blue dart courier service on 22 OCT try to deliver on office address and called me but i was on leave i tell him to deliver it to my home address but he did not deliver it.after few days i got message on morning "out of delivery ". i was waiting for call of delivery boy but not received any call and in evening i got message "addressee was not available " while i was on address.same thing repeated again and again.     Respected Sir, I am Bhupinder Singh, living in #838 sec20 a chandigarh, and I have request for the replacement of my computer hardisk which is in under warranty on dated 20 sept2014..to the HCL company, pondicherry..They had shipped my product on dated 25th sept2014. through BLUE DART EXPRESS..My product was reached in panchkula office on dated 30sept2014..bt i didnt receive my product yet..Now blue dart company told me that they had deliver my product to me which is totally wrong because I didnt receive any product.I have tried so many times to the Blue dart ..bt They didnt take any further action ..So I m requesting you please take any further action so that i can receive my product back.. please consider my request Yours faithfully, Bhupinder Singh [protected]

      Hi, Have been dealing with blue dart since early 1990's never felt that Blue dart will turn out to be so pathethic and rude to their customers. I have a online order for which the vendor has dispatch the material he has also shared the scanned copy of Air Way Bill (AWB [protected]). Since last two days I am trying to get hold of this package. None of the blue dart numbers answer the call. Have tried all numbers in Bangalore and Indore (from where the packet was dispacthed). Spoke a Blue dart person (Bangalore mobile number [protected]) He has been very rude. I even conferenced the call with Vendor, rather than understanding or listening to our problem, he was just rude and hardly bothered. I am not sure If any exists in Blue Dart to resolve this. This vendor even has packages sent on 15th Oct which have not been delivered yet. I guess local couriers are turning to be better than you guys.

          I have sent my 5 bags from Bangalore to Delhi on 16th Oct 2014, with waybill No:[protected]. I was assured that consignment will be delivered within a week time but now it has been 15 days and I have not received the consignment so far. i am trying bluedart customer service [protected] daily but this number is never reachable. I am not getting any positive response from anyplace. they are not at all supportive. The service is really pathetic.             Tried local branch they said it has not reached mumbai, tried delhi branch but all numbers are always busy. Tried mumbai customer care not reachable. Tried main customer care - not connecting. Mailed them - no reply. Where is my courier??? This is really bad...
            I have sent my shipment from Lucknow to Bangalore on 29th Oct 2014, with waybill No:[protected]. I was assured that consignment will be delivered on or before 3rd november but Status of my consignment is still showing in Lucknow.
            I need my consignment on 3rd november.Its very URGENT. Will you please look into this and provide information at what time I ill receive my goods.

              This is the worst experience with any courier service in my lifetime. Even local couriers give better service than Blue Dart. I have 2 shipments pending from Blue dart with AWB number 1) [protected] and 2) [protected]. Since 3 days i am contineously calling the customer care[protected] for my shipment delivery status and every time the executive confirms me that it will be delivered the next day. But still i have not received any of the two shipments. Blue dart does not even have courtesy to give a call and inform me about my delivery status. I want Rs 1 lac as compensation for mental torture and harressment and also for my both shipments as i am sure that they have lost both my shipments.                       DAMN, this happens because of Diwali festival...And its a holiday season so there will be delays, don't worry you will receive your item in few more days else 100% money back. I understand the time you spent waiting for the arrival of product is pretty frustrating but what can be done with the way thing are in India right now. I am also waiting for my item, shipped via BLUE DART. It was shipped on 22nd Oct and supposed to be delivered on 27th Oct but still not delivered, when contacted Customer care for the same, they told me it is yet to be dispatched from the origin. REALLY MAN!! That was some expression i had on my face that time. Since 27th current status is Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery.
                      All i can do is learn to wait and have patience.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a consignment from snapdeal on 16th Oct.2014 and the courier alotted for delivery was Blue dart. Initially I was happy. Due to Diwali festival week the consignment reached Bhilai on 28th Oct.2014 only . However, after receipt of the consignment at Bhilai (which was confirmed by Blue dart staff) the same has not been delivered after elapse of 24 hrs. I repeatedly contacted your staff at Bhilai (Mr. Satish and Mr. Ravinder) but till they are unable to trace my consignment. Of-late intentionally they are not attending my call.                               Still have not received the courier which was sent from Durgapur on 20th October to Bangalore ITPL. Yesterday I had called the customer service centre at 3 P.M in the evening and they told that it will reach within 5 P.M but even after waiting till 8 P.M in the evening nobody came to deliver. Again I had called up the guy in the service center picked up the phone and told it might be 9:30 P.M because the people got stck somewhere in Marathahalli and told me not to wait and confirmed that it will be definitely delivered within 29thOct First half but from the morning I have called up 3 times but still nobody knows where it is and when it will be delivered. And it is impossible to stay in office till 9:30 in the night. Already it is delayed for 9 days and in spite of that this is the kind of service we are getting. Very very disappointing for sure.

                                Hi, I have ordered from snapdeal. The item is expensive. I hope blue dart deliver in one peace what i see i was all 24hrs yesterday home waiting for parcel my address and phone number provided was very correct. You have never shown up to door or called me. Instead you put status update false - Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed which is so big lie. your service getting worst. and soon no seller or senders will use you. if you keep doing this. check online how much negative reviews you getting. you dont care at all ? ... I do not want to put my waybill number or reference number in here. but if you want i can pm you. Please freaking fix your service. you going to lose your customer. thank you, hp

                                  My package with awb. [protected] was to be delivered on 24th October. Its 28th still no reports fro bluedart and there are no updates on package tracker page. Its an important delivery and i have been lodging complaints in the website for the whole day still no reply from the service center . I would like a quick reply and at the same time take care NOT TO USE blue dart again.

                                    Dear Sir I was a regular customer of Blue dart for many year. But really sorry to say that i wont be dealing with Blue dart anymore. Yesterday for the second time i had a bad experience at the Blue dart service center at Vytilla in Cochin. I had an immediate parcel which has to be send to Mumbai from here, the lady who was in reception wasnt able to give a correct time of delivery, she was telling she wont be able to committ the delivery time even after 48 hrs. I took a risk to send it through DTDC Plus which got delivered today for just Rs.210. Wont feel like recommending Blue dart to anyone from here on...

                                      My WAY BILL [protected]. Once I received call on my mobile that I am standing at some junction come and take your delivery it was not possible as I was in my office and this call was starnge. Later on 25-Oct I received call, I am neraby Mall at your other location. Come and take your shipment. This was wierd experience from Blue Dart. I called customer care and let them know entire matter they said by 27th Oct you will receive your courier. I did not receive anything and no one even contact me. I checked tracking on bluedart and saw updated " Consinee refuse to accept shipment on 25 th Oct and same updated for 27th Oct." Calling customer care and it is busy all the time. STRANGE IS THIS WHEN NO ONE ARRIVE THE ADDRESS THEN HOWCOME THEY SAY CONSIGNEE REFUSE. OTHER VERY IMPORTANT PART - I received other letters from same shipper at my right address blue dart is saying wrong pin while talked to customer care.
