    I received SMS from Bule Dart on 20th Aug at 5 pm that my shipment will be attempted by blue dart today also a link for tracking was given in the msg. At 10 pm I am receiving another SMS that They were unable to deliver my shipment due to incomplete address. (though my address was updated with the shipper). When I view the tracking map as given in the SMS, I found that they did not even came in the radius of 3 kms of my address. Then on 21st morning I tried calling blu dart customer care no. [protected]. After trying for approx one hour my call was answered by them. They replied that the address was not identified so please confirm your address and also give a proper landmark so that we can reattempt the delivery. I confirmed the address and also gave my mobile number and requested them to ask the delivery boy to call me if there is any confusion. They accepted my request. Then again on 21st Aug at 2.30 pm I received the same SMS that blue dart will attempt delivery. But they DID NOT ATTEMPTED THE DELIVERY and updated false tracking details once again. Again I called them and the customer care executive sung the same song once again as he did last time. End of the day I DID NOT RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT. Again on 22nd Aug at 3 pm I received the same SMS that blue dart will attempt delivery. BUT NO ATTEMPT FOR DEVIVERY. Again a FALSE TRACKING DETAILS UPLOADED BY THEM. Again I called today the customer care and once again asked them that why you people are updating false tracking reports. Again confirmed them my address and my contact number. Can any one in Blue Dart help me out in receiving my courier?????

      I am from hoshiarpur. I am working with kotaka mahindra bank . I want to register a complaint agianst your blue dart service.
      Your employees cannot deliever our bank customers banking kits on time even they cannot contact with customers. They always said the we can't find address and not update in our system but the full address mention on courier. When we track courier on your website. They always comented that Incomplete address need landmark. But landmark mention on courier. Today i saw one of the courier that clearly print landmark near bike store hoshiarpur. But they cannot effort to deliver that courier. When i go to your office they say that contact no. number not mention on kit. If contact no. Not mention then why they cannot go to the landmark and take details of customer address. There is a big issue in hoshiarpur location.
      Please take action asap that bank customers not facing any problem.

        Mera ak parcels gurgaon sbi card centar se 4 August 2018 ko bluedart corier thuru dispatch hua tha jo deliver hona tha 9 August 2018 jiska AWB NO [protected] address 196 bn crpf dugni, sarikela, jharkhand, pin code 833219 jo ki 16 August 2018 tak me wait kia fir v mera pass nahi poucha. bluedart care me ph kia to mere ko bola ki, sir apak parcel missplas ho gay. o pata nahi lag raha hai kaha hai. ap wait kar ligia yea bol kar ph rakh dia. mera fir se o parcel re-issu karaya or fir o bludart me 17 August 2018 ko dispatch kia jiska delivery date tha 22 august 2018 AWB NO [protected].
        o aaj ve delhi me para hua hai ph kar ne se blue dart care me bolta hai ki app wait kar ligia app ko mil jaya ga. agr me puch ta hu mera parcel kaha hai. to bolata hai, bol dia na wait kar ligia

He tld he has dispatched it to courier... Plz help me... Plz update me abt my parcel... Bluedart always does this... Dnt knw why such a big problem from their side... Plz solve my problem as soon as possible

            I have purchased product from Tata Cliq which was couriered by Blue dart express (Way bill no [protected] ). Address provided is accessible to all courier company even blue dart it self. But in online tracking it shows that undelivered, prohibited area, address in completed etc.Even status get change everyday.
            I fed up with blue dart and try to contact customer care no[protected] several time but not able to connect with representative of customer care.

            If blue dart have some issue, they should have call me.But there was no communication. I have tried several blue dart contact no but all are unanswerable.

            Please register strong complain against Blue dart.

              Dear service bludart had to delievery my credit card but without visiting to my address they shown that address is unreachable. After lot of search i finded the office but when i visited to the office the employe i mean so called manager talked to me in very bad way and abused with me and said that i will not deliever the product to you now do whatever you want. Worst service ever. Please provide me legal advice so that i can sue bluedart at consumer court. Thank you.

                Sir my name pardeshi surendrasing my credit card reached at pathankot office, with correct address and self mobile number and my official address which give this is a famous and easily known address but your company neither call me nor they tried to inform my office. If they make some effort this courier easily send this address which is very near from him. Sir please give your personal attention to this matter because no one has consider this type mistake from bluedart courier service in whole india. Please maintain our trust on you. Jai hind

                  customer care no response

                  I tried contacting blue dart regarding the delay in delivery of a courier sent to me. I tried their customer care number[protected], then the relevant office number in alleppy[protected] and various other numbers of their kochi offices. No one is picking up the phone. I tried for 4-5 days consecutively for multiple hours each day. I tried giving a feedback through their website with my email and contact number. No response. Absolutely...

                  I had received the message informing that my shipment will be attempted to deliver on 20/08/2018.. But ur agent has not call me for delivery address... Again i got message showing that consignee not available to deliver so we are unable to deliver the shipment... If the agent doesn't call then how will u deliver the shipment... Please let me know the contact number of the branch to contact them or help me in receiving my shipment as soon as possible...

                    I ordered a credit card thru hdfc and it was returned by bluedart awb#[protected] stating address incomplete so i contacted hdfc and got it clarified and got a message that card is redispatched so on aug 21 bluedart website showed that the product is out for delivery and has been delivered however i did not get my card till now. Please do the needful

                      I’m prudhvi my way bill-[protected] the thing is that i been waiting for my courier since from ten days from the day if dispatch i was tracking my courier it has been prompting like the consignees address unlocatable by seeing that i tried to contact the customer executive multiple times regarding my courier he been been denieing my requests it’s not at all fair..

                        Product was dispatched on 13th august. After a week on tracking my product address incorrect was displayed. I called office contact no. At least 20 times in a day.. But no one picked up the phone.. Oneaching blue dart office when i saw package proper address was mentioned. On asking about not delivering the package boy on reception replied we do not deliver if address is not mentioned. He talk to me rudely, abused me. Worst service ever seen.

                          I have ordered a pair of school shoes from amazon along with a tamper glass. Delivery was expected to be on 20th august. But tamper glass got delivered even before expected date. But it is showing one delivery had been made, but while i called the local currier office the service boy said the shoe didn't even come to their office. The order is[protected].                                 My product were dispacted from mumbai 18-aug-2018, blue dart is is not call me, and 20-aug-2018 consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed, but no one call me, 21-aug-2018 the status changed to undelivered shipment held at location. Please help me to deliver this package. The delivery guy should call me if he is not able to find the location.

                                  My cheque book is lying with them from 10 days but they dont even call me about it
                                  But they are uploading false reviews like Address is not mention blah blah
                                  Blue dart pali marwar even not calling about it even also they are not replying properly about it

                                      Way bill no.[protected]not delivered till date. I m getting false messages daily that ur shipment is out for delivery but no actual delivery have been attempted till date. I have contacted many times to blue dart customer care and amazon but no fruitfull results till date. Bluedart is harassing me by sending false messages of delivery attempt and i m waiting whole day at my home for delivery. Very poor services by bluedart simply harassing me nothing else.

                                      I am expected yo have courier delivery for today but but blue dart people update status ove web portal that premises closed. I have called 10 times to deliver it but in evening they show just fake status.
                                      I have ordered a smartwatch from an online website.
                                      Zeby.in but it is totally different from the pictures shown in web so I want to return it so please take it back.and return me my money please as soon as possible or ELSE I WILL COMPLAIN TO PIL OR COMSUMER RIGHT
