I got the parcel already a day late and when my colleague told him that i am coming with my id in 2 minutes i arrived in 4 minutes to be precise.in the meantime he was about to leave by giving a sorry card, when i asked he said i waited for 3 minutes more and i have to deliver 250 letters more. I cant wait for every customer for 2 minutes.

My awb was [protected]. You can track the delivery guy i guess. These people let you down blue dart. I am thinking that indian post people are friendly and its a huge comment when someone is saying government body is better than private company.

    Hello,

    Consignment with AWB [protected] was booked from Jodhpur to Pune via BlueDart on 20th March 2017. We are asked to pay Rs 450 in the name of fast delivery as we were promised that delivery would be made by 5pm, 22nd March in any condition.

    It is 3pm now @ 23rd March 2017 and there are no signs of delivery whatsoever. I spoke with customer care multiple times and they assured that delivery will happen on priority but more or less they all have misguided me.

    I was supposed to submit the documents today somewhere and the deadline has now crossed . What is the use now of courier.

    Is BlueDart just a brand and nothin else. I tried reaching Viman Nagar office via there landline but they do not recieve calls. I have tried to reach them more than 100 times now.

    What kind of professionalism is this. Is this how the customers are treated.

    If BlueDart can deliver the conignment today I will be the most happiest person on this earth today.

        I need to get courier from HDFC Bank through blue dart. i received a phone call from [protected] at 4:04Pm dated 21/3/2017 informing that i have a latter, are you in home? i said my wife will be home so please delivered. but he did not come to my home. and also he did not ring to me ( because i did not get any call). From yesterday i called the customer care no ( [protected]) and they promised the latter will be delivery today but still now i did not get any latter. Today a phone call came from this no: [protected] and said that your address is not their, i so confused its my own house. Its very poor service.

        So please please please do something

          Hello there,

          Before I proceed I would like to mention Waybill No. first for which I'm facing an issues and reason of that is your BlueDart team.

          Waybill No.: [protected]

          Today around 12 pm, company's courier boy tried to attempt delivery at my given address for this consignment and I was not available on my given address due to my office work. So, I asked courier boy to hand over my consignment to my cousin, but as per your policy It was not possible So, I suggested him another option that try to attempt delivery in evening.

          Now, It's obvious that during office hours, I'll be not available at my given address and It's normal - nobody will be available. So, I went with some other options which are given below:

          (1.) I asked him to attempt delivery in evening.

          (2.) I informed him that personally I'll pickup courier in evening from your BlueDart office.

          After giving these many options (which are really possible to follow), But again he denied totally and became rude and were talking in the way which was not expected in any way from BlueDart officials.

          Courier boy also informed me that, now on wards he's not going to attempt second delivery for my consignment. This is seriously was not expected and also not accepted from this big corporate company.

          I want to draw your attention regarding this issue and want you to do the needful in this case.

          I'll be available tomorrow at my given address though I have taken off from my office just because of this type of services which I experienced from Blue Dart.

          The same thing i discussed on phone call with your customer support executive (on this number:[protected], but the lady was also not co-operative and did not help/respond me well regarding this issue and was not able to fix my issue. I also suggested her to let me allow to pickup consignment from your authorized BlueDart office, but She became so much rude that I did not go further regarding this issue with her.

            I need to get courier from HSBC bank through blue dart. They did not come to my home still said that promises is closed. Today they are delivering to other address without any intimation to me. Really very bad service by BlueDart.

            Please find attached tracking details for reference. they have attempted on 22 Mar 2017, but i did not get any call. Today without intimation bluedart redirected information to office address.

            this is very very very bad service.

              I suppose to get Baja EMi card in the month of August, but till now i ahve nnot received card, when i spoke wiht Bajaj team, they cofnirmed it they handover to Bluedart in the month of Auugust.

              but one dya i had received call from someone else and asked for addtess to handover the card, but till i did not get it.

              Iam getting dought whether Bluedart couruer guys using card, please confirm me at the earliest, . otherwise iam going to take it to concerned department

                I received call from [protected] on 20.3.17 informing that i have one letter and door is in locked condition. I requested to bring on 21.3.17 as i am out of station. But on 21.3.17 i received message that land mark is required. I informed the same to customer care number. But consignment is returned on 21.3.17. Why?
                1. When your staff informed that door is in locked condition, what is the need of land mark next day.
                2. Ok. I furnished the land mark. Why the attending staff did not contact me over phone about location on 21.03.17
                3. So it is clear that the phone no [protected] man is the laziest person. He wantonly asked land mark. But with out coming to the house he simply returned the same. I am in possession all recorded evident. If no action, legally face the consequences
                4. Before returning why your staff did not contact me over phone. Why legal action should not be taken for causing mental agony and loss by returning the consignment
                5. The number [protected] is useless. The operator would never attend the call. On getting single ring, he would cut the connection. After that only engaged tone would be heard.
                6. These two staff will bring only damage your business in madurai. You can check by ringing to that number and track the delivery man.
                7. When your staff is not working sincerely why you are dealing with public documents and spoiling the work of public.
                8. Reply immediately. I am having all recorded evidences in this regard.

                  I am an officer in BSF and working at Nagaur Rajasthan. my native place is VPO Mahawati, teh Samalkha, Distt. Panipat Haryana. I have a parcel of PAN card (which is a very important & secrete document and it can damage my bank account or a great loss for me if get a wrong person ) from your courier for my native place. But the person (Mahesh from samalkha) who is a employee of your service center is not responding well. When I said (almost it was a request) him to deliver the parcel to my native place or at my present address. He refuse to do so. Although it is just 07 kms from Samalkha. His language was very rough. His words were "Do what you can I am not going to deliver the courier at your place". Please inform me about the action you have taken.

                        Hi Bluedart/ ICICi,

                        I never placed a request to ship my Rubyx debit card to my personnal residential address. As per my conversation with ICICI Customer care, card was supposed to be sent or shipped to financial district branch.

                        Today I got a call from Blue dart courier stating that the card cannot be delivered to my residential address, which i ever requested. Am unhappy with your service as it's a debit card. Please have the card shipped to icici financial district branch immediately, So that i can collect card in person from branch.

                            Delivery boy for waybill: [protected] arrived at Ecospace Rajarhat Kolkata without any prior notification today. I was in a meeting. When asked to wait for 15-20 minutes since, I was not ready, he says he will not stay for more than 5 minutes whereas blue dart makes 100s of deliveries to this address and the same delivery boys stay for a period of over 2 hours to complete all their deliveries.

                            What was the reason for this unnecessary harassment with a sensitive document like a passport and why wasn't their a prior notification about the delivery?

                            On calling your customer care, the agent named Parna was asking stupid questions like "is your office open at 6am that we will deliver"..knowing that bluedart has stipulated time slots for delivery

                              I got an SMS from union bank of india of your courier will delivered within 2days
                              i had waited for so many days for that courier Lastly i contacted our branch for that information.Instead of delivering to individual house they deliver all that to l union bank of india courier to union bank of india for that particular layout.what is the purpose of delivering thro courier.It is the gross indicipline and negligence and shirking the responsibility.because of that i have waited in the house instead of going out.Awb no[protected] ref no 348505 cst265462 Sint[protected].kindly reply i will claim compensation becasue of gross negligence and shirking responsibility

                                Myself deepanshu a Relationship manager in NEXA GURGAON PASCO

                                I want to complain about the wrost service provided by you. A credit card is dispatched by the bank for me . And I am waiting for that as it is very important for me but it was not delivered to me and redirected to mumbai in the bank's head office and i got a call that the card is reached in gurgaon and will be delivered soon the why it was redirected to mumbai??? The agent who call me i gave him the proper address and he said i am comming i stand out of my street for an hour but he cant come and continously misleading and then after an hour my he was not picking my call.
                                This is wrost experiance by me in my life the due to some ideot i stand out of my home for an hour.

                                    I considered BlueDart to be a highly professional company and usually sent / or received my parcels from it, but this incident forced me to change my opinion about BlueDart.
                                    My Glasses from LensKart arrived for delivery today, i always preferred COD, so i asked the Delivery Boy, whether you accept Debit cum ATM card, he told yes, so i give my card to him, he plugged it into his machine and asked me to enter my pin, after which he asked me to sign on his mobile.
                                    I waited for sometime, but the mobile phone got freezed and he told me the transaction was aborted.
                                    However MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK BALANCE - A MESSAGE CAME TO ME ON SPOT, I showed the message to him, but he kept arguing bac that the transaction was not done, I'll Wait for the company to return my money
                                    in "2 DAYS" before i make a complaints to HIGHER AUTHORITIES .

                                      Item bought from flipkart.com. delivery was taken by blue dart.
                                      Item was delivered up to my town, howly (assam). then i was told i will have to come and get it. call ws made from the no. [protected]. i objected saying delivery is always made to the address. but he said it was not the case here. people come and get their items. i tried to call the toll free number of blue dart company[protected]. they charged me for the call and still i couldn't speak with their customer executive. since it was important i had to oblige. but if they can't deliver at doorstep they should at least have the decency to provide that information before order placement.

                                        Since 22 days Im waiting for my order. Calling Blue dart office since last 10 days only getting one reply that is u will get your order by today.
                                        Also mailed to the company only got a simple reply after thar nobody cared for my order.
                                        Blue dart should be banned completely in India.
                                        They are the worst because my order contains my important documents related to exam.
