Regarding with the abusive language used by your service provider in CIDCO, Nashik

My name is Sunil Kulkarni. My complaint is regarding to the behaviour of the CIDCO BLUE DART SERVICE CENTER Nashik, with my nephew VEDANT ANIL KULKARNI. See, my delivery of Axis Bank Credit card was supposed to be delivered on 16 th February. But till now delivery hadn't attempted. Prohibited area - entry restricted for delivery

My waybill no. Is [protected]. My parcel was out for delivery by 3.23 pm from Lucknow service center to CSIR-CDRI. The closing time of the institute is 5.30pm. Hence, their entry was restricted. Cancelled my pick up without attempt

Scheduled for return pick up by Amazon for several days but Bluedart cancelled my pick up without any attempt. I waited for almost two weeks and no one came to pick up the item. After two weeks it is marked as cancelled on attempt by customer. We have cameras at the gate and no one came to pick up the item on the date it shows cancelled by shipper.

I have received the message saying that my delivery has been made to Ashish Jain. My name is Ashish but apparently thr delivery has been made to wrong person/or not at all delivered in the first place.

Product not delivered but received a message that its delivered

I have placed an order (tracking id: [protected] ) from Daniel wellington and bluedart was supposed to deliver it today(i.e., 24/11/2020) and later at 1:05 pm i received a message saying the order has been delivered. I din’t know how and whom to contact, later tried calling their numbers but i couldn’t get in touch with any of their call executives. When i tried to inquire about the order status on call, it prompted that it has been delivered...

Courier not received

My courier was supposed to reach on 17 Nov 2020. But on 28 Nov 12:00am I receive mail that my courier will be sent back to the supplier as my location is out of delivery area. I received no communication from Blue dart for my courier. There is no number to contact them also....

BlueDart status shows as "Status Load On Hold;Space Constraint-Comml Flt"

Status of order updated as " consignee has given bde hal address" without delivery attempt !!!

I ordered this skincare products from Skinkrakt and Bluewater is the delivering agency. Yesterday I.e 07/11/2020 at 8:30 pm, I received call from delivery guy and he said he will deliver it tomorrow. But today, 08/11/2020, in the tracking page of the courier they have updated the status as "Consignee has given BDE HAL address " !!!...

Blue dart Waybill number [protected] was shipped from Gurgaon on 6th Oct and expected date of delivery 8th Oct, according to the latest update the shipment reached Delhi on 7th Oct and Calcutta on 8th Oct

blue dart express prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

This is highly frustrating to see that bluedart first delayed the delivery and then after 2 day delay when the delivery guy took it out for delivery, without even coming to my place, mentioned my place to be – “prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery”.
First of all my area is not a quarantined zone, second your delivery guy did not even try to contact me on my phone, so he call tell me the issue.
