2 Shipments lost by Blue Dart

This is the worst experience with any courier service in my lifetime. Even local couriers give better service than Blue Dart. No updates on delivery date

My package with awb. [protected] was to be delivered on 24th October. Its 28th still no reports fro bluedart and there are no updates on package tracker page. Its an important delivery and i have been lodging complaints in the website for the whole day still no reply from the service center . I would like a quick reply and at the same time take care NOT TO USE blue dart again....

No commitments in Delivery

Dear Sir I was a regular customer of Blue dart for many year. But really sorry to say that i wont be dealing with Blue dart anymore. Yesterday for the second time i had a bad experience at the Blue dart service center at Vytilla in Cochin.
