The consignment was scheduled to reach on 20th. Got the below reply from blue dart on 26th. Today is 28th and it has still not reached.     I am expecting a package( waybill no [protected] ) and the Gurgaon delivery are updating false status "consignee not available" without turning up for delivery. Funnily the call center[protected] does not have a "concept" of complaint number or trouble ticketing as confirmed to me by the agent . Really pathetic the locak Gurgaon franchisee and Manager should be taken to task

        Dear Sir, I recently bought a router from Snapdeal.com on the 29th Oct 2014. But steel now I can't receive my product from Blue dart courier service. After that I contact Snapdeal's customer care & Blue dart customer care also. But he cannot help me. He give me more & more date. As the delivery has been delayed, I have lost my customers and caused us a great financial loss. Therefore, I face more & more Problem. Order copy are enclosed...             Hello, I am mailing to register a complaint about the service rendered for my package having Waybill No : [protected].The package has been kept on hold for the last 16 days despite repeated instructions from me and from sender to deliver.The Blue Dart delivery person had spoken to me on 8th Nov. Since I was out of station I had asked for it to be delivered on 10th Nov.However, the package was not delivered. I contacted the sended - Fab Bag and they in turn contacted Blue Dart to deliver. Again there was no action taken.I called Blue dart on 21st, 24th and 25th of Nov. Each time I was promised that package will be delivered. But nothing has happened since. Apparently Blue Dart has lost the package else they should either deliver it to me to return to sender. Please let me know if you any do anything to redress this issue.

              This is the third time in last two months my shipments through Blue Dart courier has been delayed. Last two couriers were delivered in more than double the expected time after repeated complaints. My last shipment (AWB No. - [protected]) is still not delivered although the expected delivery date given by Blue Dart has already passed. This time also after repeated contact from my side, now when the expected delivery time has passed, they have replied mentioning some regulatory clearance process. There has been no update of delivery status in last two days from their warehouse. The item is a small video signal converter costing about 1800 INR.(God knows what regulatory clearance takes more than 2 days). I have received international shipments in less time (After all due regulatory clearance process). Neither me nor any of my friends have ever received any shipment in proper time from Blue Dart courier. This we say from our experience of online shopping for last 5 years or so. In 2013 Blue Dart could not deliver a pack of gourmets (coffee) of about INR 1200 from Mumbai. They said form 50 was required whereas form 50 is not required for Kolkata - 700014 (My postal PIN). Lastly I also blame ebay.in for choosing such poor logistics partners even after repeated incidence of defaults by Blue Dart & complaints from customers like us. It is the buyer who suffers. We do not opt for online shopping for refund or harassment but for the convenience of good unique deals. But malpractices like these are denting our faith on online shopping sites like ebay.in Consumers & fellow citizens be aware of poor services of Blue Dart courier. Jai Hind.

                My package was supposed to be delivered today as per the tracking website. I was at home all day! When I tracked my package it said "out for delivery" but I never received my package. Then again when I tried to track my package it said "delivery attempted, premises closed" I was at home the whole day but no one showed up. I didn't even receive a call from the delivery person. It is a very important package. Please help! My way bill:[protected]

                Finally got my product delivered. After making several calls to them and visiting the Jaynagar hub. They told me it was out for delivery and then I called the delivery guy and got it delivered.

                  I have lastly faced a very bad service and a late delivery and NO co operation from your end. I had called for a very important document on 19/11/2014 by way bill no. [protected] which should have reached to me by 20/11/2014. Till date I have not received the document. After contacting your customer care I was told that the document has been lying in the wrong delivery centre and it will take another 24 hours to get it delivered as there is no manpower to deliver the same.The reason for the document lying in the wrong delivery centre was a big mistake on your part as they misread the pin code number as 700002 instead of 700020. In spite of me telling them again and again that the document is very urgent and important my request was not accepted and nobody cooperated. I was told to go and pick up the document by myself if it was that important.

                    Hello, Im complaining about rude behavior of staff. The staff said they went on address but it was locked. I said ok I will collect from your office they said we cant give you there, then I said ok I will wait upto 12pm or you can deliver it after 3pm so that someone would be there at home to collect they said we only deliver from 12pm -2pm in that area.                         Blue dart is very very slow in delivery. Blue dart have lost my snapdeal shipment and they even dont reply to my calls. After lot many day Bluedart guy received my call and said they will refund me back all my money but after then no steps has been taken from there side to refund.                             Sir, I have been ordered a product of Hair Building Liquid, they send me a message that through Blue dart they will send my product on the following reference tracking #[protected] . Bluedart pickup the product on 28th October, and on Status at first they wrote "Expected delivery date 5th November". Blue dart send my product on wrong address . I have mailed them 3-4 times about the status and wrong address, they mailed me only once and tell me product will be delivered within 48 hours on 10th November 2014, now it's 17th November. Still I have not received the product from them. I have attached two screenshot one of the Blue dart status another the mail . Please take necessary steps . Now Bluedart doesn't reply my email also.

                                Hi, I have couriered a Mug having Airway bill no. [protected] from Gurgaon to Bangalore in the matter of priority. Courier boy has charged the price for 1 Kg, however, the mug weight was less. I packed with bubbles and I asked courier boy to packed more for safety prospective for which he charged Rs. 50/- extra by saying, that his team uses Carton and thermcol for packing this type of items. So, I gave him Rs. 500/- for courier charges and Rs. 50/- for packing. However, the charges for courier is showing Rs 465/- on your website. This mean that Courier boy charged extra money from me which is against your business ethics. And also, he taken Rs. 50/- for packing however, he not packed that item any more due to which my mug got broken, Here also, he cheated me and broken the business ethics and made my shipment worst. One more thing, I not understand that why I not got the shipment details using my Airway Bill no. The courier boy has cheated me by taking Extra shipment charges, packing charges and broke my shipment.
