I d"not understand why i have to write you every times to get my delivery. I can provides you so many way bill no, you deliver in my address but every times i have to complain you for the delay in delivery.. Why why... I have complaint in this portal so many times against blue dart for getting delivery. The waybill no : [protected]is held up at its office reason is fake or may be their problem of area/channel of delivery (Either it is in rajarhat or dumdum). Another way bill no [protected], its fate will be the, will be kept hanging to be delivered.
I have not seen such a worse courier company having big name.

They delayed my courier as it reached sasaram center in 3 days from mumaie, but still sasaram office is not delivering, multiple of people are not satisfied with your sasaram office, you can see the review of sasaram office, they delayed my visa document and talking so rudely and they said me to collect from offfice but till now no action is taken against the sasaram office bihar

It's been 2 days since the product had reached the blue dart express center but hasn't been delivered. Its reached the center by 16/04/2019 and hasn't been delivered yet. For the last two days, they have sent a message that premises were closed and didn' even contact me. I've been in my home for the last two days and there were no signs of attempt.

This complaint is to report that a purchase that i had made online after making full payment (Including shipping costs), the courier service is refusing to delivering the product unless an extra large sum of fees is paid.

My name's rakesh; i reside in new zealand and i had purchased a celebrity perfume spray (M by mariah carey perfume) online from perfume.com, an american company on april 5th, for my sister dr shimna as a birthday gift. The product cost me nz $27.42 (1, 279 rupees) and an additional nz $23.41 (1, 092.30 rupees) was paid for shipping and delivering costs. My family happened to contact me today (April 18th 2019) and said that a customer care lady rang them saying that an additional payment of rs 1497 (Nz $32.11) need to be paid as delivering fees. I informed my family that all shipping costs have been paid and there is no need to pay any additional fees. Later my family rang me and said a delivery guy showed up at home to deliver the product and asked for rs 1497 as holding fees or else the product is not going to be delivered (My family had noticed that the parcel was labelled with blue dart sticker). When my family informed the man that all shipping costs were paid he took off immediately saying that if you dont have the money the product cant be delivered. I found this extremely appalling, confusing and ridiculous considering the fact that when i paid for shipping costs, it was to have it delivered to the address given and not to the blue dart courier company address. Besides the cost of the actual product is 1, 279 rupees and they are asking for rs 1497 delivering cost which is even higher than the product. The delivery guy came from blue dart branch at leela plaza ulloor, kochulloor, thiruvananthapuram, kerala 695011. The address that they had to deliver was only 300m away. I tried to ring their number provided online but its switched off; i tried to contact other trivandrum branches and they were all unattended. This is blatant rip off and this is the second time this is happening to me (Last time it was dhl couriers which sits in the same leela plaza building at kochulloor; at that time my sister was ripped off nearly 3000 rupees).

Please do the necessary to have them deliver the parcel at the address they are supposed to, coz they have no right hold a parcel where all shipping costs are paid. The address the parcel has to be delivered is :

I already contcted wth ahmedabad, thaltej blue dart service for my shipment, way bill no-[protected], than also they people not deliverd my courier and not try to contct also, 4 times i have called, i got my one anthr document from them but stiill my one anthr curier pending, plz send me to on my address if ther is pblm contct me on [protected], so please solve the problem and send my documnt fast as possible, u can reply me on [protected]@gmail.com

My order was about to reach today but it was not delivered. I tracked the status of courier and it is now showing as "amritsar outer shipment arrived". Request you to please arrange the courier asap or contact me in case of any quereies.
Courier services should understand the urgency of deliverable and should deliver the courier on time.

It's a bad colour and quality.
My order shirts are defferent but u deleverd shirts are defferent.
It's a bad quality and wurst.
So I was return the product plesse take the product and re-fund the money.

I dont know what you guys are doing, delivery boy didnt call me a single time also but in response they had mentioned that customer unavailable this is the worst courier partner i have seen. I ordered from shopclues.com before products and all i received from different courier. But i dont know why this time they sent through bluedart this is the worst worst courier.

Hi team.. This letter is subject to tracking number [protected]. I received a text message on my number stating the order will be delivered to me by 17th april.. However today 16th april 10 pm i got a text message stating that my order is not delivered as there was a problem related to address.. Just to tell you place place where i stay is one of the prime locations and easy to trace.. And its not first time i am ordering something online.. I have ordered products online and they are delivered to me to my address.. So how come my address is an issue this time. If there is any issue any courier or delivery person should call me and intimate me about it that they are reaching at my place so can keep a track of it.. It such a poor customer service. And i need the product to be delivered today anyhow at my address before 12 pm today.. As i am a working person.. And whole day i cant wait for the delivery person. Rather intimate me the time or call me and take my expected time to deliver the order.. I will escalate this matter to md level if it's not delivered today before 12 pm.. My ref number is:ev[protected], when i check in online status is showing as "c'nee shifted from the given address. I am staying there from past three years. I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.

I must say that i had the worst experience with from this courier company service, especially the one available at ujjain.
My product wasnt delivered to on time saying the delivery boy was not available?? (Not even reasonable)
I had to go halfway across the city to bluedart office to get the product and when i reached there, the employers were so ignorant that they couldn't even care to apologise for the delay. They couldn't even talk to me properly instead they talked to me as if they were botherless. This is not how you deal with customers. I had pretty high expectations of this company owing to its reputation but it just didn't seem to click in my case. The worst experience ever. Oh, you gotta check where the office lies in ujjain. You won't even find it if you follow it through google map.

I am v r e s santosh kumar. Recently icici bank has send me a credit card through yor courier sevice to my old office address. I requested your customer care to send it to my home address that is mulalanka, kalidindi mandal, krishna district, andhra pradesh-521344. And the delivery branch location is bhimavaram. My home village is 36km distance to bhimavaram location. The delivery boy called me and said to me to visit the branch. And i visited the branch and requested them with my original id proof. But they did not deliver parcel to me and they have returned to the bank. I am very unsatisfy with your service. If any possible please send that courier to my home address.

Worst service by you . Your company delivery boy roaming around my house but not delivered my shipment and even he not give me call or message I continue tracking live where is he . Then I register my complaint Still not giving any response of my complaint no. ( 652085 ) . My shipment from HDFC bank credit card is not delivered on time my way bill no. Is ([protected] ) this is showing how much careless is your company they give very bad message from such big brand company like bluedart highly disappointing customer service by bluedart . This shows how careless employees are in this company. I called so many times in toll free no. Inspite of this my problem is not solved yet . I’m not getting my Hdfc card . Today dated 15/04/2019 my courier is came from gurgaon, delivery boy display status that premises locked without went to delivery address. I am at my home all the time today. I track on net & status updated as premises locked. I went to blue dart office and the boy said we not gave u courier here, we gave u at ur add. I have all my identities with me but he don't deliver me my courier, such a bad experience.

I had an courier sent to me, i have given them my no and address but it was not delivered to me so i try to connect the Ahmadabad branch via call but it was always busy and if it not busy then also no one pics it up. I also sent an email for that but no reply.But after some days i again called them and they say its returned to the sender. They didn't even try to contact me for the problem. Then i call to the customer care they also did not give me satisfactory reply and hang up on me. So, is this your hospitality ? No other courier service does this. This is the worst service i have ever seen.

BLUE DART कोरियर का डिलीवरी मेन 17 नग लेकर आया था पहले सारा सामन दूसरे दुकान दार को invoice के साथ दिया। आप भी जानते हैं मार्केट में कितना कॉम्पटीशन हैं । उस दुकानदार ने सारे invoice की फोटो खींच कर बिल वापस दे दिया। जब हमने शिकायत करी तो गलती मानने को तैयार नहीं हुआ बदतमीज़ी करने के बाद सारा माल वापस ले कर चला गया । इसकी शिक़ायत जरूर करे । Photo Attached of delivery man, please take action against this person
