This is a compliant against agent is not responded even after tried to call him for multiple times. His behavior is no good and not acceptable. Because he is not at all responded even after calling multiple times.

Please find this guy provide him good treatment.

The above-mentioned shipment was not delivered by the field staff which was i booked in mi flash sale.

They are informing me that they lost the shipment so take our apologize and by same we are marking this as delivered. Still, i didn't get the shipment, please process for the delivery asap.

And finally, this is not the first time happening there i already had the same type of experience before.

This is in reference to my non delivery infact missing out my packet ( important bank documents) by bluedart and the best part is they are helpless and said sorry that they are unable to track where actually the packet got missed in transit. After wasted my 20 days, today when I reached malviya nagar ofc of blue dart jaipur, I didn't get the proper response from der and they simply said sorry that they are not able to figure out where is my consignment and it might got missed in transit.

Pathetic services ever experience in life and all thanks to blue dart for it... Need compensation for all the inconvenience caused to me due to blue dart...

Hai i ordered a product consisting of 2 designer gowns fully stitched. But i didn't get the product exactly instead i got unstitched ones. Also quality is not good. So i want to return this product. So kindly do needful as soon as possible. And initiate my return process. Also i paid money by cash on delivery. Pls do needful immediately. Also i need my money back as i trusted this company that they will deliver me exact product. But now iam unable to take that pack so i want to return it.

It feels very bad while writing this complaint but I am very much unsatisfied with the Delivery service.

The delivery person simply updated the status as
"Need Department Name/Extension Number" and did not even appear at the location. He didn't even call me.

I am very much unsatisfied with the service and will resist to use it, if it does not gets delivered tomorrow.

I was supposed to receive one of my courier through bluedart.

I got message from bluedart that the parcel has been delivered to me but i haven’t received my courier. I have been calling bluedart customer care and have written them mails many times but they have not responded and there is no help from them. Please help me get my courier.

Blue dart did not send their men to deliver washing machine, only one person from bluedart had come and asked to collect it from my society gate., as he said bluedart does not have manpower and they usually ask customer to collect and get the appliances to their home, this was ridiculous, bluedart should close their business if they do not have decency to deliver the product to the customer doorstep.

This is about bluedart express courier services. My passport was supposed to deliver from chennai to bangalore through bluedart express delivery for which i paid the money charged. I was supposed to receive it by today 10 am, but its showing status delay caused beyond control.

This courier company in barmer delivered item pathetically and too late.
I was shipped a parcle as 32 inch led tv, my parcle reached in barmer on 7 oct 19 but till time it is not delivered me (12 oct 19). At its website it is reflected that adress is incomplete or incorrect.

Every time this stupid courier delayed items stating address problem, not reachable etc... But it all are bakwas...

Delivery guy called me and told he will be near my home within few time and now my status is "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address".

WTF is wrong with BlueDart.?

I didn't attend Office from 3 Days waiting for my Delivery and now this?

What the ### is this BlueDart.You are miss using that "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" which you have!

My wife has ordered some stuffs from my glamm and it was has been shipped through bluedart. The date of delivery was supposed to be 9/10/2019.

At night around 10 pm we got a message from bluedart saying the product has been delivered. We thought it might be some technical issue and we thought to wait till next day morning to see if the product will be delivered on that day. But till now we haven't received the product and in track record it is showing as delivered. I tried to contact blue dart customer care, but the effort seems to be of no result. We have written mail to blue dart customer care, but still haven't got any reply. This bluedart service is really worse. Atleast i want to know why the delivery status has been changed without being delivered

Courier 9 tarikh subah 9 baje city mein aa gaya hai abhi tak pahucha nahi hai or jab mein online status check karta hu to dikha raha hai apko delivery attemp ho chuka hai 1 baar raat ko 10.45 baje... Kya raat ko koi dukan ya office khula rehta hai... Jab office mein phone karte hai to pehle executive sahi tarah se baat bhi nahi karta or kehta hai apko phone kia tha apka phone laga nahi mera phone jab ki full time chalu rehta haior sabhi courier mein se phonne bhi recieve hota hai... Or baat ese karta hai jaise koi government courier ho or aisa bartaav karte hai phone mein jese ehsaan kar raha hain... Meri request hai jald se jald mera courier pahucha diya jaye... Thanks

Blue dart tried to deliver shpt#[protected] fm hdfc. Select delivery timeslot a[protected] mon-sat; sms d a to 56767 with date post 24 hrs

I was already complained about the timing issues because of my office timing, i'm only available in the morning time till 11.00am or after 7.00pm, i'm not able to collect the courier after 11.00am to 7.00pm, my family are out of station this is the 5th time i had complaint to the blue the courier express ltd.

This is so crap, was gonna get a package from bluedart, they won't deliver it. Highly unreliable. Tried calling them many times, noone is picking up. Absolutely horrid. Zero on customer service. Dont know who to contact. Sometimes even the call doesn't go through. And youre left on hold for minutes on end. They have not been delivering my package for 2 days now. I[censored] miss their package once then only god can help.

After calling for 'n'th time, i'm writing this complaint here. From October 7th the shipment is in town but they are not delivering the product. current status:Need Department Name/Extention Number
I f issue isn't resolved i'll file a complaint against bluedart for delaying the delivery.
worst delivery service experience ever. If you don't have the capacity to deliver on time why do you even accept the couriers....

My name is sathvinder singh, i ordered mi smart water purifier from mi website on 30th september expected delivery is 3rd oct but till now the order is not delivered from blue dart courier services, and i can see the last shipment status it was out for delivery on 5th october at 12:21pm mean time when i follow up with the customer service department they are not responding and i even didn't get any call from delivery team and when i last tracked again the shipment they are updated "need department name/ extension number" at 8:12pm and it sounds stupid to me.

Waiting long i find a blue dart boy, i told him the issue.. He shared me the concern person number his name is waheed: [protected]. When i gave a call to waheed he gave me another delivery boy no [protected] his name is ramakrishna when i gave him call he is not answering and turned off his phone.

They both belongs to gachibowli pud. Hyderabad telangana state.
Request you to take severe action on them.

Today is my order delivery i was pay our order money.in my bank account money had been deducted and after sometime error message seen i was pay two times one time error and one time successful transaction but money deducted both time. What more landmarks and specifications does your courier boys need? No body called me to know where the place is, if they were confused. No body tried to even speak from your end before saying unlocatable.

New meridian cafe in rakshapuram colony is a popular landmark and it is in the opposite lane of rakshapuram colony. Can your courier boy not just ask around, where is new meridian cafe or search on google maps? Can he not find the place with minimal effort of at least calling me?

Today on 09th of october 2019 i was reach to blue dart courier office at santosh nagar opposite yadgiri theater, hyderabad, but the management is not responsible for the staff delivery courier and ignore me directly with bad attitude.

I kindly request to the head of blue dart courier service company change the management staff.
