Hi, My waybill number is [protected]. which contains my ICICI bank debot card. Today the card is delivered to one person Veerbhadra, date of delievery is 6th july 2015 without being informing me. How can bluedart delieverd my debit card to some other person without informing me. why this type of irresponsible behavoiur from BLUEdart.     This is to inform you that we have sent a courier (BD No. [protected]) on 30th June 2015, Company committed to deliver this courier on 3rd July 2015 (Friday). But the delivery of this shipment is still pending. We suffered a big loss due to this delay. Please take strict action as soon as possible.

      Myself Bipin Ravindra Bukane having account in ICICI Bank. As I applied for debit card, bank sent the card thru bluedart courier service from Delhi. I tracked online thru my bluedart AWB number [protected] it came to Thane at 27 June 2015 till date it is not delivered to my address. They are saying address is incorrect my address start with "RAYMOND MILLS" so they are saying you have be in raymond mills to receive your courier when I called them. Even though my ration card, electricity bill, passport is having same address. I online shopping, postal address etc I put same address they never said my address is incorrect they come into my area & they will call me. It would be very helpfull if you take action on this becuase my debit card is very important as I cannot withdraw money.

        One of my order no. [protected] which is to be delivered to Faridabad from Kolkatta, Its showing location Delhi Contingency Hu...but on calling bluedart customer care, they are saying they dont have any clue where exactly packet is currently located .. As per there portal courier is supposed to be deliverd on 3rd july and CCA saying that it will be delivered post or on Monday, Since they have not idea and Delivery date showing on there portal is a typo error.I dont know what kind of service bluedart is providing and thr CCA have no knowledge on product or have idea how to deal with the customer ...

              Sir,
              I booked some important documents on 23rd June, 2015 to Siliguri through your agent 'Paul Enterprise', near Lalganesh, Guwahati vide ref no. [protected]. But till date neither the documents delivered to the consignee nor returned to me. When I contacted 'Paul Enterprise' on 29th June, 2015 and enquired about the consignment, the person could not provide me not only any information but also any contact no. in stead he told be that he will inform me in the evening on that day over phone, but with no informations.

              Under the circumstances, I like to request you to trace out my documents and return the same within three days alongwith compensation of Rs.10, 000/- for non-delivery of the documents, my mental agony as the purpose for which the documents were sent have been defeated. If you fail to do the same, I shall be left with no option but to proceed to the Consumer Redressal Forum for the damages.

              The matter may be treated as extremely urgent.

                    Hi, I have ordered a product from Fashionandyou.com, who dispatched the product through Blue dart express system. I have been waiting for the product till date but did not receive it yet. When i checked with the airway bill no([protected]) in the website, it says "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed", but the fact is I have provided the land mark in the address itself. When I called Blue dart customer care they said that they tried calling me but my phone was not reachable. This is absolutely ridiculous. how would it not work only for them. I received different parcels from ebay & flipkart on the same address and Phone number during this week only. When i asked about the landmark issue they said it is not registered in their database. How would a common man know which is the landmark registered with them and give the same one. this is the insane answer which i got from Blue Dart. Also mentioning, this is not the first time we are facing issues with Blue Dart. whenever a bank statement or a pin which is sent through this courier has not reached us properly until n unless there is a continuous followup with the bank and blue dart. this is so ridiculous and irresponsibility of the delivery guys. they dont even attempt of asking someone for the address. I know that Bangalore is a huge city and some times locating address would be difficult, but Bangaloreans do help people if anybody needs guidance to locate the address unlike other places. I feel that this is absolutely the recklessness of Blue Dart in delivering the parcels without even attempting to deliver. Someone please look into the issue and hope this kind of issue will not happen in future, even if it happens i hope it should get resolved at the earliest. Regards!

                      The Professional Couriers I’m used to purchasing items online via Amazon India website. The courier service that handles these packages always come deliver the packages and get the money whenever it’s a cash on delivery package. Whenever I pay online via my card they do not even make an attempt to deliver but update their status as having delivered it. I get SMS notifying that an attempt was made but it hasn’t. I’m always there in the house when I get the message that the delivery attempt was made. I even tried asking the security guard and he tells me nobody turned up to hand a courier to him as well. Ref No. VPL[protected] Blue Dart Express Limited 2 weeks ago I ordered an item via my account on behalf of a relative. The first item was cash on delivery and the delivery was made. He paid and received the item. Again the next week I made another order for him and this time it was paid via card. The delivery guy never turned up. It is an independent house and anybody who comes there will go noticed but again I got messages in my phone that the attempt was made. When I called my relative he told me nobody had come. The next day I got the same SMS. Ultimately I told him to goto the office there and receive it, and that’s how he got it. Finally today I get an SMS confirming that the package has been delivered. Ref. No: [protected] These delivery services are pathetic and are the worst service. I hope some action is taken to them so that their quality of service improves.

                              I sent my baggage using your courier service from the Marai Malai branch in Chennai and I m disappointed by your service totally !! My bag was torn when I got it, my stuff was missing from that !! I had my important documents in my baggage, trusting your services I sent it through your company n this is what I get in result ! I got my bag in worst condition, the main zipper was open wide, rather torn and when I asked the delivery guy he replied really badly !! My bag was worth 9000. And my important documents, they were no more present in that !! I feel ashamed that I trusted your company n also promoted it !!                                   Anantapur prepaid store is acting in a stupid way... They are not responding in a mannerly way... They are asking us to come and collect the parcels... This is the third time i am facing this problem. They are keeping the product with them since 2 days and saying the courier boy is on leave. How shame for blue dart to do so... Today is mumma's bday and the product should reach her and take severe action on those stupid guys... Who don't even know how to talk to the customer. I hope you are going to take a serious action. Please check before handing your franchise to some one and give it to worthy people.

                                    This is t o inform you that i have applied for credit card through axis bank and they said on 19jun15 that e blue dart will deliver the packet in 72hrs max time via sms. On calling blue dart they gave me the excuse that there adress is incorrect due to no lane provided and they start the delivery at my office adress. Let me inform you that i am working in night shift so it is not possible for me to be in office in day shift as i am working night shift. More over without my knowledge and nor any phone call how can bluew dart decide on his own where to deliver the packet. Why did not the blue dart deliver boy called me while delivering the packet at office which i was not aware of .(OFFICE STAFF INFORMED ME). The blue dart do not have courtesy to call the customer and ask then where to deliver the packet.
                                    Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I placed order from paytm on 16th June 2015. Paytm shows the courier service is Blue Dart. Below are the Blue Dart details when I track my order in Blue Dart. Waybill No : [protected] Reference No :[protected] Pickup Date 19 June 2015 From Kozhikode To New Delhi Status Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery. When I reply the customer care they say that due to flight missing at source point there was delay in delivering your product. But the Senior Executive says below We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the said exception. With regards to the above subjected Air Way bill number there is shipment shortage at our Delhi Airport warehouse we are checking for the same with the concerned team on this. We shall keep you posted with the further updates.

Delivery date was 17-jun-15 But, date expired. i called the Customer care. CCE told that you have to call Blue dart.comwhich is the courier service. i called accordingly. CCE told that we have some problems in delivery boy's so delivery became delay. promised date was 20-06-15 Again date overed. I called again to the BlueDart.com to know the delivery status. CCE was disconnect my call. Please find my Order AWB number shared by Bluedart.com. [protected] I have bought so many items through snapdeal but it's first time where i am facing this problem.
