I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I’ve had with Boat company. I received a boAt WCD 20W PD Wall Charger product that was not only defective from the start but was replaced with a used, dirty item rather than a new one, despite my explicit request for a refund.

I initially contacted customer case because the product was non-functional on day one. I clearly stated that I did not want a replacement, as I had no confidence that a replacement would work any better. Instead, I expected a full refund. However, instead of receiving a new, functioning product or a refund, I was sent an old, used, non-functional product, which is both unacceptable and disrespectful.

I am not seeking a favor but rather a resolution to this issue. I request an immediate refund of the full purchase price. Additionally, I believe compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused is warranted.

Please address this matter promptly and ensure that I receive a full refund along with compensation for the poor service and hassle experienced.

    On 22nd august, 2024, i have given my atom 81 bluetooth earphones to repair as it was having a low sound on right earphone than left side under warranty claim. On 23rd they received the earphones. On 24th august they said they received the wrong product so they rejected my warranty claim. It will came back again. On 25th august i had received another one person's product which was wrong product. The delivery boy said that he will exchange the same after contacting the other person.in-between this he was saying i have some exam going on so i am not on duty. What's my fault in this. So, after some days on 2nd september, he said i am on your address kindly take your product, again such a irresponsible behavior as i was not on home i send another person, he takes the product from the same delivery guy, and i ask him to send me the photos. Again, it was wrong product, it was someone's wired earphones and defected too. Such a bad service from them. He asks me the photo of my original atom 81. I sent him through the amazon orders on the same date. Now, days gone it is 12th september which is today i call him to know my status, but his number says it is not in service. I felt cheated, disheartened. I am seeking for quick help now from boat. Their service was bad, what can i do...

      Dear sir,

      I have purchased This product from amazon. Due to one earpiece not working I have requested for warranty claim and they have arrenge a courier boy from bluedart who pickup the product. So as per schedule they pick up my product and after 5 days they send me update for my product my product is duplicate product and they show me a neck band picture. and they send me the duplicate product. That mean my original product is theft. I contacted to company and they told me I'm sending wrong Item. They don't do anything. Sir they are doing scam with me. Theft my Product. Please do the needful.

        On August 17, 2024, I initiated the warranty claim process. The original product was picked up by Bluedart on August 18, 2024. As a replacement, a boAt Nirvana ION ANC was scheduled for delivery.
        On August 25, 2024, I received a box via Xpressbees delivery. However, upon opening the package, I discovered the product was missing.
        I immediately contacted the delivery personnel and Xpressbees customer support. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist and advised me to contact boAt.
        Following their instructions, I contacted boAt customer support on the same day, which was a Sunday. They requested that I call back the following day, Monday. I was advised to photograph and record a video of the empty box and send it to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, which I did promptly.
        The customer support team then informed me of an 8-10 day investigation period. Today, September 5, 2024, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received a satisfactory response from your team.
        I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by this experience. The missing product and lack of timely resolution cause significant inconvenience.
        I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. Please expedite the investigation and provide a replacement for the missing product as soon as possible.

          I purchased Red gear Shadow Blade keyboard last year in Oct month from Amazon but the product start giving trouble in mid of May month. later on when I submit warranty claim with Boat, they sent me a cheap 500 Rs keyboard as replacement product against Rs 2500 keyboard without my consent. When I call their customer care multiple times, first they assured me that they have escalated this issued to Backend team, when after 2-3 calls within a week, their backend team denied my claim without giving me any reason for rejection.
          From this experience, Now I am dame sure that Mr. Aman Gupta is playing with Indian customer sentiments, buying cheap Chinese products and rebranding them with Made in India logo. that's all he did since day one.

          My suggestion to Aman Gupta, please spend some money in after sale support for these rebranded product to run your business in long run.

            I ordered a boat product on 16 June and they showed on their website that it will deliver on 19th June but on 19th June they give me a msg that your product is delayed and it will deliver on 21 June so I think it's okay but on 21st I get a msg again that your product is delayed and it will come on 23 then I contacted customer care and they sucks the worst customer care service I have ever experienced and I wrote an email to them but they did not give me a good response and this continues till today on 3rd July after 18 days of ordering my product still not delivered.

              The right side of my boat Airdopes Alpha Jet Black is not working. I have complained twice. The second time also I got a defective product and now I am being asked to complain again after 120 days. The same issue occurred Even after replacement. They told me that my product is working and reject my claim. I am still facing the same issue and sound quality is also bad

                I bought boat sound bar 3 years before. Its got repaired .Now i am not able to service it as well as make complaint registration in boat website.

                They given service centres are not ready to taken my soundbar product to service.

                i don't know where to service.

                It was worst experience which i had so far

                  I have ordered an product [ boat nirvana 751 anc ] from the boat website.My order number is 6381368. It was placed on 31st of march. The extimated date of delivery mention is 2nd april. But, now its 3 april. Still there is no update on the order. It is not yet dispached. Please give some valid and proper reason. We just need a proper support from the team of boat. Even we can't even contact the customer service.

                    I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent issue I am experiencing with boAt TWS Airdopes 441 RTL Wireless Earbuds I purchased from boAt.
                    One year back, I purchased one Wireless Earbuds, which I have been using for both personal and professional purposes. However, I regret to inform you that I am encountering significant issues with the headset. Specifically, the charging case is not working properly and the charging functionality seems to have malfunctioned entirely, rendering it impossible for me to use effectively.
                    The charging case was damaged before also, which was replaced in the warranty after a long wait and extensive follow-up with the company Boat. After receiving the replaced product the right earbud has some wired noise when connecting but thinking about the disparate replacement process I adjusted with the same.
                    To address this issue promptly, I have reached the Boat customer care centre and raised the complaint, but they refused to repair my product as it was out of warranty. After that I attempted to reach out to Boat customer care department multiple times over the past two weeks, but unfortunately, I have not received the level of assistance I expected. I requested to repair my Wireless Earbuds which I can bear the expenses, the customer care representative repeatedly saying the same reply that “ they are not in a position to answer the question or support accordingly” and the support provided thus far has been insufficient in resolving my problem.
                    As a loyal customer of the brand, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I rely on the products to facilitate my day-to-day activities, and encountering such a critical issue with one of Boat products has been highly inconvenient.
                    I try to repair the Wireless Earbuds locally, but no one repairs this in my city. I am very disappointed that I spent this much money and the product got damaged after a year and which cannot be repaired.
                    I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter.

                          Myself ordered smart watch primia on February 13, 2024 in official website. Received different product instead of watch primia on February 17, 2024.A different product replacement was ordered on February 20, 2024, and on February 26, 2024, the replacement was delivered. Same issue, I got a different product, Try to contact customer care services but they saying your parcel has no intact, so we can't help you. I am saying the parcel delivery was good and no damage. But inside the box they delivery has different products not watch primia. I have proof o[censored]npacking. I request a refund or correct product that I have ordered watch primia and an explanation for the mismatch between the watch Primia and another product.

                            The Boat team has rejected my claim because of ear net damaged. The product wasn't damaged when I gave it to the delivery partner for warranty process shipment. I need a replacement for the product. I don't want the damaged product in return (which may be damaged during the process of shipment or service fulfilment center). Please, I can't afford a new one. Kindly look over the issue and replace the product with a new one.

                              Still it's in warranty. Last few days one of its buds stop working.
                              Retailer suggested me to go to service center But Service center didn't entertain me by saying NO

                                      I have purchased Boar Airdopes 181 online, as they were not working properly, i have raised a complaint and they have been replaced by other set of airdopes. But upon by several efforts they are not working properly, I have found that the replaced product is a spoilt one. I has several problems like connectivity, charging etc. Therefore, i am to request you to kindly look into the issue and help in solving the problem.

                                        I bought Bluetooth boat air dopes atom 81 white pearl on 23 April 2023 and within 2 months the earbuds stopped working then I claimed for warranty and replaced by boat after 2 months then again same issue both earbuds not working.
                                        pls try to replace my product as soon as possible.
