Hi,
I have couriered a Mug having Airway bill no. [protected] from Gurgaon to Bangalore in the matter of priority. Courier boy has charged the price for 1 Kg, however, the mug weight was less. I packed with bubbles and I asked courier boy to packed more for safety prospective for which he charged Rs. 50/- extra by saying, that his team uses Carton and thermcol for packing this type of items. So, I gave him Rs. 500/- for courier charges and Rs. 50/- for packing. However, the charges for courier is showing Rs 465/- on your website. This mean that Courier boy charged extra money from me which is against your business ethics. And also, he taken Rs. 50/- for packing however, he not packed that item any more due to which my mug got broken, Here also, he cheated me and broken the business ethics and made my shipment worst.
One more thing, I not understand that why I not got the shipment details using my Airway Bill no.
The courier boy has cheated me by taking Extra shipment charges, packing charges and broke my shipment.
I would like to request you to look into the matter and provide compensation of it,
