consignee's address incomplete/incorrect bluedart issue

I purchased oneplus nord popup box on 29th july. Eta is 6th august. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached nagpur, and is out for delivery on 3rd august, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

I couldn't receive both, i was expecting...

non delivery of shipment waybill no 50849033410

I ordered notes from marrow (Waybill no [protected], pickup date 19 jun 2020, from bangalore to guwahati, reference no 5bb12467cef5915108e4) on 16th june 2020 and the shipment reached guwahati warehouse on 26th june. Blr apx/sfc pud centre prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery 23-jul-2020 3:00

I haven't received the bluedart courier yet and it shows the status as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery.

I was not contacted through sms or email. Can this issue be resolved immediately...

package not delivered - out of delivery area

I'm supposed to receive my package yesterday, which I haven't received yet. On calling customer service, they inform that it's out of delivery area through automated queries. Then why in the first place the pickup was accepted? And if it's out of delivery area why do you keep sending messages that it will be delivered today. If it's not deliverable, aren't you supposed to inform about it?
And even in the status why is it mentioned...

I have ordered a swiss military flask from wipro (Biworldwide). Yesterday i got a message that i will receive my parcel from blue dart courier service. But nobody came. After few hours got a message from blue dart that my item was delivered, but nobody came to deliver. I raised complaint to the customer care executive about the same but no response. non delivery of package stating consignee not available

On 24/06/2020, the way bill no [protected] was returned undelivered stating that the consignee was not available when contacted. But i received no call from blue dart. This is the second time it is happening.

I want them to deliver the package tomorrow without fail.

Delivery shown customer request for future delivery

It is regarding my mi order, gurugram to delhi. And today dated: 21-may-2020 at 9:07 am received at jhilmil location and at 12:00 pm status shows '"customer requested future delivery: hal". reschedule delivery

Awb#[protected] was undelivered on friday as premises closed however contacted customer care and spoke with saranya to reschedule on monday before 3.00pm as till only 03.00 pm available at home.. Kindly check and confirm.

And also request the delivery boy to call to the registerered number about the time of arrival which would help customers to plan the availablity accordingly...

they do status update as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery without contacting customer

Today is 11th jan and from the last 3 days i am getting status update of my parcel on bluedart portal as "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery".

They are updating status without making any phone call to the customer.

I didn't receive any call from the delivery boy that he is facing any issue in delivery, although status updates every day.
