earphones one side is not working

I purchased boat rockertz 255 earphone in october 1. But now already one side of the earphone is not working. Since it's in the warranty period i would like a exchange of the product. Else not please refund my money back. The product is already damaged. Do reach out as soon as possible and provide an exchange with the product. Please provide a point of contact else refund my money back....

boat bassheads 100 in-ear headphones with mic (black) stopped working.

I have purchased boat bassheads 100 in-ear headphones with mic (Black) on 2nd may 2019 through amazon, which has 1-year warranty. But now these earphones stopped working and also show the sound issue from the last few days. These earphones give the very bad quality of sound which is understandable to me or another person. Kindly reair these or replace these. Thank you. I hope you will take the necessary action as soon as possible....

My name is najish sayyed and i had buyed boat basshead 225 and after 8 month's one side of it stops working so i claimed warranty of it and after my reverse pick up i tried to talk customer care executive and then i came to know that boat customer service is very low it took about 10-15min just to talk with customer care executive, i literally trust on boat accesorios its very good but their service is not good as compare to other company's...

boat rockerz 255/ one side earpiece stopped working

Hai i am very much disappointed with you. I bought boat rockers 255 on jan 2019 last month one side ear piece stopped. So i made complaint in your official website and they accepted for replacement and i sent my product. But it's been up to 1 month i still don't receive my product. I tried calling customer care but no response. Please do reply otherwise you will have to face the consequences....

Bass headset 100 black left headset stopped working, product bought on 22nd May 2025, logged a complaint on 12th Aug to claim warranty upon ticket id[protected]. It got closed based on a false statement that there was a invoice date mismatch, clarified with the customer support team found it was their system glitch and they will resolve it in 24-48hours however it has been more than 10days and no call received from the escalation team, Have been following up with them and every time I am asked to wait for 24-48hours. I have also highlighted about their pathetic customer service support on social media but no response received.

    One day, I randomly compared the SpO2 readings on my Valour smartwatch with my oximeter and they did not match. I was disappointed as I thought I could rely on this so I raised a complaint and the customer team followed up with a firmware update.

    Fortunately, post-update, the readings are consistent and accurate. The team also informed me that the product has lab tests certifications now so no need to worry. Just keep updating and follow the setup properly.

      My package arrived without the charging cable inside. I was pretty annoyed and contacted their customer support to check if anything could be done. And they did. I sent them a picture with the order details, and they quickly handled the mistake. The missing cable was sent to me without any extra charges. This is the first time I saw a brand actually helping and not making excuses.
      At first, my impatience made me think it would go nowhere, but thankfully, the issue was sorted properly and on time.

        I have order boat earbuds from boat website on 11 jan 2025 It was recieved to me on
        15th Jan 2025 Since I used it 2 or 3 months But they have connectivity issue So I
        made a request of repair on their warranty on 4 april 2025 And they pickup buds form
        me on 10 april 2025. And the same will deliver to me on 18 april 2025. Once I opend
        the box There was no earbuds also inner box was teared out. From then till now I have
        made lot of email calls on company services numbers and email, but no action is taken
        till now . The behaviour of company services towards customer is going worse and
        worse, which are not responding properly and not taking serious action against it.
        After several complaints They take pickup of that empty box And now the company
        says that We are rejecting your claim. I am very unsatisfied now I have no other

          I placed a prepaid order with boAt Lifestyle (Order ID: 7895824) on 18th April 2025. After waiting for over 12 days, the product is still not delivered.

          I contacted boAt customer care several times. Every time, I was given false promises such as “the product will arrive by evening” or “wait for tomorrow.” I even visited the logistics hub multiple times, and was clearly told that the product was never received by them.

          Now boAt is claiming that the delivery failed due to "inability to reach me" — which is completely false. There was no delivery attempt, no call, and no update. Despite this, boAt has refused to re-ship the product and is pushing for a refund.

          I do not want a refund. I waited nearly two weeks and bought the product during a promotional offer. I want the product delivered as committed, and also expect an apology and compensation for the time lost, stress caused, and poor service.

          boAt’s refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter legally through Consumer Court and report it on all public platforms.

          Requesting urgent redelivery of the product.

            I had raised a 7-day replacement request for my boAt product under Order ID 7790671. The product was picked up by the courier around early March 2025. However, the replacement was later cancelled, and I never received the product back.

            Despite this, I received a message on April 9, 2025 at 12:56 PM from boAt stating that their courier partner, XpressBees, will attempt to pick up the product again in 2–3 days. This is not possible, as the product was already taken during the original pickup for replacement.

            I immediately emailed boAt support on April 10, 2025 at 08:38 AM, explaining that I no longer have the product. In response, on April 10, 2025 at 2:09 PM, I received a message from boAt stating that my claim was rejected, and they again asked me to check WhatsApp for further updates — which is very confusing, because there is no product in my possession anymore.

            I have reached out multiple times via email and WhatsApp but haven't received a proper solution. I request you to:

            Either return my original product, or

            Send me the replacement as initially promised, or

            Issue a full refund.

            Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              I have purchased Bluetooth sound bar model no aavante bar 3500 vide invoice no FAN4GF[protected] and order ID is OD[protected] from flip cart on dated 25/08/2024.
              all of sudden speaker got power supply problem display was missing. so I registered complaint no (CASE ID-IMRB-5TFVJ5-ELSYJN-CHU6) via boat customer care and they took a long time to only send technician name at home to check only actual condition.in between couple of times my case was auto closed and just informed via SMS without any solid solution.
              after long period technician visited to just say that I have to pay Rs 2318 even warranty period is going on.
              now this is worst experience shown by boat and I think they ask money without any reason

                Paid 300 rupees for a braided 'quality' cable that died before 240 charges. No rough usage. Always plugged in and out like a surgeon.
                This company shouldn't get an IPO. Founder should be jailed for defrauding people with fake brand tag. I'll be against this company forever. Even 500cr won't change my mind.

                      I placed an warranty request on 4th December with token number #52426739 On 10th December the replacement shipped through delhivery with AWB #[protected] and the delivery date was 15th December and it didnt delivered on time and the item is still in Greater thane itself on 16th December they extended delivery date to 19th both boat and delhivery customer care is saying something already taught by reading the tracking page none of them helped

                        I ordered boAt earbuds recently product ( invoice attatched )
                        product name : boAt Airdopes 200+ carbon black
                        It was having some kind of issues so i claimed my warranty for the same having
                        Ticket number : 51903562
                        Name : Akriti Sharma
                        My ticket was accepted, after filling the whole form properly, the delivery person came and recieved my product, put them in a bag without package and seal and shipped it to the centre.
                        Right after the centre recieved my product they rejected my claim mentioning the wrong product was sent to them, but i sent the real product i was having.
                        I have attached the report i recieved from the centre showing a green blue colored case with wrong buds which donot belong to me.
                        now they sent my product back to me, Today i recieved the product[protected] and saw some other product with only case in the package not even the same they mentioned in the report and hence they replaced the product twice. attached the photos of wrong delivered buds.
                        Upon contacting the customer care i just get a helpless line to hear, saying we can't help you for this.
                        Im truely irritated and suffering alot for this harsh service from boAt.
                        I want my real product back to me or i want a new replaced product over my warranty claim.
