I was at home only he has called me and told directly over the that he dont know address come to office and collect the parcel. If your guys are not know about such famous and well located addresses that means they are not capable for that job why you peoples have kept them. So i told him that your problem i have paid a courier charges to you, you need to deliver to my place he told me aapko courier chahiye to aao nahi to wapas bhejta hu n all was talking rudely. Hence this update is wrong that consignee was not available i was home only. I want my courier within 2 days at my place i will not come to ur place. Otherwise i will lodge an complaint against you in consumer court.
