Blue Dart Express — Wrong Delivery of Product | |||||
Respected Sir, I am Rahul Kewat from Bhopal, MP. I purchased a product from ebay.in on dt.28/01/17 item no.is[protected] &eBay Paisapayid is[protected] from seller named flowerwase product name is HuaweiE5573 Airtel4GWiFiModem. My userid on ebay.in is [protected]@gmail.com. The seller shipped the item through Bluedart track. no.[protected] and they delivered it on 05/02/17 to unknown person named Mamta on f.no.381 p.no.201 living in my apartment. But when i go to my apartment there is nobody named Mamta, when i contacted the bluetart office they only said we will help to find the product but they do nothing till date & also they said compliant the ebay.in when i go to eBay.in eBay's guarantee claim is open within 7 days of delivering product. But i have more than 7 days so iam not able to open a claim. my mistake is I don’t know the time & date when my product is delivered because of network problem. I need a help from consumer forum so please do needful & replace or refund my product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
