Waiting for replacement product ticket no1993216

Hlo.
With a heavy heart, I am writing my concern to you.

So, , I issued a warranty.
And on you've received my warranty product .

Then you successfully recieved it and issued a replacement and got an update that the product will be dispatched in 5 days. But till I've not received any details of my product yet.

Getting another product in replacement under warranty period is also useless

I had brought boat 235v2 bluetooth earphones and it stopped working afterone month only.
Then i visited nearby service center for replacement and the peoduct which i got is also not working properly.
And now when i visit the service center they are saying that the product is not available for 1 month.
It is really ridiculous...

Received Defective Item

I've ordered boAt Airdopes 441 - Wireless Earbuds on Dec 25th 2020, order# 130814 which were delivered on Jan 1st 2021 and they are defective, so I sent them back to exchange and they were delivered to warehouse on Jan 11th 2021. They are suppose to send me a new set, till now they didn't send the item nor given me my refund. Boat rockerz 261bad earphones

I want to exchange my earphones which are well within the warranty period and they just curtly cut the call without giving any information... Such bad service and they gave me an email id to submit my complaint which was as useless as their customer care number... Never going to buy anything from here ever... Bad product and bad customer care...

Not getting refund

Money not refunded since 1 month

Actually I called so many times to boat customer care and they promising me since 1 month that your problem will resolve in 48 hours but they are not taking this seriously and I have cancelled one product on 25 Dec 2020 till now they haven't picked up this product and not refunded my money.

Boat BassHead 100 black

The earphone has stopped working, sometimes both the sides but mostly the left side is not working. It is under the warranty period we have 6 months left and we want it to be replaced.
We have been registering a lot of complaints and it seems like you have become oblivious.
We are very unhappy with your service!
