    Today 29/10/2014 i have order some product on flipkart on 14 oct 2014 and they have dispatched on 15 oct 2014 through BLUE DART AWB no.[protected] Till date the status are showing same Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery 16-Oct-2014 - 12:24 i have call lot of time to blue dart costumer care but they have not confirm where is my product.

    DAMN, this happens because of Diwali festival...And its a holiday season so there will be delays, don't worry you will receive your item in few more days else 100% money back. I understand the time you spent waiting for the arrival of product is pretty frustrating but what can be done with the way thing are in India right now. I am also waiting for my item, shipped via BLUE DART. It was shipped on 22nd Oct and supposed to be delivered on 27th Oct but still not delivered, when contacted Customer care for the same, they told me it is yet to be dispatched from the origin. REALLY MAN!! That was some expression i had on my face that time. Since 27th current status is Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery.
    All i can do is learn to wait and have patience.

        Delivery delayed due to paper work which is already submitted.

        Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a consignment from snapdeal on 16th Oct.2014 and the courier alotted for delivery was Blue dart. Initially I was happy. Due to Diwali festival week the consignment reached Bhilai on 28th Oct.2014 only . However, after receipt of the consignment at Bhilai (which was confirmed by Blue dart staff) the same has not been delivered after elapse of 24 hrs. I repeatedly contacted your staff at Bhilai (Mr. Satish and Mr. Ravinder) but till they are unable to trace my consignment. Of-late intentionally they are not attending my call.             Still have not received the courier which was sent from Durgapur on 20th October to Bangalore ITPL. Yesterday I had called the customer service centre at 3 P.M in the evening and they told that it will reach within 5 P.M but even after waiting till 8 P.M in the evening nobody came to deliver. Again I had called up the guy in the service center picked up the phone and told it might be 9:30 P.M because the people got stck somewhere in Marathahalli and told me not to wait and confirmed that it will be definitely delivered within 29thOct First half but from the morning I have called up 3 times but still nobody knows where it is and when it will be delivered. And it is impossible to stay in office till 9:30 in the night. Already it is delayed for 9 days and in spite of that this is the kind of service we are getting. Very very disappointing for sure.

              Hi, I have ordered from snapdeal. The item is expensive. I hope blue dart deliver in one peace what i see i was all 24hrs yesterday home waiting for parcel my address and phone number provided was very correct. You have never shown up to door or called me. Instead you put status update false - Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed which is so big lie. your service getting worst. and soon no seller or senders will use you. if you keep doing this. check online how much negative reviews you getting. you dont care at all ? ... I do not want to put my waybill number or reference number in here. but if you want i can pm you. Please freaking fix your service. you going to lose your customer. thank you, hp

                My package with awb. [protected] was to be delivered on 24th October. Its 28th still no reports fro bluedart and there are no updates on package tracker page. Its an important delivery and i have been lodging complaints in the website for the whole day still no reply from the service center . I would like a quick reply and at the same time take care NOT TO USE blue dart again.

                  Dear Sir I was a regular customer of Blue dart for many year. But really sorry to say that i wont be dealing with Blue dart anymore. Yesterday for the second time i had a bad experience at the Blue dart service center at Vytilla in Cochin. I had an immediate parcel which has to be send to Mumbai from here, the lady who was in reception wasnt able to give a correct time of delivery, she was telling she wont be able to committ the delivery time even after 48 hrs. I took a risk to send it through DTDC Plus which got delivered today for just Rs.210. Wont feel like recommending Blue dart to anyone from here on...

                    My WAY BILL [protected]. Once I received call on my mobile that I am standing at some junction come and take your delivery it was not possible as I was in my office and this call was starnge. Later on 25-Oct I received call, I am neraby Mall at your other location. Come and take your shipment. This was wierd experience from Blue Dart. I called customer care and let them know entire matter they said by 27th Oct you will receive your courier. I did not receive anything and no one even contact me. I checked tracking on bluedart and saw updated " Consinee refuse to accept shipment on 25 th Oct and same updated for 27th Oct." Calling customer care and it is busy all the time. STRANGE IS THIS WHEN NO ONE ARRIVE THE ADDRESS THEN HOWCOME THEY SAY CONSIGNEE REFUSE. OTHER VERY IMPORTANT PART - I received other letters from same shipper at my right address blue dart is saying wrong pin while talked to customer care.

                      SIR, I bought a product from ebay.in and they shipped it on 21-10-14 the airway bill number is [protected]. and the expected date of delivery as per bluedart site was on[protected].. the last update on my courier was on[protected] ie, "shipment further connected -in transit". today is[protected] and i have no information on my courier until now. so where is my courier? and why there is no status update for last 7 days? why bluedart doing this to its customer? please help me as fast as you can. thank you.

                          Dear Blue Dart Team, I thought of greeting you but however thanks to your extremely pathetic customer service i was devoid of having the blessings of my parents for Diwali. I really don't understand that a company which boast to conquer height in regards to performance, fail to deliver a shipment that is easy to carry by hand in 6 days. I even tried the customer care to get a genuine answer to my query. But as it looks like that they are very busy still to listen to my small problem.i don't really understand why i paid a courier service so much to get my work done when it is far away from being executed. A company like yours definitely has a good client base but keeping into consideration the sort of service that i have got from you defines how your incompetent quality is analyzed. forgive me for my words but It is Just not a package for me that you have handled mis appropriately, but a lot more.You people should thank that your operations are mostly in India, or else this sort of incompetence would be dealt in a legal way in the sophisticated countries. Since I am a number to you people hence I am looking forward

                            Hello sir, I am much disappointed with the courier service .As I have booked a order of a Phillips trimmer through "PAYTM" on 11 oct.They Shipped my product on 14 oct through "BLUEDART" with tracking Waybil no. [protected] and after tracking it for continuously it at last said that the product had been further connected from delhi.And for 6 days it has not been updated, When I tried to call the customer support of bluedart.First, the system is busy.Second, I made a call and they receive the receiver and no answer, as I can hear the background sounds.They do not reply my email.And at last I tried the number of delhi which is by chance given to me through AGRA bluedart and after trying .A men received and said that"sorry for your inconvenience caused, bcoz of high rush and in bulk we are not able to locate your parcel, and he assure me that the parcel is being stucken under the heavier and said that i will get my parcel in 2-3 working days.Now it is going to be 11 days and after a lot try every day every hour of calling they didnt receive my call and after through different no. same results.Now sir what to do no response from BLUEDART as well as PAYTM, As my precious time waste and I have to gift the product to my relative on diwali.And also one more thing my brother has also booked that same product on same date and same time and the same result as to me.That means 2 parcel is unknow.

                                After 7 days also I haven't received consignment.
                                dear sir maine SNAPDEAL.COM se ak 3D chasma order kiya tha .jis ka order no.[protected] tha and Tracking no [protected] tha.snapedeal ne mera order Bluedaet courier ko hand over kar diya.mere pass friday ko bluedart courier bhiwani branch se phone aaya jis ka no.tha [protected] or mere se kaha gaya ki aap ka order recive ho gaya hai or aap ko saterday ko deliverd kar diya jayega.mera prodect saterday ko bhi nahi mila aaj sunday ko mere pas message aata hai ki aap ka product 10JAN ko aap ko handed over kar diya gaya hai jab ki mujhe mera product abhi tak nahi mila hai.jab maine Bluudart se contect kiya to mujhe koi jabab nahi mila. sir mere aap se request hai ki Blue dart courier service ko is bat ke liye jimbedar mante hui mujhe mera 3D Chasma mujhe dilaya jaye.

                                    To whomsoever this may concern, This morning I was scheduled to receive a package on the 23rd of October 2014 as I ordered a scanner from snapdeal on the 15th . I asked for the order to be delivered to my friend's address as I wasn't sure if I will be home. Unfortunately, my friend had to leave and go out of town suddenly. I sent an email from the bluedart tracking link asking for a change in address. I received no acknowledgement of this change. I left a note with the landlady at the address given and asked her to tell the courier personnel to come to another address which is less than 5 mins away (I frequently walk that distance) On the 23rd morning, I received a call from the delivery person (+91 [protected]) at 10:23 saying he is at the door step. I asked him if he could come ot the new address. He said he needed to check with his office and he would call me back. I asked him if he would like me to speak to his supervisor, but he said no. I sent an SMS of the new address details. I called him back at 10:33 am to ask him if he got the permission and if not, I would come to the given address. He did not answer my call. At 10.35 am he answered and said he got the permission and will be delivering at the new address in half an hour. At 1.25 pm I called him again and he did not answer his phone. This greatly inconvenienced me as I had to go out and was waiting for the package. I am doing my diploma and I needed the scanner asap to send my faculty my work. I called again at 1.26pm and again at 2.36pm. Both calls went unanswered. Interestingly, when I called from my other number at 3.01pm he answered and said he would come to my house with the package in an hour. When I called him back at 05.12 pm he said he would deliver it the next day as the office had shut and they only made one round that morning and so it was not possible. I assumed Snapdeal and Bluedart together would be efficient enough to carry out a delivery easily. I was wrong. Not only was it not carried out efficiently. Your employee was rude and made false claims over and over again. I spent my whole day waiting for this elusive delivery that is important to my project and had to miss out on going to another commitment. Your employee was not honest about what he was doing and finally hung up the phone when I asked him why he was dishonest repeatedly. And finally when I checked Bluedart's tracking system to lodge a complaint his dishonesty comes with brilliant proof as this is what I see as the official report Yelahanka Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed 23-Oct-2014 15:25 Yelahanka Shipment Out For Delivery 23-Oct-2014 09:56 Yelahanka Shipment Arrived 23-Oct-2014 08:34 He did not come at 15.25. I assure you. He claimed that only one round was made. Then how was delivery attempted at 15.25? When I have paid in full amount to expect a delivery on of before a certain date, please keep to the promise. I am angry and would rather not use either Snapdeal or Bluedart in the future as you have more than proven to be highly unreliable. Not only was your employee inept at making a delivery at a different address 5 mins away (or wait for me to come to the old address), not to mention the numerous lies, your online feedback system also failed miserably in not informing your employee before hand of the address change. I would like some sort of concrete action taken as I will not hesitate to post negative feedback/reviews for both sites on more social forums. All the call logs are available on my phone for crosschecking if need be.

                                      Hi My client was despatched courier from kolkata on 18th Oct but i didin't received so for and their people told it will take two more days and this was very bad service in taking time of around 8 days delivery duration. It was very bad to go with bands and top service providers
