This is the worst experience with any courier service in my lifetime. Even local couriers give better service than Blue Dart. I have 2 shipments pending from Blue dart with AWB number 1) [protected] and 2) [protected]. Since 3 days i am contineously calling the customer care[protected] for my shipment delivery status and every time the executive confirms me that it will be delivered the next day. But still i have not received any of...

I've not yet received my consignments with way bill nos [protected], [protected], [protected] dispatched from Nykaa, nither do they provide tracking update... last tracking update shown is on 20th of october.. kindly look into the matter n revert back the update to [protected]@gmail.com.....
