Hello, I got a message on 4th jan 2019 regarding city bank credit card will be delivery by blue dart shipment#[protected]. But i got a call on 6th jan 2019 from your delivery boy regarding the same and he said i can't delivery the shipment on 6pm as i mentioned the delivery address as my office address as my shift time starts from 6pm to 3.30am. The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

From past two days it's showing out of delivery and again it's showing delivery attempted. They never called to nor they visited my resident. I[censored]r company can't provide proper service they shut it up don't make coustmers fools
