    Dear blue dart team, My reviews for blue dart was extremely good, but this time my three shipments are delayed by giving unexplainable reasons, i am getting all shipment on same address and same contact number on daily basis, from other courier company as well as blue dart also, We have proper mail room dept were courier received by dept or any concern person, courier person is not approached for security which is acutely not require, and i was also available on mobile, provided two numbers, Its clearly shows its a false comment mentioned by who ever caring that consignment. it was online shipment but i will ensure that we will not deal with blue dart in any terms in future. shipment numers- A=[protected] B=[protected] C=[protected] Regards Sanjay [protected].       Following are the complaints for Bluedart: a) People are just irresponsible. No courtesy for customers. b) Delivery people are not delivered on time or do not even find the area. c)Giving such reasons for not delivering i) Person is not available do not even call a person. ii) Address is not correct. I had given all the details of a known place with building, floor details.

      Dear Sir,

      I have purchased a product namely "Habors Antique Gold Leaf Ear Clip On" Order Id:[protected] from amazon.in on 18/04/2015 via COD (Cash on delivery). The product got delivered on 21/4/2015. But I wanted to return back the product post delivery. I contacted Amazon.in customer care on 21/4/2015 they have co-operated with and send me the prepaid label and instructions for the return package. The product to be returned to them via Blue Dart services. The return label comprises of three parts :
      1. Prepaid label possessing (this label to be affixed 1 print out copy outside package and 02 print out copies inside the package.
      2. Acknowledgement Letter (to bring this Acknowledgment Letter with myself to the Blue Dart Location so the Blue Dart representative can sign and stamp it acknowledging the receipt of my return. Keep this signed Letter with me for records).
      3.Return Authorization Label (Cut this and place inside the return package).
      I called to Blue Dart customer care also on 21/4/2015 regarding pick up of the return parcel from my location, but I have been told that there will be no pick up so I have to drop it any Blue Dart office nearby my location.

      I followed accordingly the instructions and went to Blue Dart Office at New Alipore, Block A, Kolkata near to my location on 22/4/2015 morning during business hours.

      I went at the office at 10:15 am, after I explained the executive, he told me to come later after 12:00 noon as he is not properly aware of the return parcel to amazon.in. But I informed him that I cannot come down any other time as I will be moving to office and return late. Then he took the parcel and after checking asked for the customer ID from Amazon.in.

      When I explained everything what I have been told from Amazon.in and even showed the prepaid labels and others, still he was asking for some customer id.

      I further insisted that I cant come down daily for the said purpose he told me to call blue dart customer care for pick up. I too informed them that already I spoke to blue dart customer care but there wont be any pick up. He ignored the matter and told that without customer id my product wont be delivered.

      Later I called up amazon.in customer care for the customer id, I have been told that everything is provided in the label itself no other id is required. Further I called to Blue dart customer care and told in details everything as mentioned above. While discussing with the executive the latter disconnected the call.

      My complain against Blue Dart Services :

      1.Poor handling of customer.
      2.When blue dart is having tie up amazon.in whatever customer id and all that things should be dealt between the two. Why the customers should suffer? It seems I wont be able to return the product. Why there is no pick up services for this purpose.?

      I want to return the product by 23/4/2015 via Blue Dart services. Request you to solve my issue by 22/4/2015 business hours.

        Mental Harassment by the DHL/Bluedart It could not have been more painful !! We had approached to a Blue dart Franchisee in Dwarka on 15th April 2015 to deliver a courier in London with the following specifications. Item Name : Crystal Trophy Weight : 3.9 KG (Before packing) Our requirement : Packing and delivery We contacted Mr. Ranjit who is the representative of the Blue dart Franchisee (Address: Pankaj Plaza, 303, IIIrd Floor, Plot No. 4, Sector -4, Dwarka. Contact No [protected] ). After enquiring about the specification of our product, Mr. Ranjit agreed to pack the same with foam stuffing inside and offered to pack it in an outer wooden box to ensure safety and deliver it to London at the cost of 4300 (300 for Packing + 4000 for the courier delivery). He also mentioned that since Blue Dart has been acquired by DHL the ultimate delivery shall happen by DHL Carrier.The same was agreed by us. Accordingly a blue dart representative visited us to pack and pick up the consignment. He packed the trophy with foam and said that this is sufficient and there is no requirement for the wooden box. We insisted that as discussed and agreed we would require the wooden box packing since it was a fragile item and needed care. At this he mentioned that he could not get the required material for the wooden box and kept insisting that we should dispatch it as it is. When we did not agree Mr Ranjeet called his person and asked him to take out all the foam from what he had just packed and asked him to come back. We asked him to complete the task and take complete payment from us.With no further response or explanation, the blue dart rep just left from our Office. On 16th May, Mr Ranjit called us again and said that he has now got the wood and he can pack it. We agreed, and once again his representative visited us. This time his rep came with a few pieces of plywood and said he will fix it with the help of tape. We were not convinced as to how can ply be fixed with tape and how is this workable. Mr Ranjit asked us to stay out of it and said that we should allow him to do what he feels is appropriate. He threatened that if we would interfere his rep will leave from our place once again like yesterday and will not complete the task. It was really important for us to despatch the trophy the same day and therefore, with no other option left, we agreed to his atrocities. Mr Ranjit then called us to say that I also want to inform you that if you go ahead with this ply wood packing there would be extra charges for the fumigation certificate. Either we can get it by ourselves or pay him additional amount of Rs 1500 for the same. We were shocked !! This was something which he never mentioned in any previous communication inspite o[censored]s telling him right from the beginning that we want a wooden outer box for packing.Now he came up with an alternate suggestion that we should use a carton instead of the wooden packing.We surrendered to the situation and agreed to his ask.Finally we assumed that the torture was over and we handed over the packet along with the cash of Rs 4000+ Rs 300 as agreed and demanded. At this time we provided a weighing machine to his rep to weigh the packet once again and let us know if any differential charges are required to be paid. He checked it in the digital weighing machine and the final weight was 4.9 kg . He called Ranjit to ask if there will be any additional charges and then informed us that the amount to be paid remains unchanged and you can pay what was agreed. At this Ranjit called up and insisted for more money on packing saying that his person has visited us twice!! Again after lot of argument we paid what was agreed. Now again he called up in the evening of 16th May to say that we need to pay him some additional money else this packet shall be returned back to us. When asked for the reason, he was not even willing to share the exact reason and started yelling that he is not interested to courier it and shall return it tomorrow. After repeated pleading with him to understand the reason for this unexpected situation, he said that the dimensions of the packet are more than what he expected and therefore the additional charges. No exact rationale or logic for the additional charges was being provided to us. Nor did he offer to tell us what was the additional amount. Apparently he was himself clueless on the same. After repeated pleading again, he said that he will get back to us tomorrow morning with the exact details. Next morning i.e today 17.04.2015 he called up to say that we need to pay another Rs 2000 else he will throw the trophy back on our face. We are feeling so tortured and harassed. After three days of consistent follow up, pleading and requesting our packet is still lying undelivered and we are being asked to pay more money which the Blue Dart Rep is himself not able to explain why and how. Our goodwill is at stake since we are unable to meet our committed delivery time frame. We could never imagine that sending a courier in today’s era can actually bring nightmares.We want a solution to this by the day end today, else with no option left we shall have to approach the consumer forum for the same.           I am Narendra kr Singh purchased a product from snapdeal which was suppose to reached today i reached durgapur timely but it did not reach to me i was present to the consignment address and my phone was well working no one neither came not contact me now shipment shows the receiver not available when i checked the consignment on your site.I tried to contact your durgapur counter part the person was on telephone behaved very badly with me and told that i don, t know any thing call after 5p.m please look into the matter so that i can receive the shipment today.My consignment no. is [protected].

            AWB#[protected]; Consignee- shatrughan Pushpakar this packet is lying with nodal office, panchkula. But not delivered since last two days. When i call up the delivery boy (prem) he says " Door was locked & no one wash there". When i asked him the address where he went : he says 3023 (ground floor), whereas address clearly mentioned as 3023/A(second floor). He did'nt even bothered to ask some body or call me & when i aksed him the reason of not dispatching - he started arguing & said it wont be delivered today & will try tomorrow. is this what you called the blue dart service? i want the explanation why it is not delivered, till which was sup[posed to be delivered on 15.04.2015. the dealy is beacuse of you guys.

              I had booked one parcel from Bangalore to pune, the item weight was hardly 150 GMs, as I had to send the item urgently to pune, I payed an amount of 310/-. They told me that item will be delivered in the second day itself. But the item was not delivered till the 3rd dayday. One of my friend went to pine viman nagar office and ccollected the item. Item pack was tempered. Tracking id waswas [protected].

                BLUE DART IS RENOWED COMPANY BUT STAFF IS NOT WELL AND DOES WORST MISBEHAVE DURING DELIVERY THE CONSIGNMENT. ATTEMPT SECOND TIME DELIVERY ON SAME CONSIGNEE AND CONSIGNOR WITH SAME ADDRESS BUT MR. UMESH PAHUJA ( INDIRAPURAM BRANCH ) DO NOT WANT TO DELIVER THE CONSIGNMENT TO ME BECAUSE OF COMPLAINT WHICH WAS RAISED BY ME ON 18/03/2015. LAST TIME I GOT THE CONSIGNMENT AFTER 7DAYS IN DOMESTIC SERVICE. HE HAS RETURNED THE CONSIGNMENT TO CONSIGNEE AFTER DISCUSSION WITH ME WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO ME EASILY. REALLY I AM NOT HAPPY WITH STAFF'S BEHAVIOUR.

                      Respected Sir, SUB : Regarding Multiple Pick Up Issues By Bluedart - Kolkata - Rajarhat New Town Branch[protected]Manager : Mr. Sajal Ghosh) I am an Entrepreneur who has initiated my brand of accessories in the e-commerce section, apart from my own personal website, i have been selling On PAYTM, EBAY, Etc. Just to be clear i manage Regular Pick Ups From 5 Logistics Partners (FedEx, Dhelivery, First Flight, Aramax & Blue Dart Mainly). As per my address of pick up, the closest of all the logistics offices is Bluedart (Roughly 300 Odd Meters). I have no issues with any other service, like i have already faced with Blue Dart. i. I have had orders with BlueDart Since Past 5 Months. ii. Already as they tend to ignore deadlines not by single but 3-4 days, eventually i have to personally go down and get them to collect it. (Just To be clear this not always the case, every 3rd Pick up is like this when they tend to ignore orders for days) only after i officially ask my website partners to initiate a complaint do they respond. iii. In January Of 2015 already i have received a call from some senior official from a Delhi or Bangalore, who connected me and the manager in conference and resolved our issue, in which the said manager insisted that this problem will never be repeated. iv. Since then the problem has been repeated many times. V. On to my current bad experience that has made me complaint so thoroughly, I have also initiated Powership Service of Ebay Quite Recently, These orders have been collected daily at my place since 21st, then more orders on 23rd, and every day till 24th, today that is the 26th, i visited the center personally at 4PM, and told him to accept my orders, he told me that ebay orders require a manifest without which he cannot collect said orders, i said okay i will get those ready, and that he should have these orders collected from my address reather than me coming down after 7 days. To which he bluntly argued that it his not his fault and he will not collect my order. I asked him his name and told him that i would issue a complaint as i pay for these orders, and i have a pick up fee included in that, he then started telling me that i have not received any of your orders via mail that is why i am not sending the pick guy. I said Okay if that is the case i will talk to ebay about it and i took all my orders and left. NOW, i have contacted ebay just now, they inform me that all powership orders have been sent to the pick up office every day since each order was Marked Ready To Ship. Also, they inform me that bluedart provides then the AWB Numbers based on the Orders and pin-codes, so it is not possible that the particular office will not receive a request for pick up. I Have 8 Orders Pending At My Address, please tell me what should i do about them, i have no mind to walk back to that office and give the orders again after the embarrassing incident.                           My reference no. is [protected]. I wish to put a strong complaint here regarding your service. Today i.e. on[protected], a courier (bank related papers from HDFC Bank) was delivered from blue dart to my address. Since i was not at home to receive it, my mother, a woman in her 60's received the courier from your courier boy at around 13:15 P.M. Since my mother is not highly educated and knowing that the papers delivered were important, she enquired a little about what it was regarding. The courier boy, very disrespectfully replied in a highly rude manner, almost threatening her and yelling at her. Thereafter he started misbehaving with her. When in the evening she narrated the incident to me, i had decided to go Police station to lodge an FIR against the person concerned. However i am writing this complaint to you before that hoping to get my complaint registered and acted upon strongly. this matter is o[censored]tmost concern for me not just because a family member was involved but horrible people like that man only, makes the women feel unsafe and humiliated leading to a mistrust on your company and services. i seek an acknowledgement of this complaint and also about your policy and potential action that will be taken up against this person so that the need to approach the police can be reconsidered. i am highly annoyed. hope to receive a quick response from your side.                             My name is Reena Rajan. I have not received my shipment for way bill no. [protected] from bluedart. I tried mailing bluedart from Contact Us page but I didn't receive any email or any communication. Also, I tried clicking on links to mail Arun Nangpal and Anil Khana but both the links are non-functional. I tried calling the local numbers, the customer care number and send feedbacks but received no response. The tollfree customer care is also not working. Kindly help me and provide me the details.

                            Non delievery of courier-- AWB no [protected] it's not delieved Today after waiting whole day I didn't recieve any call and now it's showing received by STAMP...
                            Plzz help
                            Can anyone tell me why it shows that the shipment delivered to STAMP?

                              I am an ICICI Bank Creditcard customer for last 10 years for which had given my residential address "Panduranga Lagvankar, Shreeprada, D.No. 1-19A-18, Manjunathanagara, Pakala, Manipal, 576107.And for this same address I am getting all the corresponding letters parcels important documents etc even thr ough your organization also .But for last 1 year the important documents which was sent by ICICI Bank through your organisation was purposefully sent back to the sender with the reson of address incompleate .When I contact the bank officials regarding the penalty isue of my credit card the bank officials given me all bill details that they sent through your organisation which was sent back to bank without delivering the documents to me .Due to the negligence of your Manipal Office Incharge Mr Sukesh Shetty I had failed to pay the bank dues ontime for which I paid huge penalty with mental torcher .My request to the resposible persons of your organisation to settle the isue immediatly by reimbursing the losses caused to me by your company both mentally and financially .

                                There was a item shipped from Delihi to Bangalore with Waybill No : [protected] I supposed to get the parcel by last Saturday but it has Reached Bangalore by Saturday night which is acceptable / understandable since it came via road from Delhi. However, when ever i call customer care they have been telling me the same answer as it will reach by tomorrow and i have been getting the same answer since Friday. If they are not clear then why they want to commit the dates. And today(16th Mar 2015) i called customer care they said, "It may not be delivered by today since the item has come via road and will be delivered by tomorrow".First if they are not sure when it will be delivered or else remove the customer care team to get the updates for the delivery. And also, If the item reached the destination place (Bangalore Warehouse) on 14th then Why it takes more than 2 days for delivery which is there in the same city? I don't know how they are running globally with this kind of delivery and service.

                                    This is regarding the unethical work culture at blue dart bhandup branch in which they do not visit customer premises for delivering the goods but they put remarks as customer premises close .i do not get any miss you chit also at door as no one ever turn up.this observation is of. Last 6 months as I frequently get documents from Lodha builders.today the courier guy got caught red handed while doing the same for [protected] way bill on.I was at home whole day but when I checked the staus of this way bill I found that status been updated as premises closed at 1424hrs, I immediately called at this [protected] and told the incident.then the person told sir koi baat nai i will send it now and within 1 hour the courier Guy Dhananjay came and confess that he had not come to my place and to cover up he was saying he went to other building by mistake then he was telling that my manager told that this customer you will not get in day time... Totally wrong practice at blue dart, people are just earning money without doing job.my contact no is [protected]

                                      I have ordered a product on snapdeal and snapdeal courier it via Bluedart whose way bill number is [protected].From the past of two day, status shown "product out for delievery" in morning and in evening it shows status that "Delay Caused Beyond Control".
