up alarmed and literally scared, I had slept due to hypertension and then this happens, what would a normal human being feel or react ?

                                    I looked through the door glass before opening the door as I was scared who was at my door step. I opened the door and there was the courier man of blue dart already angry at me and started shouting at me immediately.
                                    He said that he was calling my cell phone & I did not answer and that he had already come thrice or four times and there was no one at my home.
                                    I asked him if that was the way to ring someone's door bell, was it decent ?
                                    I told him that I was sleeping, but he completely ignored me and continued shouting, at which point I told him that I would not accept the package and that I would complain to blue dart. I asked him for his name and he bluntly refused to tell me his name and again told me in rude tone that since would not accept the package, he would leave and he just walked away.
                                    few minutes later he returns and again rings the bell and i opened and he said sorry, but, i was already not feeling well again because of his previous behavior and I told him he agreed not give me the package earlier, so i did not want it and asked him to leave.

                                    I waited for few more minutes and went down to the security guard station at the entrance of my society & asked the two guards on duty as to who had come earlier from the blue dart courier company, they did not know the name of the courier company or the man, they showed me the register where all visitors needed to make an entry before entering our society.
                                    The courier man's motorbike no is :MH11BL3224 & The Mobile No is: [protected]

                                    I would like to let everyone know that the mobile no entered by this courier man is also false as the no from which he claimed to have called me is :[protected]

                                    which is true and which is false, only God knows.

                                    IS THIS THE KIND OF PEOPLE EMPLOYED BY BLUE DART.

                                    DON'T THEY KNOW THAT A LOT OF CRIMES ARE BEING COMMITTED BY COURIER DELIVERY MEN ACROSS INDIA AND ALL THAT IS BEING SHOWN ON TV PROGRAMME'S LIKE : "CRIME PATROL"

                                    I HONESTLY GOT SCARED AS TO WHO WAS AT MY DOOR AND WHY.

                                    HOPE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO OTHERS.

                                      I have given a parcel on 22/01/2016, which contains a very important document and was promised by the executive that it will be delivered by 23/01/2016 afternoon anyhow.
                                      They have charged me extra, as said by the executive because it is an important document.
                                      This is not at all acceptable wherein the executive has promised that it will reach on time and it is not delivered.
                                      It's an important document which had to reach on time.

                                        Blue dart AWB [protected] non delivery of this item till date .There was a mobile conversation on 13 th Jan 2016 they didn't deliver and return it back.
                                        Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        The person Delivering my product had not even reached my house called me only once which we were unable to receive. Then returned to office having the product undelivered. On calling him he talked so rudely and said he will reach me on the next day. He said that he could not spend the whole day on one customer. And also asked to take it from BLUE DART office at Alkapuri. Was it not his responsibility to reach me and calling me once more!!!
