Blue Dart Express — I am complaining about the front office customer service | |||
I had ordered an product through snap deal order id # [protected]. The product was send back due to door lock. I went to your office to enquire about that, the way your front office customer executive treated me was unexpectable. She was so rude. And spoke to me wrongly and abused me. I had never experienced such kind of customer service ever. I am really disappointed with your service. Please my humble request don't hire such kind people who don't know how to treat the customer. I am not sure you are going to take action or not. My work just to let to know what is happening in your company. I am putting the same complaint to snap deal also. We dispatch material on 4th Dec but this LR Number is still showing transit kindly let me know how more days needed you for delivery under 200 KM.
