If bluedart is not going to even try to deliver the product then what is the point o[censored]sing their services. The tracking was showing out for delivery at about 8 pm and after that, the delivery person did not even call me and then later on the status was changed to address unlocatable. I also called them and the person at the other end was totally unhelpful and she just told me to visit the office the next day after 11 am. I am really busy and can not visit the office just for picking a headphone. I do not know what to do next.

Pathetic service in Bangalore I must say. 1st time they did not deliver for no reason, they have the mobile number but they don't bother call, I had to go all the way to collect the product from BlueDart office. Now this is 2nd time I am facing the same issue. The courier guys are irresponsible and having rude behaviour. Both the times I have important documents which I need it on urgent basis. Customer care is as useless as these people.

Whom to reach for such concern? Or shall we stop trusting Blue Dart Services?

From bank - my important doccuments shipped via bluedart courier service.
As per blue dart - address incomplete. 1 day earlier I received courier (different doccuments) from the same bank to the same address via DTDC courier.

I called 2 times to their customer care number - [protected].

I wrote email to their customer care, till they didnt take any action.

Every day they are telling " it wil be deliverd today".

I was expecting a delivery by 14th August, however, the person called up on 16th August at around 1pm that he is coming later in the day. However, he didn't turn out and when we called at 6.30pm, he said that delivery will happen on 17th August without any clarification. The tracking details says that the consignee address is incorrect thats pathetic.

The person's name is Pravin whom we spoke was bit adamant did not show any courtesy about delay in delivery and just hung up the call while in communication.

This the way we handle services?

I have ordered one product from Amazon order with Blue Dart Awb# [protected] and the product came to blue dart office 3 days back and they nither call me nor contacted address. I have experienced worst service form blue dart agent i.e Dheekshitha agency. I haven't got any solution after contacting with ur customer service and finally asked my friends and wasted so much time, and I went directly to office and collected my product. If you are willing to build customers through service better maintain good service atleast.

I would like to lure your attention on an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. My father sent me a courier on Friday 3rd August this month and company members told my father that I will get that package with in 11th of this month. But I haven’t received anything yet. When I've sent messenger at Jorhat Bluedart office for that package they have failed to come up with a satisfactory answer.

Dear Sir/Mam,
Reference to my complaint ID no.2049996, I would like to express my grievance against Blue Dart courier service as they have just communicated through a mail assuring that they will resolve the issue very soon but I am very disappoint of the fact that I have not received my parcel yet. it has been almost 22days the parcel has been sent. The parcel was very much urgent but seems they are reluctant to deliver the same. In this present condition is it necessary to move with a legal action? waiting for your reply since it's crossing my patience level. I demand a quick action against it.
I shall be grateful if you take necessary step to resolve the issue. My waybill no. is: [protected].

Try to contract atleat 15 times on [protected] but phone disconnected after initial response as nobody is picking. Please ask your delivery man to handover the consignment to security gurad to whom i am giving necessary authorisation letter today. He can contract me over mobile no. [protected] or if possible he can delivery the consignment before 9.15 a. M when i will be available at home.

I' m complaining about the delivery my delivery date is 10 aug but, blue dart customer support are saying that this order will deliver you at 13 aug Why you gave the wrong information about delivery and its too late Rubish experience.

Took 8 additional days then the expected time to deliver my courier @ beltola, guwahati. Online status showing wrong address when i received the courier the address was mentioned very clearly as the courier was sent from bank.

Even the courier boy didn't bother to deliver to my home address ask me to come to a place and collect the courier from there

My parcel has been delivered to another person... Delivery status of parcel is showing delivered but i haven't received my parcel yet. I ordered kurti from selfie kurtis and they sent via blue dart courier and these courier has been wrongly delivered to another person and i haven't received any call from parcel recipient... Courier service is responsible and the delivery boy who without any query delivered to another person...

Hello team,

Yesterday i got a call from blurdart that my courier from hdfc bank is at my door step.
As i was not there in my house i asked the delivery person to give it to my apartment security. But by end of day when i checked with him he was not handed over with any courier or parcel. I also checked the apartment next to me as they might be a small misunderstanding and he might have given the parcel over there but that was not the case.

I tried to call the same number i got call from and the customer care bangalore (Koramangala) but as its independence day no one is there to receive the complaint.

This is my order detail:

Kindly check on it asap and provide me an update.

I will reach the customer care tomorrow as well to get an update.

I had ordered a tv from amazon. Bluedart express was the delivery partner. When the courier boy called me we had some miscommunication regarding the delivery of the product. And after that the delivery boy started using abusive languages. Is this the kind of behaviour you show to your customers?? Words experience with bluedart. I am never going to recommend anyone to bluedart express.

My order didn't delivered yet and they reported it has an adress problem, there is no problem in address. Yesterday they call to me to come there and collect that from your office. I told them that i suffered from fever and rest at my home. They didn't come. Then why you called it as home delivery...?? Why you charged for that?? Home delivery means deliver the product to home address not to your office. Make immediate action among this. Or...

I ordered from smytten on 6th of august. I was at delivery location all these days. Delivery person didn't even call once just messaged that delivery will be attempted in next 30 mins but no one came nor he is picked any of my calls. Really disappointed from bluedart this time.
Waybill no. [protected]. Complainted about my issue several times to smytten but they just said it is delayed and it will come in 1 or 2 days but no one visited at delivery location even once nor called.

I don"t understand what happened to bluedart in delivering letter in our address which other couriers company are not finding any difficulties in servicing same address. The most astonishing that way bill no;[protected], [protected], [protected]. Are being delivered today why [protected] & [protected] not being delivered today why these two are being held up. My address is 100% correct and i shared the location and address proof of mahisbathan (Salt lake sec 5) to customer care executive. We sent about 4/5 emails but no action but out of 5 letter delivered 3 only, god knows why other two (To be delivered in same address) being held up
