This is pruthvi form tally soulutions, i got a message form blue dart and kotak bank saying my courier is delivered on 8th aug, where as i have not received any, i have called customer care and reported the issue where they said they will get back to me by EOD, but no response till now, I even dropped a mail to " [protected]@bluedart.com", where i got a reply form "[protected]@bluedart.com " asking for more information and i have given my reply as well, till now there is no response from [protected]@bluedart.com. my company has sent a mail to "'[protected]@bluedart.com'" for proof of delivery as status from blue dart says shipment has been delivered to office, Till now there is no response.Is this the way your customer care works ??? I can understand that mistakes do happens, I have tried all the possible ways to get response for BLUE DART.I was supposed to bet my courier by 8th aug till date no one is responding.
