Hello,
I am posting this complaint from Udaipur, Rajasthan 313003. My 2 consignment was delayed by 3 days, which was to be get delivered by[protected]. I checked on-line and found that consignment will get delivered on saturday[protected]. Since, on saturday office is closed and so on friday itself[protected], i called to[protected] number saying that :-
Me :- please deliver the items at my home rather than office.
Bluedart :- Delivery boy will contact you tomorrow.
Me :- ok
On saturday.
Delivery boy didnt called me and straight way he tried to deliver to my office. Since office was closed, it was not delivered. I tried to call Bluedart. I gave a call almost 30 times, most of the time phone is busy.
Finally when Bluedart received the call, below is the conversation.
Bluedart :- please provide me the consignment no.
Me :- Provided all the details ie consignment number, Name, mobile numer, consignment shipped from Rajkot ( Gujarat).
Bluedart :- Sorry, since office is close so we could not deliver.
Me :- The deliver at my home.
Bluedart :- We cant. Since it is company rules.
Me :- I[censored] are following company rule so precisely, then why didnt u cant deliver now. Dont bother whether office is close or securiy gaurd is not available, deliver now as else deliver to my home.
Bluedart :- We cannot do, on Monday it will get deliver. Phone Hanged.
My complaint are:-
1> Why there is delay?
2> If i am the person who ordered the product and its me who wants to change the delivery address, i should get access. I am not asked them to deliver other state or something.
I want compensation for this.
