My order 4768345 showing manifested for more than 3 days!! It's been 7 days since i ordered. Not even shipped yet!. It was a prepaid order. Why boat delaying prepaid orders?!

    Hey,
    I have purchased BoAt airdopes 381 from BoAt website on 29 March and Order got delivered on 1 April, product was having overheating issue and sound cracking issue, so on 6 April i was trying to replace this product with 7 days return policy on BoAt website, but i was getting error while placing return request, so i mailed customer care for same, so after waiting for 10 days on 17 April i got a callback from your team and they told me to claim warranty and they assure me that i will be getting fresh product seal pack because i have notified customer care within 7 days of return policy given by company .

    Ultimately issue is from BoAt side as the website has some issues while placing return request in 7 day return window period. So customer assured me a fresh piece as i have already highlighted this issue via mail when my return window was open .

    So i have accepted customer request and claimed my warranty and my product got picked, but today on 22 april my product got delivered and the product which i received is used, having lots of scratchs and not a fresh piece or seal pack as assured by customer care .

    I have unboxing video also, now further im taking this case to consumer forum and will serve legal notice soon.

    I want a callback from your team on high priority .

    I want a new fresh product as per your company policy of 7 days return,
    Because error was from your website side, its not my lookout i have highlighted my issue to customer care via mail when my return period was open, order was delivered on 1 April and i have mailed this issue on 6 April so it was 6th day and return period contains 7 days .

    Get this issue resolved asap, and dispatch a fresh unit as stated in companies policy .

      Warranty claim intentionally rejected

      I made warranty claim no.4416409 for Smart watch & claim rejected stating Wrong product received. Boat sent me someone else's Airdopes.This is their regular practice as I see similar complaints here on this platform. I lodged complaint with National Consumer Helpline but same is closed by Boat falsely. This is an unethical company.       I am writing this to let you know that my Boat order has been delayed for 6 days from the initial ETA. I was supposed to receive my order today on the 20th of April, as shown on the product page which showed out for delivery in the morning. During the day, I didn't hear anything about my delivery. After checking the order tracking page later, it shows that the customer number could not be contacted, and delivery could not be done, when in fact I am 100% sure that no attempt was made to contact me regarding my order. This is very disappointing for me as I have been using boat products for a long time, and such poor service lowers my expectations from the company. Please see to this situation and kindly pay more attention to improving your delivery services. Thank you.

      P.S. It would even be helpful if I was given any contact information of the delivery agent or any number to call to enquire about my order, however, since none of the above is given, I am currently left in the dark.

        Boat help desk and and delivery partner are pathetic. I had ordered headphones on 11 April and the product should have been delivered by 17th. It's 3 days passed from the due date and the product is not delivered yet. I had raised complaint on 18th complaint number: 32227173. None from boat and reached out to me yet. Today on 20 th morning i had received call from delivery team and was told the product will be delivered. Around 5Pm ajent calls me and says that the product cannot be delivered even i had informed delivery ajent that I would come 1km forward and i can collect the product still delivery partner has not delivered the product and without contacting me fake message was sent to me saying my number was not reachable. As soon as i received the text i had called the delivery guy contact number and the calls were ignored. Very dissatisfied with Boat service.

          I haven't received any payment receipt for your boat company. I have ordered 2 earphones yesterday that is on 19 th of April 2023 and i was facing the payment issue 2nd time i have done with the payment but I didn't receive any receipt number nor tracking number nor order I'd from the boat official website. I kindly request you to please send me the payment receipt or order I'd another please refund my money back

            I have ordered 2 earphones from boat official website of rs 1598 but i haven't received any payment receipt nor any tracking number or order I'd. Kindly send me the tracking number or order I'd another wise cancel my order and refund my money back

              I've ordered a boAt speaker on 13th April. Today is 17th April still my order is not even packed or dispatched. When I email them, they always say "wait for 24-48 hours " When I ordered the product they promised Assured dispatch within 48 hours.My order was prepaid. Boat always delay prepaid orders.

                My product airdopes 131 is not working and it's only been a month since I bought it. I performed factory reset and charging it but it's right ear bud is not working. It's so shocking that is newly bought product is not working kindly solve this issue or replace it

                  A few days ago we booked warranty and our product was picked up by courier. And after 2 days email came that your warranty was rejected saying product damage. Then courier came and gave us box when open it If done, it had only one side buds. Then immediately we told your team the whole thing. We also shared the photo on email but your team refused. We got scammed. Through this platform, our This is the last effort, if we are not heard here, then we can go to the court in physical form as we have unboxing videos and email chats etc. all proofs.

                    The correct product has been dispatched from you. We understood but we have not received the correct product. We have the unboxing video from start to end. You check again and give our compensation otherwise we will go to court.
                    and. We have read your complete policies that's why I am saying. It is not written anywhere in your policy that you will send the wrong product to the customer.

                      Boat airdopes 621 Warranty claim rejected due to product damaged

                      I had sound disbalanced issues in the airdope 621, i brought from boat official website. I proceeded to claim warranty and gave the product to delivery partner and now after 1 day they mailed me that my claim has been rejected due to product damaged. I am sure the product wasn't damaged when I gave to the delivery patner for warranty process shipment....

                      I had ordered boat 2airdopes. After doing first order they cancelled the order, then I ordered the product 2nd time they said that this product is not available for cash on delivery, it's prepayment, I was also done the prepayment of 2598, after 3days I got a mail that my order is cancelled since then after 7 days also they even not done the refund, and also they don't even try to solve the problem of issue of refund after doing a call to customer care

                              I purchased a smart watch on February 8th, 2023.

                              who have problems with battery or charging. Previously submitted two times for guarantee clearance.

                              Before I get to the ticket numbers for each case, I'll make the following observation:
                              1.[protected] February 2023; 2.[protected] March 2023.

                              However, while you were looking, neither of those two experienced any problems.
                              Customer service has already been notified. They assert that there isn't a problem.
                              They assert that your smart watch is in perfect working order.
                              The issue is still present, though.

                              I found your service to be utterly unacceptable.

                              I have submitted a guarantee claim with the ticket number 31619453 because I need a replacement for my smart watch.

                                  I had recently ordered an earphone "boAt bassheads 100 headset" from boAt via Amazon. But due to low bass issue, I claimed warranty for it and it got approved. boAt successfully picked up my old product, but I didn't receive my replacement product from boAt . It's been over one month I am trying contact them, they are just telling me to wait . They did not even give me my old product. Now I am very mentally harrassed.

                                    I ordered a newly launched Boat Lunar Call Pro Watch on 29th March 2023. Till date, I have not received any update from the company about the status of the product. Customer service on twitter says product delivered, on Website it says product will be dispatched soon and Call center says order is cancelled coz of no stock. If there is no stock, then why they are taking orders at first. Also, it takes more than 10 days to refund money. Its not only me but product for many customers has been cancelled for no stock. My friend also faced the same thing.
