    Sir, I have been ordered a product of Hair Building Liquid, they send me a message that through Blue dart they will send my product on the following reference tracking #[protected] . Bluedart pickup the product on 28th October, and on Status at first they wrote "Expected delivery date 5th November". Blue dart send my product on wrong address . I have mailed them 3-4 times about the status and wrong address, they mailed me only once and tell me product will be delivered within 48 hours on 10th November 2014, now it's 17th November. Still I have not received the product from them. I have attached two screenshot one of the Blue dart status another the mail . Please take necessary steps . Now Bluedart doesn't reply my email also.

        Hi, I have couriered a Mug having Airway bill no. [protected] from Gurgaon to Bangalore in the matter of priority. Courier boy has charged the price for 1 Kg, however, the mug weight was less. I packed with bubbles and I asked courier boy to packed more for safety prospective for which he charged Rs. 50/- extra by saying, that his team uses Carton and thermcol for packing this type of items. So, I gave him Rs. 500/- for courier charges and Rs. 50/- for packing. However, the charges for courier is showing Rs 465/- on your website. This mean that Courier boy charged extra money from me which is against your business ethics. And also, he taken Rs. 50/- for packing however, he not packed that item any more due to which my mug got broken, Here also, he cheated me and broken the business ethics and made my shipment worst. One more thing, I not understand that why I not got the shipment details using my Airway Bill no. The courier boy has cheated me by taking Extra shipment charges, packing charges and broke my shipment. I would like to request you to look into the matter and provide compensation of it, Many thanks, Regards, Param

          Hi I have bought a NEW MAGIC MOP FAST SPINDRY WRINGER 2 MOP HEADS FAST SHIPPING[protected] from ebay for rs.832 paid through coupon code of 700 and remaining amount by payback points..and the payment is approved. The seller also shipped the item and gave me the bluedart tracking number. But the status shows the same. When I contact them thy ask me to contact ebay.but not able to reach ebay so raised a claim but still no response.i have got the coupon as claim for my previous purchase which I paid. And it will expire on 15Nov. I hope I ll get resolution here.i am ready to file a case on this also Subramani [protected]

            i have brought an item from ebay on 13 oct 2014 and seller has shipped the item by 15 oct 2014 AWB no: [protected] from Mumbai to Anantapur for this the delivery date is given as 25 oct but it has not delivered and delayed to 8 nov 2014 but i have not yet recived the product today is 10 nov .it has received to bail hub by 19 oct 2014 why it is taking these many days from bail hud to anantapur is totaly meaning less .Take a response make sure it will be delivered soon

              May I know what Bluedart is doing with my order waybill no. [protected]. From the last 5 Days it is on hold for some regulatory paperwork, Just tell me one thing that are you going to deliver my product ? How much time will you require if, 1 years, 2 years, 10 years ? How much ? Which kind of paperwork is this that it takes 5 days and so on till now to get complete. If you are not going to deliver my parcel, please give me back my parcel's cost amount and then keep the parcel on hold with you for as much time you want. I want instant action from your side, don't tell me that you are sorry for the inconvenience and I will have to wait for so and so working days, as I am waiting for the last 5-6 days and I am not going to wait anymore. I want instant action.

                  Hello, I am posting this complaint from Udaipur, Rajasthan 313003. My 2 consignment was delayed by 3 days, which was to be get delivered by[protected]. I checked on-line and found that consignment will get delivered on saturday[protected]. Since, on saturday office is closed and so on friday itself[protected], i called to[protected] number saying that :- Me :- please deliver the items at my home rather than office. Bluedart :- Delivery boy will contact you tomorrow. Me :- ok On saturday. Delivery boy didnt called me and straight way he tried to deliver to my office. Since office was closed, it was not delivered. I tried to call Bluedart. I gave a call almost 30 times, most of the time phone is busy. Finally when Bluedart received the call, below is the conversation. Bluedart :- please provide me the consignment no. Me :- Provided all the details ie consignment number, Name, mobile numer, consignment shipped from Rajkot ( Gujarat). Bluedart :- Sorry, since office is close so we could not deliver. Me :- The deliver at my home. Bluedart :- We cant. Since it is company rules. Me :- I[censored] are following company rule so precisely, then why didnt u cant deliver now. Dont bother whether office is close or securiy gaurd is not available, deliver now as else deliver to my home. Bluedart :- We cannot do, on Monday it will get deliver. Phone Hanged. My complaint are:- 1> Why there is delay? 2> If i am the person who ordered the product and its me who wants to change the delivery address, i should get access. I am not asked them to deliver other state or something. I want compensation for this.

                    Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : D1vxgyVXR Hi i order a key board from amazon on 20 sep and the delivery date was 4 nov and it is haned over to BLUEDART but when i track my order they said that additional address require but i have given full address, at this address i receive lots of order and when i call to customer service toll free no which is not a toll free no([protected]) they did not receive my call even i call to the local office at Dum Dum they did not receive my call i gave my order details bellow. Please help

                      I had booked certain goods on Ebay on 26th October. First the seller delayed the parcel and finally handed it to Blue Dart on 3rd November. Now Blue Dart (AWB No [protected]) is showing that it has been indefinitely held up at Chennai airport for past 5 days. This is very bad service. Ebay is a world renowned name. If it wants it can definitely ensure better services for ebay customers from Blue Dart. Such service is definitely causing a bad name for both blue dart and Ebay. In a potential market like India's this could cost a lot for both companies. I hope the concerned people tackle the issue at the earliest.

                        Bluedart. It is not Express delivery. Worst & Waste service. BD is not willing to deliver product which has been shipped from HDFC bank. I supposed to receive it on 18-Oct-2014 but BD updates that " Consignee'S Address Incorrect" or " Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed" or " Consignee Not Available". My family and Landlord available at house all the time 24/7. Not sure really this people coming to address for deliver or just bluffing by updating all wrong information. Also, I received other parcel items through other courier services like Amazon, Flipkart, Indianpost, during last two weeks but why not Bluedart courier is not able to deliver my parcel. it is pathetic service i have seen this time.                             I ordered an item from ebay and ebay seller sent me the item on time. From last 3 days it is with my local Bluedart office : . Pincode 734006 Address BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD NEAR FRIENDS UNION CLUB RAJA RAMMOHAN ROY ROAD EAST VIVEKANANDA PALLY Location SILIGURI. When I call them, they don't respond and hang up the phone. I went to their office and asked them to search my packet. They said they will send it to my address and did not help any further. I haven't got my shipment yet. I am afraid that they will return the shipment without notifying me because they had done so before once.

                              I ordered a roti maker in snapdeal.com which was suppose to come in 28 of October by blue dart courier but it not came .And unluckily when it came i was not in home & missed it but they informed us that they will come on the next day but today is 04 of November my order is not delivered . Please sir look over it

                                My credit card has been dispatched by 27, Oct.2014 still I did not get it. When I called at blue dart customer care they told me that due to miss printing of wrong pin code from their side delivery as been delayed & the same mistake is repeated again. Now I am trying to make them call the number but totally in vain. Very bad service they are giving to the customers.

                                  i have ordered a tablet on snapdeal on19th octber 2014. the delivery date was28th october 2014. today is 4th november. i donot get my product yet. i called snapdeal customer care for several times. they told me not to receive the product from bludart curier service now as i want to cancel it. i called bluedart but no one receive my call. my request is that please dnt deliver that product now.way bill no.                                     I have ordered a mobile phone from Snapdeal on 24-oct-2014, the expected delivery date of the courier was 28-oct-2014 given by the Bluedart courier service. But even today 3-Nov.-2014, the order no. is- [protected], & Blue Dart AWB no. is [protected], when I track the courier today morning it is still in Rama Road Hub Delhi, from last 9 days it is in Delhi, (Delhi Hub or Rama road Hub) what is the reason of this delay please tell me, is it possible for Bluedart courier to deliver it to Kalka, & how long I should wait?

                                    Hi, I am Bhupender Sharma. I ordered a water purifier from snapdeal on 25 Feb 15 having Waybill No : [protected]. It's estimated delivery date was on 28 Feb 15. I tracked the courier on 27 Feb 15 status was out for delivery but at the end of the day they did not deliver the item and updated status as delivery delayed. And then I contacted them on phone they replied it will be delivered to you by tommorow. Again on 28 Feb 15 they updated the status as out for delivery but at the end of the day they did the same thing. And again I contacted them on phone they replied me that there is no vehicle available to deliver the item. So, I just wanna know that they will deliver the courier by their convenience or by customer convenience ? Plz do the needful so that in the future they will not show this casual behaviour while doing their job.

                                      I purchased a canon printer from flipkart on 10th july 2014 with offer free backpack worth rs 1000. And there was a process to availed the offer Register the product u purchased from store to canon India. They generated a unique Id for this and told that there is a 45 days process for verifying genuine customer and then they (canon) courier wildcraft backpack. After 40 days of registering product a SMS came from canon India that they courier the backpack via BLUEDART with AWB NO. [protected] to my address on 23 august 2014. And till today[protected] when I writing this complain to this website my parsal did not came to me. I called many times to Bluedart and they only say that please wait server is down call in one hour, or call next day, or we can find the isseu and will call u back later in some days. And when I call to canon they told me that from their end they send it already . so they can not help you call to courier company.
