Fansee deals, 176/1, front side first floor, inou road, behind shopping market, delhi: 110068 has delivered the subject item to me against order number eb# 2401, which is fake. It was delivered to me by blue dart at 14.33 hrs by your courier man carrying having mobile number +91 [protected]. He collected rs. 1, 300, cod and delivered a package and vanished. I tried to call him. He is not taking phone. The item supplied to me is a complete fake item, not even worth rs. 10/. It is a plastic toy. It does not fit nor work. I did ask him that i would make google payment, as advised by you in the sms sent to me at 13.57 hrs to entertain only digital payment. He insisted on cash only and vanished. I want to return it. I want to return it and get cash back. What is the procedure? There is no procedure explained. The phone number given is[protected], which is also fake. Adisheshan, [protected], bangalore. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The parcel was supposed to delivered on 30-sept-2020. Instead the status changed to consignee not available two time even I am available 24/7 at mentioned address
Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.
Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.
Please help!!!
