I have not received my package and just received a message that the package has been delivered
I have been waiting at my home (Delivery address) from morning and no one has come to deliver the package.
The service is worst ever experienced and unacceptable at all.
The package was from the bank which had all important documents.

Item pending with blue dart from 1 week and they are not delivering product. They falsely update status as out for delivery and update it to restricted entry prohibited area falsely in night.

Customer care is also of no use they just said sorry and do nothing. Very frustrated and disappointed with blue dart services which is simply pathetic and not recommended at all.

This is in connection with the delivery of the product with ref no. [protected].
Inspite of receiving an update that the product will be delivered today (07/02/2020), i have not received it. Repeated attempts to reach your delivery person was unsuccessful following which the delivery status was updated to "area prohibited: restricted entry". But we did not receive any calls from the delivery person regarding the address issue on any of the two contact numbers provided which were both active and reachable.
Kindly help me resolve this issue.

I have received a message saying this. But he is saying still i have not received any courier.

I haven't received any call regarding the delivery but i have received a message saying like delivered to amit - security guard.

My credit card delivery is unsuccessful twice with the reason of "unlocated the address". I have called customer care informed that if delivery boy is not able to find the address, he should call on my number given on the consignment package. But there is no call two times and simply updated that address is located. Is the delivery boy really not located or simply updated status without trying to locate the address.
For any address we can easily find in google if not try to reach the customer on the given mobile number. It's very disappointing that two times simply not delivered without putting any efforts to find the address. I requested customer care to share my number to the delivery boy or share number of delivery boy to me so that i'll contact.. But not yet all helpful.

The blue dart courier service never gives the home delivery instead they ask me to go to their office and pick up the parcel.
I have ordered product from healthxp twice but the delivery person never contacts me and after the day i get the msg of consignee not available.
Blue dart never gives Home delivery and why should I go to their office?
If the product comes with home delivery then it's their job to deliver it.
It's 3rd time they didn't give me the delivery.
Also the customer care services is not doing anything. They are just listening to me and not taking any action

One of your employee named ASHISH misbehave and shout on a woman on 26 Jan 2020, when she Just ask for a help regarding her shipment.
It was not expected From the company Bluedart.
Kindly look into this matter so that He don't repeat the same with your other beneficiaries.
Not happy with Bluedart.

Mera axis Bank ka card aaya tha agent ne mujhe delivered nahi kiya Mene apna Card apne reletive ke yha mangwaya tha kyuki mere address par delivery nahi thi mene agent se kha bhi ki Card wahi par de to usne kha ki wo courier unhe nahi dega kahne lga jab tum is address par nahi ho to wo couriyar nahi dega

Your Kotputli(303108) delivery guy once called and his phone switched off while I was directing him to address on 6th Jan. Next day onwards he is not picking up calls and status online is incorrect address given.
Customer care number given on website are inactive. Please provide details of my product.

I am following up every day even mail and phone. Every one telling will deliver but still not yet to be received.
There is no any proper response.
Even though normal courier people deliver at site in priority.
Blue big branded courier doing like is not satisfactory to us.

It is highly disappointing to know that you people are marking the shipment to be delivered without even actually delivering it to the customer. How is it even possible?
I have ordered a bag from baggit official website and those people have sent the shipment through bluedart. Today morning i received a text message saying the shipment is out for delivery and the entire day i was at my place and in the evening suddenly i'm receiving a text saying it's delivered when i didn't even receive a single call from bluedart today. It's totally unacceptable and fraud that you are doing to the customers. I need an immediate action on this and would like to receive the shipment asap because the shipment is prepaid and i have paid huge bucks for it. It's not a joke. Expecting a quick resolution else i will have to escalate this further.

I get confirmation from bluedart service that the shipment will be delivered by EOD. Waited for 6 hours to pickup since the item is bank card.
No the status is changed to "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address".
I haven't received any call or message. This is quiet disturbing.
