I ordered my trimmer from Beardo and My Product with AWB Number [protected] is with Blue dart. No body contacted me and it shows delivered to Gurugram CPC. It has been weeks. They never cared to call me. I have paid for this order already but it has never arrived.

    Address: Blue dart express- Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar

    My waybill no - [protected]. There was no previous intimation on order delivery date. My order is delivered to wrong person. When tracking I have no idea who the recipient is even.
    Even i called to customer care they are not registering my complaint and still i don't where is my parcel.
    They delivered my document on 2nd October 2023 at diffrent location.
    That package was prepaid. How can blue dart delivered someone's important parcel in wrong address even in different state and also they have zip code on that address.
    I asked to customer care to register a complaint but they said you will get a call from blue dart within 24 hrs, but still i didn't get any call from blue dart express.
    I need it on time, because of this i have paid a huge amount of money.
    Who will compensate it???
    I need it very urgently, please deliver my package as soon as possible. I don’t understand why such a big courier company would have so low delivery agents who are not trained to deliver at right address.

        Dear Team,
        Hope you are doing well
        I am writing to you my bad experience with your courier service company.
        It's regarding the delivery of my shipment [protected].
        This shipment is suppose to be delivered to me on 2nd September but till date I did not receive it and moreover it was mentioned consignee is not in location and is returend to shipper status.
        I went in person to Bluedart warehouse which is located in
        Sadasivam Road
        T Nagar
        Chennai
        Tamil Nadu
        India
        The attitude of the staff Mr. Manikandan was not satisfactory.
        The delivery agent Naveen made a false information and blocked my number.
        We pay premium charges to have a smooth delivery without any hassle but in this case I need you to investigate please.
        How can the agent return the goods without intimating me.
        It's a COD parcel. It's complete waste of time and money for both o[censored]s.
        Moreover I am not satisfied with your service and behavior of your staff.
        The warehouse does not have a incharge to address the problem. when I asked for manager, they informed me he is on leave and no one was available.
        The reception person informed me the courier left the premises and when I lost patience, they brought me the parcel.
        What sort of tracking system you have I wonder!
        The parcel is a charger. What if it's a important document?
        How ll I trust you in the future and recommend your service?
        Kindly educate your staff and improve tracking system.
        I really appreciate if I can have a apologize from your staff for this inconvenience caused.

          Bluedart lost my package and no refund

          I'm writing this email on behalf of so many people who suffer due to Bluedart courier service. I made plenty of calls to Bluedart courier service as there was a delay but they managed to convince me. After several attempts, I haven't got any proper response from their side. Finally I received a message stating that they have lost my parcel. I have already paid the amount but I haven't received the parcel yet. Inspite of informing the sender...

          I suppose to get the percel by 18th of September but still not received the percel and also not even a call from the delivery person regarding the delivery as it shows out for delivery.
          Also it is showing department name needed. What does that even mean.. i need my percel asap waybill no [protected]

            My package was supposedly to get delivered by 19th September although order was out for delivery for a couple pf hours, the status changed to Prohibited area - restricted for delivery all of a sudden.

            I didn’t receive any calls/texts or intimation regarding the same. The helpline number is of no use as it drops the calls out of nowhere. Not able to connect to any of their support staff and their outlet is closed.

            Looking at the number of complaints stating similar issues I’m appalled as to how are they not shut down yet?!

            How am I supposed to recover my package?

              I am writing to report a recurring problem with your delivery service. The assigned delivery person consistently generates OTPs and fake delivery status and even not communicating via phone call, resulting in canceled deliveries attributed to the customer and mentioning fake reason
              by showcasing fault from customer side. This issue is causing frustration and inconvenience.

              Please investigate and address this matter urgently.

                My product is not delivered to the address and the person is available but still they show the status as consignee is not available, even trying to reach the bluedart customer care every number is saying number is not in service. don't even know what to do, can anyone possible to provide any number that i can contact bluedart help here., thank you

                  The estimated delivery date of my parcel ( [protected]) was on 4th September 2023. The parcel reached the destination city on 8th September and I thought I would receive my package soon and I continuously kept on tracking the status and finally it was changed to contact customer service. When I contacted them they told me that they couldn't detect where my parcel is and they aren't recieving any response from the team. Today is 14th September and till now I haven't received any msg or call from Bluedart. I have already paid the amount for my parcel and the sender is not responsible if the parcel is lost hence I can't ask for refund to them. It has been 6 days and no further move is initiated, this shows the irresponsibility of the courier service and they are playing with the customers patience. If in case my parcel is lost then necessary action should be taken and refund must be given.

                      My order which contains very important product was said to be out for delivery and no delivery attempt was made, i was at home the whole day and my status on blue dart was updated as Consignee out of station, my AWB # is [protected], i am a government employee and such type of fake stuff cannot be tolerated by blue dart, please look into this matter, i needed my parcel urgently

                          Till now, i didn't receive any update. Today i tried to track the consignment status. It is showing as the shipment was returned to origin. The tracking details showing that the courier person tried to deliver the courier many times saying that the consignee not available, not sharing otp. I didn't receive a single call/sms from them regarding the delivery. Finally it is showing they have returned the shipment to the origin....

                              I have two shipments K387597 from kushal jewelers and 465092 from schwabe india in which one was supposed to be delivered on 30th august and another on 1st September from bluedart civil lines meerut. I waited for a day Or two and then checked the status. I saw that they have put the status as consignee address not locatable. When I neither got any message saying it gonna get delivered that day nor anyone called me if the address was not locatable. Even Aby delivery service is able to get to my place but apparently bluedart is not and they didn't even call me. I[censored] hadn't checked the status of ny parcels. I wouldn't even know.i mailed them and tried Scheduling delivery for next day but same thing again. Then I got a call yesterday that they gonna arrange it but then again same. One parcel was for ny mothers birthday and it's one week late already
