I would like to complaint about the poor service, handling of blue dart express customer care team in new Delhi & Mumbai on 22 & 23 of Jan 2016.
I would also like to complaint about the anger, misbehaving and rude talking of the courier man of blue dart express today on 24/01/2016 at my premises
These complaints are for Airway Bill No: [protected]

I have a genuine reason of not being able to receive the package from blue dart as my family has traveled out of town & me being at work, hence there is no one at my home to receive the package.

Blue dart customer care agents do no t understand genuine client concerns or difficulties of receiving a package.

I received a failed delivery receipt at my door step on 22/01/2016, and that's when I called blue dart customer care to let them know about my family being out of town and me being at work due to which there would be no one available between 9am & 6pm, but the customer care agent is not willing to understand me and said that he/she cannot do anything about it, at which point i requested that if the courier man can call me a bit in advance before coming to my place, so i would make myself available so that it blue dart does not have an inconvenience trying to deliver my package again and again and also I needed that package urgently as it was from standard chartered bank. the agent let me know that it was the bank's SOP (STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE) OR bank's directive to blue dart that no call was to be made in case of credit card related packaged for security reasons, which i said was fine, but, also told the agent to find a way so i can get my package, and the agent simply said that they could not do anything. Which means i need to be absent from office just to collect a package ??
is this how a courier service bullies a client and this has happened with me twice before in the near past with the same scenario.
Cant blue dart express understand genuine client concerns or find a way out ??

Again I found a missed delivery note on 23/01/2016, at which point i said to myself that I will not even bother to call blue dart as they would not help me, and i would complain to the bank.

Today is Sunday, 24/01/2016, my day off and I was sleeping as I suffer my hyper tension and needed to relax my body & mind after taking medication.

At 4:15pm my door bells rings multiple times which woke me up alarmed and literally scared, I had slept due to hypertension and then this happens, what would a normal human being feel or react ?

I looked through the door glass before opening the door as I was scared who was at my door step. I opened the door and there was the courier man of blue dart already angry at me and started shouting at me immediately.
He said that he was calling my cell phone & I did not answer and that he had already come thrice or four times and there was no one at my home.
I asked him if that was the way to ring someone's door bell, was it decent ?
I told him that I was sleeping, but he completely ignored me and continued shouting, at which point I told him that I would not accept the package and that I would complain to blue dart. I asked him for his name and he bluntly refused to tell me his name and again told me in rude tone that since would not accept the package, he would leave and he just walked away.
few minutes later he returns and again rings the bell and i opened and he said sorry, but, i was already not feeling well again because of his previous behavior and I told him he agreed not give me the package earlier, so i did not want it and asked him to leave.

I waited for few more minutes and went down to the security guard station at the entrance of my society & asked the two guards on duty as to who had come earlier from the blue dart courier company, they did not know the name of the courier company or the man, they showed me the register where all visitors needed to make an entry before entering our society.
The courier man's motorbike no is :MH11BL3224 & The Mobile No is: [protected]

I would like to let everyone know that the mobile no entered by this courier man is also false as the no from which he claimed to have called me is :[protected]

which is true and which is false, only God knows.

IS THIS THE KIND OF PEOPLE EMPLOYED BY BLUE DART.

DON'T THEY KNOW THAT A LOT OF CRIMES ARE BEING COMMITTED BY COURIER DELIVERY MEN ACROSS INDIA AND ALL THAT IS BEING SHOWN ON TV PROGRAMME'S LIKE : "CRIME PATROL"

I HONESTLY GOT SCARED AS TO WHO WAS AT MY DOOR AND WHY.

HOPE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO OTHERS.

    I have given a parcel on 22/01/2016, which contains a very important document and was promised by the executive that it will be delivered by 23/01/2016 afternoon anyhow.
    They have charged me extra, as said by the executive because it is an important document.
    This is not at all acceptable wherein the executive has promised that it will reach on time and it is not delivered.
    It's an important document which had to reach on time.

      Blue dart AWB [protected] non delivery of this item till date .There was a mobile conversation on 13 th Jan 2016 they didn't deliver and return it back.
      Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      The person Delivering my product had not even reached my house called me only once which we were unable to receive. Then returned to office having the product undelivered. On calling him he talked so rudely and said he will reach me on the next day. He said that he could not spend the whole day on one customer. And also asked to take it from BLUE DART office at Alkapuri. Was it not his responsibility to reach me and calling me once more!!!

        My consignment number is [protected]. I was out of town for couple of days. So the delivery man took the courier without delivering it. When I went directly to the office to pick the courier I found the packing was damaged and opened and the inside product was opened too. Didn't expect such a bad experience from a reputed company like yours.

          I have been waiting for my credit card almost a week.. I received a call from the delivery person on Monday 18th Jan, but there was no response after that, later I directly walked to the blue dart office crompet but the people in the office said that my product will be delivered directly to my address and cannot be delivered by person now, today Jan 20th again I received a call from the delivery person saying he will reach out to me today, this is the worst exp I ever had with any delivery agencies.. and the way the delivery person handled me was very odd., the person even asked me to go ahead and give complaint if I want

            Hello Team, I did not get my SBI credit card till date as it was arrived to Hitech city agency on 16th Jan 2016.

            Please find the below details:

            Way Bill No: [protected]
            Ref No: EV[protected]

            Status: Delay Caused Beyond Control

            I don't know what the exact status it is.

            Even they didn't call me if they are not finding the address.

            This is the worst service that Blue dart is providing for the bank.

            I request all the banks to refer another serive for sending the credit cards or any thing.

              I want to complain about aizawl, mizoram bluedart service and delivery. i know they get a lot of products to deliver but it doesnt mean that it should effect the delivery process.if the delivery is more they should increase there employess and there space.and they dont provide home delivery at all...some locatilities they might get this facility but most localities dont its like 80% of the localities within aizawl dont get this facility. there delivery process is like they call and send u a text with a token number of your delivery then within 3 days you are to receive the product orelse they will return your product. and when we reach there office there is a rush of people to take there delivery . we need to wait for hours till our turn come as we dont have other works we need to wait.there is no proper service for the customer. am complaining about all this cause i know bluedart is good in delivery and service.i hope u take my complain seriousely and do something about this.

                Courier booked on 13th of Jan' 2016, and as per blue Dart Website it was going to be delivered on 16th Jan, @ 3-4 PM, to confirm the same i contacted the customer service of blue dart and as per there representative it will be delivered before 7 pm, i cancelled all my assignments, and i was waiting till 9 PM the courier boy not came, i contacted again to the costumer service at 7 PM she said due to bulk orders and on Sunday the office is going to be closed therefore it is going to take sometime. I wait for my courier till 9 PM but the courier boy didn't came. Then i tried to call customer care service but the office was closed. Then i checked in blue dart website the status was "CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE". On dated 16 JAN 2016. They wasted my time n gave me fake promises. For reference this is my WAYBILL NO. [protected].

                  Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed U send me this reason. All courier company gives me product on this address and your courier boy dont get this address.                     I received a card from blue dart that they had attempted a delivery yesterday. So I spoke to a customer care executive and rescheduled it today. As it is a very important shipment I had taken the day off from office just to receive it. Nobody came and after waiting the whole day at home, I saw the online status that premises were found closed at 5pm. I have been calling the customer care executive several times since 4 pm and each time I was told the shipment was on its way. They are simply liars. I have wasted a whole day and now I don't even know if I'll get this very important parcel.

                        I am supposed to get the delivery by blue dart at my home. Normally we are supposed to get a prior intimation of time slot to take the delivery but no one intimated either through sms or phone. They simply mentioned - Sorry we missed you! We tried delivering the order with the following details to your premise but were unable to on email. They should have called us which normally happens with other e-commerce deliveries where they give on sms the delivery time slot and even call on mobile to let us know so that we don't miss and reduce communication. simple things need not be made complex. We even called blue dart but no one attended the call.

                            We have paid cash on delivery charges for our online shopping transactions from websites. However Bluedart services in Aizawl, Mizoram has never done home delivery for you products. they have always sent SMS messages to customers to come and pickup the products from their office. What is the point of paying cash on delivery charges on the shipping sites when home delivery is never done!!! Complaints given to the said Aizawl Bluedart centre is never acknowledged by the authority there. Please Bluedart, I kindly ask you to take necessary actions regarding this issue.

                                SMS format to choose delivery time-slot is disgusting

                                    My credit card from rbl bank was send to me through blue dart courier on the site while tracking i found that it will be deliverd on 7th jan but till now the delivery not made and online status it is showing shippment detained by regulatory authorities my blue dat tracking number is [protected]. The mjor concern is that at gopinath hub no one is picking up the phone entire day, their is no response from them when i called customer care they showed 0 concern and said they enen dont know when the delivery will take place.
