Ugaao has dispatched a plant via blue dart and delivery agent called me on 20.10.23 around 11am to confirm my location. But later he might have felt the distance is long and denied the delivery without consent and put false reason behind not delivering (he mentioned he tried to deliver but the door was lock). This is extremely false as I stay inside IIT Gandhinagar campus since 2022 and the gate is always open and in case we’re not available, our caretakers keep the parcel. I request the authority to look into this matter and deliver the product asap otherwise the plant will die. Blue dart Gandhinagar never picks the call neither the delivery boy is attending.[protected] ; +[protected]

          This delivery has been declared as 'receiver not present'. However, since 09/10 I have been available at home. The agent never called me, never entered my housing community (as evidenced by the entry log book) and never tried to contact me on these dates of 09/10, 10/10 or 11/10. Earlier I was not in town but returned on 09/10.
          Blue Dart reported to HDFC credit card centre that the receiver is refusing to accept the consignment.

              I have placed order from.amazon they sent through bluedart courier vide AWB #[protected] yesterday it was out for delivery we are waiting for with out any call from agent suddenly I got a message that product got delivered to customer .
              Not at all delivered to me, but updated as it was delivered how can be such unprofessional, unethical behaviour of such a courier staff had

                Writing this on 11 oct 2023 at 7.48 IST..
                The waybill no [protected] should have reached me by 11 oct 2023. I received a call from bluedart courier stating that the have a shipment and where should they deliver it and I replied them with my location ( same as the pincode on shipment )and they ended the call by replying they will reach my location by 1.15 - 2.00 pm IST on 11 oct 2023.After a while I received another call from a different number the guy said me that they cannot make exchange in my location( since I ordered a device with trade in program) and said me that i have to pay the balance amount without the trade in, if im doing so the will come and deliver the shipment and collect money or-else i should travel to ERODE bluedart office which is approximately 70 kms from my location and make the trade in. I replied that i will get in touch with apple and let them know, when I contacted apple the said me that my location is serviceable and they should make a door step trade in and the guy told me that he will escalate the issue to a high priority one and i will receive a mail within 48 hrs. After few hours i checks the bluedart courier site for the status of my shipment, they updated the status as wrong pincode will impact delivery but i gave the correct pin, i also cross checked with apple’s invoice. The are creating a wanted delay and refusing todeliver

                    I had ordered some n20 motors from robu website and the expected date was 10 october 2023 but when i logged in and check the delovery status now it's showing that consignee address is incomplete.

                              So I ordered something from croma, but then blue dart was handling the shipment

                              The shipment is from Gandhinagar to Ratlam and then at VijayNagar Hub, they messed up the city and my parcel went to Agarmalwa, and is stuck there
                              I asked for resolution and I am not getting proper response and they say that they will give it to you or sometimes they say that agarmalwa is the nearest hub to you thats why
                              but Ratlam has a blue dart hub and its clearly a mistake on blue dart's end

                                I ordered my trimmer from Beardo and My Product with AWB Number [protected] is with Blue dart. No body contacted me and it shows delivered to Gurugram CPC. It has been weeks. They never cared to call me. I have paid for this order already but it has never arrived.

                                  My waybill no - [protected]. There was no previous intimation on order delivery date. My order is delivered to wrong person. When tracking I have no idea who the recipient is even.
                                  Even i called to customer care they are not registering my complaint and still i don't where is my parcel.
                                  They delivered my document on 2nd October 2023 at diffrent location.
                                  That package was prepaid. How can blue dart delivered someone's important parcel in wrong address even in different state and also they have zip code on that address.
                                  I asked to customer care to register a complaint but they said you will get a call from blue dart within 24 hrs, but still i didn't get any call from blue dart express.
                                  I need it on time, because of this i have paid a huge amount of money.
                                  Who will compensate it???
                                  I need it very urgently, please deliver my package as soon as possible. I don’t understand why such a big courier company would have so low delivery agents who are not trained to deliver at right address.

                                      I am writing to you my bad experience with your courier service company.
                                      It's regarding the delivery of my shipment [protected].
                                      This shipment is suppose to be delivered to me on 2nd September but till date I did not receive it and moreover it was mentioned consignee is not in location and is returend to shipper status.
                                      I went in person to Bluedart warehouse which is located in
                                      Sadasivam Road
                                      T Nagar
                                      Chennai
                                      Tamil Nadu
                                      India
                                      The attitude of the staff Mr. Manikandan was not satisfactory.
                                      The delivery agent Naveen made a false information and blocked my number.
                                      We pay premium charges to have a smooth delivery without any hassle but in this case I need you to investigate please.
                                      How can the agent return the goods without intimating me.
                                      It's a COD parcel. It's complete waste of time and money for both o[censored]s.
                                      Moreover I am not satisfied with your service and behavior of your staff.
                                      The warehouse does not have a incharge to address the problem. when I asked for manager, they informed me he is on leave and no one was available.
                                      The reception person informed me the courier left the premises and when I lost patience, they brought me the parcel.
                                      What sort of tracking system you have I wonder!
                                      The parcel is a charger. What if it's a important document?
                                      How ll I trust you in the future and recommend your service?
                                      Kindly educate your staff and improve tracking system.
                                      I really appreciate if I can have a apologize from your staff for this inconvenience caused.
