I have placed an order 4 days back and still there is no update on its shipping after payment. There is no option to call customer care. The email for support is invalid. I am not able to reach to boat support to find my order status. It was a big mistake to order via boar website where is no visibility on the order status.
I am not getting any option to cancel this as well.

Boat Grenade speaker power bottom is not working. I purchased two months back. How can I claim for door to door product replacement?

I said my boat airdopes 431 due to a issue for replacement on 19th February and the boat made me that I get my replace product on 25th February but still did not get my product

I HAVING A BOAT ROCKERTZ 235V2, after using for 15 days its showing some defect like when i connected with my phone sound come 2sec later when video starts. please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I didn't recieve my money yet, which i return the product on 18th march 2021 and the company said money will be credited in 2 or 3 working days but still not credited on the date 21 march.

I have bought boAt Airdopes 201 9 months ago from Flipkart .It isnt been a year and the right pod is not working properly at all and disconnects way to frequently and the battery of pod discharges so quickly that I can't hardly use it for half an hour.I hope you can come with some solution for this .

Battery not stable or stuck when listing or when put in pocket

It's been 1 month ordered my boat headsets. And still not received my order and made several complaints and also mailed to boat about this and no response till now. and also asked to cancel the order and requested for refund because of the delay but no proper response from boat and also worst service from boat. it was a prepaid order and no proper customer service available. and now it's going to be a month and half but no reply mails or message from boat.

I have purchased an earphone and withing warrenty period it had damaged.I given it to service centre Bapuji nagar, Bhubaneswar bt still I didn't get my earphone return.After calling they alwys delay the time and it's about 20days gone. Still didn't take any action.I m very disappointed with this.Very poor servicing.

I didn't like product that I had return the headphone in return period . I have received a tracking number i.e. [protected]. I have a complain towards your system that refund amount haven't received yet.

I wanted to lodge a complaint regarding my boAt Bluetooth/wired speaker. The model name is boAt Stone 650 black colour. The problem I am facing with my speaker is as soon as I put the aux cable in the jack on the speaker a shrill sound starts to come. However, as the speaker has Bluetooth as well so when connected through Bluetooth, it plays perfectly. We had tried using many aux cables and we found out that there is some problem in the area where we put the aux cable on the speaker.

We’d bought the speaker on October 1st through amazon and the warranty card claims 1 year warrant so I hope our problem will be resolved either with a new speaker or fixing the problem in the speaker we have.

Hoping for a response.

My earphone jack was not working and button also not working

One side earphone not functioning properly. I have deposited the same at bhubaneswar service center from 19th february 2021. But till date I have no received the earphone.
I requested to plz resolve the problem and send my nearest service center as soon as pissible.

I have placed my order on 9th of March and it's not yet dispatched or shipped. It's a very pathetic service from Boat. And the order number 232584

I got a gift from a friend, boAt airdope 381 nirvana around 11th july . After 2 months, one earphone stopped working followed by other after 10 days. I tried to call helpline number, it's not reachable . I also tried boat service centre- lalani infotech at raipur, they denied as it was purchased online.

It is with great regret I have to inform you that even after requesting the item to be cancelled, the boat team didn't cancel my order( also no money has been refunded).

I came back home today after a long period just to see that has boat delivered now and that too a wrong one( different colour).

Team, please arrange return pickup of the order and refund my money ASAP. If not done on priority, I will be forced to file a complaint with consumer court against your mal practice.

You guys have clearly cheated me. I had sent the cancellation mail already on 31th Dec 2020 as suggested by your customer care as I was not getting any option to cancel on your website.

I have not been getting the option to Return after logging into my account on your website. That's the reason I sent the mail on 31st Dec 2020 for cancellation and the same was suggested by your customer care when I called them last year.

Even after multiple calls and emails I am not getting any response.

I am purchased the wired head phone model od Bass 225 with 2 nos. Within short period, one was failed and replaced with warranty. Now one more was failed as a same issue of one side not working.
