I placed an order on jan 02.01.2021 and it’s been 4days but my order hasn’t been shipped. No response on customer care, Tickets. And whenever they reply on DM they assure that it will be dispatched in 7-10 days. This is being said since day 1 but no resolution has been provided. Please help me to get my order dispatched. Ordered boat rockerz 335 on 02.01.2021 .its almost 3 days still not dispatched yet .i have payed my money also......

I sent my boat earphones on 8 may 2020 for warranty claim for repairing, after 20-30 mails in this pandemic, i received my replacement on 21 june, but they sent me necklace in place of my boat earphones.
So then after 10 mails they sent mail on 2 july for sending a fresh earphones and then on 10 july it reached to my city hub and at evening the status is showing that product is returned to the merchant (Imagine marketing) back without...

I have not received my product back yet.
My pickup was done on 10/6/20.Awb no.[protected] and i need my achknowlegement script for the same....

I registered a complaint in november and
I called boat company so many times and then they update my status of ticket no 1734311 on 21 nov
A replacement unit has been dispatched to the customer but my prosuct is not delievered to me after 5 to 6 days i call them and they say that in 72 hours your issue is resolved but my issue is not resolved i call them so many times after this but they only say we will update you status...

Left eardope is not working. please assist me...

Thier is a sound problem in boat 131 airdopes . The sound of left airdope is lesser than right one...

The case of the ear dopes was a bit damaged snd there was connectivity issue, so i raised complaint on 18 december 2020 and product is picked on 23 december 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover 4 :04 pm, but I didn't got my product. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

I bought a BoAt bluetooth earphone.I registered complain for warrenty claim.After that it was picked up and ticket number is 1848629.Then it was reached BoAt service center on 24th December and it is mentioned that within 2 business days it will be inwarded.Today is 29th December but till now replaced product has not been issued and status is same till now....

I purchased boat rockers 550 but after some days it didnt work...claimed for warranty...but in return they gave boat rockers 560 tum logo ney ek bar bhi email nahi kiya ki boat 560 bhej rahey ho..i want refund now...take ur product and give my money back...aap log scam kasay kar saktay ho...ek bhi email drop nahi kiya...or agar koi madat nahi kar saktay then mujhey ek letter me likh kar dedijiye...😭😭😭😭...

I placed an order for boat storm smartwatch on 30th november. Got it delivered on 6th december. There was problem with the product so i sent it back for refund on 12th or 13th december. It is 29th december and i have not recieved refund yet.

I submitted my complaint regarding boat airdopes 381 not working properly And picked up for service on 15 th Dec, boat official website shows I will receive my product in 5 business days.
Today is 29 dec yet I not received my product not even a mail or reply...

Boat company is also giving service for red wood interactive products. And I have returned one of the red wood product before 5th December 2020. But still I didn't get the received one.
I have called so many times and post it in twitter but still not see any progress.
So please help me in best possible manner....

I have brought these earphones in june and it has stopped working now.
Its been so long, almost 2 months since I complained yet nobody looked into it.
Either replace my product or repair it ASAP....

I ordered Boat earpodes 121v2 on 30th November (Prepaid -999). 6-7 days later, product reached my city(Raipur CG). Delivery agent was continuously telling me for 4 days mam order is not yet assign to me. Suddenly on 5th day they told me that product has been misplace.
Then they cancelled my order and RTO initiated after 2 days.
On 21st Dec product reached to seller. Now from that day I have no idea where is my money or order.br...

I returned the watch they took that from me and it reach out to boat store on december 1 and now its december 27 still i didnt get my refund.
Nobody picks up the call in boat services and nobody is replying my mail
Im really disappointed from boat for being so late...
