      I recently brought Airdopes 131 from Flipkart. But suddenly my right side eardope stopped working. I even raised a complaint in nearby boat service center. But I've received a message saying that the invoice I submitted is tampered or edited.
      But whatever invoice I had received from Flipkart I've submitted that. This is the worst thing. I lost my money and now they are telling I've edited the invoice. Please resolve my issue or refund my money.

        Boat did FRAUD with me, recently i ordered eardopes worth 999rs from boat Lifestyle website, with order id-4920867, and got a defective product and then within the exchange period i placed a request for exchange and recieved only an empty eardopes charging case so i raised a complaint(complaint id[protected] with boat customer support team, sent them all the relevant proofs along with the unboxing video, later after waiting for a week i got a mail stating that the product was delivered intact according to their investigation, i don't know what kind of investigation they are talking about, didn't expect such fraud cheating from boAt Lifestyle Aman Gupta, in few days iam going to take legal action against this brand hoping law will serve justice and punish these fraudsters for their deeds, i request you guys to stop buying products from boat website if you don't want to be cheated.

          I placed order on boat official website. They sent me package holding scratched product looks to be old one. I raised complaint via email and social media. They mentioned they will come back with the solution after 6 days . They come back after 10 days saying they can't help on this as package is delivered properly. But I'm seeing scratched product inside . They sold me scratched product I'm want my money back as they are not resolving my issue by purchasing their product.

            It's been two months since I bought my airdopes 131 and the left earpiece stopped working. I registered my complaint and after my earpiece being evaluated, the right earpiece was physically damaged like the plastic was pulled off or hammered. I kept it in a perfect condition and this scam by boat, didn't just happen to me but hundreds of people. And I gave my airdopes in perfect condition to the delivery person. The earpiece in the photo doesn't even look mine because I cleaned the earpiece before sending it for warranty. There was no crack in it, but now there is one. So do I assume that delivery person is liable for the damage or boat is?

                On first March 2023, I initiated my warranty claim, they took my product by saying I will get a replacement within 7 days. It's been almost 3 months and I haven't received any replacement.

                Whenever I call them regarding this situation they are saying various reasons. Finally today they said they can't provide me any assistance and they won't provide me any replacement. They are also not returning my product which was taken by them. They indirectly stole my product.

                  I bought a boat speaker 1000from flipkart and after two or three months it is giving me Bluetooth connectivity problem due to which i raised a complaint to boat then he picked up my product to the service team abd after one they send me mail that there is a internal part missing due to which we are unable to help you. But when product back to me then the product was totally damaged it is not working and also button are not available there. So i would like to request to higher authority please look into this matter and resolve this asap. Otherwise i have to take strict action against the company

                    I have bought airdopes 141 its not working after 6 months i replaced under warranty .now the replaced product stopped working after 1 month...i could not claim it under warranty...error showing claim limit exceeded...my product is still under warranty

                      On April 27, 2023, I submitted my faulty Airdopes under warranty to BoAt Authorised Service Station, Ahmedabad, wherein I was told that a replacement will be done within 8 to 10 days.
                      No response, ultimately my brother in law Mr.Pawan Tekwani tried several calls. Eventually, received an empty box on April 29, 2023. On such a situation immediately Mr.Pawan had sent an email on the same date along with photos and videos. No response.
                      I was out of India. On my coming back on May 7, 2023, I contacted Customer Service Station Mr.Sanjay. On his request I forwarded all the details of email, video n photos. I was told that it will take 48hrs for the resolution. After several calls no response, ultimately I visited personally but the Executive was absent. After trying with my friends mobile the Executive responded ridiculously. Again requesting for a further 48hrs. Recently on 18 May, 2023, Mr.Sanjay refused and told my wife that we have not immediately informed the company hence cannot help you. There is no co-ordination between the company and its customers service centre.
                      I have a proof of my brothers email suited out immediately and now the company is ignoring and refusing for my replacement. My Ticket number is 32062504 and Case id 32892836. Along with this complaint, I have attached the relevant email id & photos. I can be reached at [protected].
                      I need justice, request you to help.

                        I bought a speaker 1000 from flipkart with in two months i got issue in bluetooth connectivity so i raised a complaint to boat he picked my product and after investigation they internal part missing in my product and told we will not help you and get back deliver my product but as i got the product by delivery partner it was in external damaged condition . buttons are not available. Tell me what to do and where should i go

                          In accordance to the Order ID : #4887856EX1 AWB No. : PD0981546, we report to you the fraud that has happened in the delivery of our product Airdopes 402 Rosegold White.
                          On May 13th we received our order (No[protected], however it comes out to be defective piece as the left earbud does not work thus we file for replacement. On may16 our airdopes 402 are taken from our home and by evening, a message confirming for delivery of new airdopes 402 is received. the product was delivered to us by today at around 3pm. however as we open the box, we discover that the box does not contain the desired product but a single earbud of some other model. we resent the bad administration of our product, that to twice and thus demand for a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

                            I purchsed party pal 208 speake from local retailer after using coule of days i found that its USB connecting port is not working i register complaint online, after couple of days a person from sevice center came and he cheked speaker and he found that its not working so he took the pictures of motherboard inside the speaker and left the speaker with us after reassembling it he said he will come back as soon as possible he will recive new parts after waiting for 1 month i recived a msg from company that your complaint is closed.Then i contacted service center he said that he didnt recived any spare parts so he cant do anything plz contact company.

                              My boat airdopes 121 pro one side was not working so I claimed the warranty and after 4 days my warranty claim has been rejected for product damage but when i was giving it to the delivery person the product was alright

                                I bought boAt Flash Smartwatch, from the day first faced an issue with the watch (battery issue)
                                So, i contact the boAt via email and calls, and asked for replacing or repairing.
                                They assured me that they will be replacing them with new product. Now its over a month now, I have not received my watch.

                                        I was order BOAT Airdopes 121 v2 Wireless Earbuds Pink from www.boat-lifestyle.com website but I received from SHOPIFY product next day and product old condition and I have raised exchange request than it is again gave me product from another website and current Return Window Closed in order status. I do request contact boat customer but still i am getting any sensible replay from care.
