    Gd morn i am from chennai .I ordered a tooth paste dispenser in snapdeal. In bluedart courier service they call me on 02.10.2014 at 11 o clk and they said today is a holiday can i delivered it on saturday and i said ok. Then they will come on saturday morning at 9.15 am that time iam not having tge cash and i said to that person pls wait 5 min i will be back at ATM .atm is very near to my home when i will be back that person is not there and i call to the courier company immediately the number in not in use. Today i call to customer care then the corier service person she contact me and she said my prrson he is not waiting for u and ur money they are not stading for 1 second and she said its ur mistake i[censored] want to get the product u come and collect to my office . I said i dont want the product. I DONT KNOW HER NAME WHO SPOKE TO ME. I HAVE ONLY THE CONTACT NO[protected]. Kindly pls obey the customer SHE DONT HAVE A SENSE AND SHE IS NOT SUITANLE FOR THIS KIND OF JOB. bcoz iam a MD of my consern i never had a this type of working person in consern.

      Since 3 days my parcel is on Yavatmal city pin code: 445001 State Maharashtra. But Person in bluedart office in Yavatmal has not deliveried my parcel he called me on phone and ask me to come office and collect parcel such a bad experience i got in Bluedart. The deadline was 4 October but still i didnt got my parcel when I go to bluedart office on 4 october person on duty asked me to come on 6 October. Shame on bluedart service.

          I have ordered a spectacle on 21st Sep 2014 from Lenskart.com, they commited that the product will deliver within 29th Sep 2014. The product has been reached in my city at 27th Sep 2014, from the same day I am calling lenskart.com to deliver the product as it will very important. They are just fooling me with some " sorry" and "i cant do anything sir" unprofessional words and sentences. I was continuously called LENSKART and worlds best show called courier service BLUEDART to know when the product will come to me, Lenskart has surrendered and BLUEDART has switched off their cell phone. Some of the executive from LENSEKART told to me to collect the product from courier guy, if it is like this then what is the meaning of online shopping ? below I am giving my order number so that it will help you to know more about all.                 Blue Dart promises to give next day delivery but this is the second consecutive time that my consignment has been delivered on the 4th day, and on complaining the only explanation given by Customer Care is staff shortage. I booked AWB no [protected] on (Friday, September 26th) from Noida, to reach Kolkata, which should have been delivered the next day, ie Saturday Sept 27th, 2014. However, on calling up customer care, they are saying packet will get delivered only on Monday, ie. Sept 29th, which is the 4th day from booking. This is completely unacceptable given that Blue Dart charges 4 times more than other couriers, yet their services are not better in any way. They should give us discounts or cash back if they can't provide the service level that they charge for

                  A very Important Document was registered With Blue Dart to be delivered to Delhi from Kolkata on 25/09/2014. I was Assured that it will reach next day office hour on 26/09/2014. Today is 27/09/2014 and The courier has not been delivered till now. Wrong local telephone number given on their web site. Customer care call is getting cut in between and the useless phone call is getting charged around 10 to 15 Rs per call with no response. Cant reach Blue Dart. No response from their side. Very Irresponsible and B Grade Service. AWB no: [protected] Please resolve the issue immediately have the courtesy to call back.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I've sent a parcel through Blue Dart service on 22.09.2014 from Raxaul (Bihar) to Salt Lake Telephone Exchange (Kolkata). Till date the urgent parcel is not delivered rather they are only uploading on www.bluedart.com tracking website that Shipment is delayed / incorrect address (pls see attachment). Already I've follow up through customer care no - [protected], but they are more over arrogant & trying to say that the address is wrong i.e. Salt Lake Telephone Exchange (Govt Organization) is in the wrong address. Though I've sent another mail to the same address through Speed post (Post Office, govt org.) & the same parcel is received within 3 days. Please look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest possible & also I'll try to inform everybody to avoid Blue Dart service & have faith in our govt Post Office.                         This is regarding Blue Dart Courier service... Yesterday i.e.25/09/2014 I received sorry to have missed you. I registered the reschedule delivery date and time as 26/09/2014 from 2 pm to 5 pm through customer service helpline. On 26/09/2014 i.e today I was waiting for the shipment since morning but it’s yet to be delivered. I called the customer service helpline 14 to 15 times but they could not help me. They can only provide us the information which is available in the blue dart tracking site. It’s a card send by Axis Bank Ltd, so if it gets returned i may incurred financial lose. If it’s so i believe it’s due to negligence of blue dart delivery system. It’s not possible for me to stay at home every day for collecting the delivery. If they are not capable enough to manage the deliveries than please stop this rescheduling method and prompting we are best service provider. May be the premises was closed but I did not receive any call from that courier person.He did not even try to connect and get the delivery done.This is absolutely unexpected.That was a very important delivery for me.                             the day of delivery of my parcel, the blue dart person called me to wait in my gate @ around 11am, 22/09/2014, he came @ 12;30pm & gave me a call again, I just said I was waiting last 1hr, suddenly he cut my phone & went back, I tried calling him 4-5 times but he didn't picked up, around 1 pm I called blue dart customer service & came to know that "parcel undelivered"- reason "person not available", I got shocked how blue dart delivery boy could do.. I wasted time & lost my credit card because of him. I request Blue Dart to take a strong action for this misbehave

                              I am booked a product and its deliver from blue dart courier. The estimated delivery date provided from blue dart is 20th September 2014 but today is 23rd September 2014, till I cannot receive this product.when I speak to customer care they are not providing me the proper detail and not assuring me any conformation for the delivery. They always told me to wait for some time. I am really frustrated from this reply. What I have to do now?

                                This is to bring into your notice that my courier Awb No. [protected], dated – 15th September 2014, submitted at Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai is missing. It does not show any status on the online tracking system. The company claims to be fastest and reliable, whereas my courier has no trace after 8 days of me submitting it to the dispatch. The dispatch team has no clue of it after more than 4 days of after me reporting it to them. The people at dispatch have asked me to contact one person after the other. Am I supposed to contact each person in the chain to know the status? Have attached, the image taken of the courier tracking number his is a clear case of negligence. This is how the shipments are treated that nobody has clue where it is !! This leads me to conclusion that the packet was opened and stolen on seeing the contents. How can such a big company like this - in such a world- say that the shipment is untraceable. Then how do you claim to be reliable. In the attached image, the AWB is mentioned. This shipment has gone to your system. I do not know how and where, I want this to be traced. Do not tell me to reconstruct and all, as that as it is not doable. Make sure that the courier is found, or I will see you in the consumer court.

                                Sorry to know that this has happened to you.

                                There will be a shipment cash receipt which you have received from the franchisee in the day of booking. Its not the colorful dispatch copy with AWB number. Its a white paper with details onto it like amount paid and all.

On that date your tracking details shown me that the delivery boy was out with the consignment for delivery. I was awaited whole day for the delivery but your delivery boy not came and not enquired over phone also. On 20.09.2014 your tracking system shown Consignee Out Of Station. After enquiry to your office they answered the delivery boy was attempted the delivery but consignee is out of station and coming on Monday. it is absolutely wrong and the delivery boy telling lie. My consignment is very urgent and please try to deliver the same today itself.

                                      Hello Sir, I have a package with Bluedart with the Waybill No: [protected]. The package was sent to Bluedart on 11th September 2014. They initially updated the Delivery date as 13th Spetember 2014. When I did not receive the package on that day, I tracked the Waybill Number and it was updated that since it is a holiday, it will be delivered to me on the next working day. It was not delivered to me on Monday as well (15th September). They updated the status as "delivery delayed". I called up the customer care and they informed me that they have no manpower/backlog to clear and hence delivery is delayed but it was promised that it will be definitely done on 16th September.As expected, it wasn't delivered on that day also. The customer care people are extremely rude and have no knowledge. They promise everyday that it will be done but it is all a lie. On 17th September, they updated the status as "Out for Delivery" at 10:00 am and it is 18th September today and the status is still the same and I have not received the product yet. I want strict action against them. They take more than a week to deliver a product which is shipped from Kolkata to Kolkata. If they do not have manpower or backlogs, they should not this business.

                                        Three cheques were received by the Blue dart couriers Wadala office from 8/9/2014 to 12/9/2014 to deliver to Mrs.Indra Jain C/o R.K.Jain C&M Laboratory Central Railway Parel Mumbai 12.The first shipment containing Cheque of Rs.155179.33 OF L&T Comp.was delivered to third party where as two other shipment bearing Way Bill no.[protected] contain cheque of Rs.96397 & Way Bill no.[protected] contain cheque of Rs.122717 was not delivered on the same address in spite of several request by the consignee.The Blue dart wadala office did not bothered to inform me on the given mobile no & kept the shipment pending in their wadala office till 17/09/2014.The matter was brought to the notice of the higher authority through mail even though neither the said shipment were delivered at the given address nor any body responding on the given phone nos.The conversation held through mail is reproduced below for your perusal To [protected]@bluedart.com Sep 16 at 4:59 PM I was present throughout the day at the mentioned address but nobody from your office has visited & falsely given the remark while sitting in your wadala office at 8.08AM on 15 & at 11.46AM on 16/9/2014 that Consgnee Shifted from the given address that too without contacting me on my mobile no.[protected].My office hrs of the given address is from 8.35 to 15.45 hrs. Further one more consignment of L&T belongs to me has also been delivered by you on the same address to my friend on 8/9/2014.If desired I can come personally to your office with ID proof or can be made available my self at the address mentioned at the time & date if desired & intimated to me. Though the other shipment has been delivered on the same address to third party without my instructions or without intimating to me. It is therefore once again requested to kindly deliver both the shipment on the same address. Thanking you.
