I am much disappointed with the courier service .As I have booked a order of a Phillips trimmer through "PAYTM" on 11 oct.They Shipped my product on 14 oct through "BLUEDART" with tracking Waybil no. [protected] and after tracking it for continuously it at last said that the product had been further connected from delhi.And for 6 days it has not been updated, When I tried to call the customer support of bluedart.First, the system is busy.Second, I made a call and they receive the receiver and no answer, as I can hear the background sounds.They do not reply my email.And at last I tried the number of delhi which is by chance given to me through AGRA bluedart and after trying .A men received and said that"sorry for your inconvenience caused, bcoz of high rush and in bulk we are not able to locate your parcel, and he assure me that the parcel is being stucken under the heavier and said that i will get my parcel in 2-3 working days.Now it is going to be 11 days and after a lot try every day every hour of calling they didnt receive my call and after through different no. same results.Now sir what to do no response from BLUEDART as well as PAYTM, As my precious time waste and I have to gift the product to my relative on diwali.And also one more thing my brother has also booked that same product on same date and same time and the same result as to me.That means 2 parcel is unknow.

if they call me meance i tell the land mark with out calling they mention like this so pls contect them pls delivar asap
