I have ordered a product on snapdeal and snapdeal courier it via Bluedart whose way bill number is [protected].From the past of two day, status shown "product out for delievery" in morning and in evening it shows status that "Delay Caused Beyond Control".

    Shipment out for delivery 09 th march at 9.29

    But not received the till now .

      This is to inform you that my HDFC credit card has been reached at Rajkot office on 4th June. Till today I have not received the courier in my hand. In between it showed that consignee not available; when nobody has visited the place then how can u mention that Consignee not available. I had replied to the message received from the company that delivery should be done between 11 and 1. What is the point in sending this message and regular follow up by calling, still if we don't get the parcel on time I think this is really a poor service.

        I need a consignment immediately. So I thought of instead using normal courier service go for blue dart. But I think that is the blunder had done. Such a pathetic customer care and service from an international brand is not expected. I am not getting why you guys took such a premium amount when you cant delivered the product on time and having no service. I need a detailed answer and SLA why the product is not delivered on time from your senior official when you are charging premium rate from the customer on the name of service.

He was supposed to deliver me one card of HDFC bank at my address:- Ranjeet Singh C-22, Shakti apartment, sector-9, Rohini, Delhi110085 M-[protected] He threatened me that he will send the card back to bank, You please check it, Thanks

            Sir/ ma'am, I Dr Shrey Kundra Persuing my pg degree in dentistry would like to bring to your notice that my consignment was meant to be delivered on 2nd of march and the delivery address mentioned is of the dental college where I'm studying. The delivery boy who's name as he told me is rahat called me at 5:30 pm which is post college working hrs for delivering the consignment. As I had left the college as it closes by 4:30 pm I asked him to deliver it next morning. But on third of March also he got the courier after 5:30 and misbehaved on phone by using abusive language and asked me to collect the order from office and also mocked at our profession by saying that "doctors are meant to stay in hospitals 24x7 why do you go home" I hope you would take an appropriate action soon against your employee because I feel that these incidences bring bad name to such reputed courier service.               Sir, my niece (VIVEK KUMAR) come in my PAN card from NSDL PAN DEPARTMENT delivery boy hiis not toll me har name (contact no [protected])talked my niece on 1 march 2015 approx at 4:35 pm at that time I AM IN was in office, she told him to deliver the PAN card at home (address was already mentioned in packet).i am also guided him the way to home but he wont do that instead he was talking rubbish to take delivery from somewhere in 2-3 street far away which is 2-3 street away.How this can be possible for us to take delivery from there I want legal and strict action against that fellow. I also want a written reply regarding your action against my complaint, or I have approach consumer court but I want him punished at any cost for what he had done. Thanks vivek kumar [protected]

                My order tracking number is [protected] I ordered one 32gb memory card and it was delivered through your courier company at dahod. I would like to inform you that you provide me parcel which is already in open condition and my memory card is missing by you. If you want to see the snapshot of the parcel than i can show you. My product(32gb memory card) was taken by you before it comes at my home. I lost 700 rupees by choosing your courier company. kindly please help me regarding this matter. I am still waiting for your helpful reply. Thank you.

                  Gentlemen:

                  Vide Waybill No [protected], Citi Bank had desptached a package to me on 21st Feb 2K15

                  Online Tracking reflects "Consignee Shifted From The Given Address"

                  This is absolutely ridiculuous and atrocious! This is my permanent residence and including Name Plate on the door and the Building entrance reveal my name prominently

                  Either the Delivery person concocted a story for non-performance or he is out of his mind

                  Kindly look into this urgently and get my package delivered

                    Hi, I've been trying to get this shipment for sometime but BlueDart's customer care number is not working so I'm forced to write this email. As per latest status of this shipment([protected]) it's mentioned that 'Need Department Name/Extention Number', I'm not able to understand why this information is required as my mobile number is available. Why no one is bothered to give me a single call when this shipment is going from one address to another. FYI my mobile number is [protected] .                         This is to inform you that a very-very urgent shipment against AWB No [protected] was dispatched from Noida to Mumbai on 20 Feb 2015 but not delivered till 23 Feb to the consignee due to complete fault and mismanagement of BLUE DART. According to your Customer Care Department, the address (Pin Code) was wrong but it was correct. Also, due to delay in delivery of that very-very urgent shipment, your Delivery as well as Customer Care Department were directed to deliver it on our valuable client's address. New AWB No [protected] was given to us but which is not done by the concern departments. It was out for delivery on 10:50 AM but delivered on 02:20 PM. Don't understand that how you are treating/handling a corporate client's like Network 18. This is not done. Kindly assure, it should not be happened againg in future.

                          The Blue Dart Courier is always delayed when it is shipped from Gurgaon. Not sure why. The reason it is displayed is "Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery". Even if we call also, then they are not in a position to tell why it is delayed. This is not the first time it happens. Every time the item gets shipped from Gurgaon, this is the case. Please find below the status of my shipment. It was shipped on 18-Feb and today it is 23-Feb. It is not gone out of Delhi. It has to reach Bangalore and the expected Delivery date they had mentioned is 24-Feb. I am not confident enough that it will reach me on the specified expected delivery date.                           MakeMyTrip booked one courier on 19th July 2017 for haridwar containing our passports.It was supposed to be delivered on 20th July or latest 21st July.On checking status, showing network delay, shall impact delivery and held up at Rama road hub.I don't know reasons and we are leaving for Bangalore for 50days and have to on international trip from there.We are leaving Haridwar on 23rd July.We don't know what will happen .Tourist company make my trip have raised hands how we get our passports.Our tickets for Bangalore booked three months back.Docket number [protected].can anybody from blue dart help to get courier d delivered tomorrow on 22nd July at Haridwar.

                            My courier is kept on hold - Incomplete address. Details: I receive "Income tax statement" from ICICI Bank Home Loan which should have reached to me between 14th to 16th February. And ICICI Home Loan is the same bank from where I have taken home loan where I am currently staying and same address is the delivery address for this courier as well. Which made it impossible to have a incomplete address on the courier. I am at a loss to understand how two leading companies can make such a customer - dis satisfaction.

                              This is the 2nd time I am facing this problem with DTDC courier cuttack, odisha. A parcel has been sent by an online shopping site with tracking id [protected]. At the address of the consignee, everybody is present but they are updating in their site that consignee is not available. This has happened because the price for the item has been paid. They are careless and thinking that consignee will go to the courier office and collect it. In case of cash on delivery they deliver it but why not as the payment has been already done. When i call them on [protected], they did not even recieve the phone. I searched on internet i find a lot of complaint regarding the shipment issue against this courier provider. This is a serious issue as everytime they are doing like that so if something can be done seriously please do

                                  I am supposed to get my delivery (tracking id- [protected]) day before yesterday (18/02/2015) but it has been delayed without giving any proper explanation. On contacting the their office, the only reply I could get is that i'll receive my courier but haven't provide any time limit. Not only they fail to comply to provide services they vouch for but also causing harassment.

                                    Hi, Its regarding the Docket AWB [protected], which status is showing as delivered on your site but no one has received the docket at the given address and from yesterday i am trying to get connect with your customer care no: [protected] but once the call reaches to customer care executive part, no one either is picking up the call or sometimes its in not getting connected to your third class IVR system.

                                      I bought new shoes from snapdeal. snapdeal sent shoes Shoes through blue dart courier service. AWB No.is [protected]. Shoes reached at kotkapura on 14th feb. Courier man called me on 14th Feb and he said to me that collect your courier from my shop yourself otherwise I return it. I said him it's your duty but he deny this and didn't deliver my courier yet. I also said him about complain, he replied "no problem ". He harras me. Please take action. Otherwise he will disturb other people and spoil your company's reputation.

As per Online Tracking Status on Blue Dart Site Courier reached on 14.02.2015 at Jaipur but till date we have not received this courier.
