I had a complaint regarding my product not delivered on time. So, I called customer executives. Following are my experiences:
Experience 1: The person told me to contact their delivery partner because according to him it's not their concern, the number that I received was not working
Experience 2: The lady said it's not in my hand, I asked her so transfer my call to your higher authority, she kept me on hold till 25 min and later telling maam sorry it's our closing time when I shouted she said talk to me properly and cut my call. She was really harsh
Experience 3: I called in morning again waited for long cancelled my call and without asking me put my item for refund which will again take 6-8 business days teaching me RBI policies
Experience 4: The person waited me long asked me you will get a direct call and they will give you the confirmation on which day my product will be delivered, but I was not satisfied with the answer and he cancelled call
Experience 5: My call got connected after half hour waiting, Again same talks, he made an excuses your voice is not audible and disconnected
