      Dear boAt Team,

      My Bluetooth headset is not working since yesterday. It's fully charged & switched on and connected to my Cellphone, but not able to hear any sound, volume in both mobile & ear phone is increased to Max. Also tried switching off of the mobile & Bluetooth ear phone, but of no use. Could you please help me in rectifying the same?

          [protected] I order boat rocker 255 pro + but the black colour product was sold-out that reason for your cansel my order & i will call customer care on[protected] his telling 6-7days your money refund but my money not refund ... And 2days back iwill call customer care his telling 15days to 1 month
          ...
          And very bad experience and very fraud customer service...

            One side of the boat rockerz 255 is not working

            One side of my boat rockerz 255 is not working and it just got out of warranty last week. (Wish it had stopped working earlier). And btw this was a replaced product which I got only in January after my previous earphone's one side had stopped working ( and like I said, it was in the warranty period).
            I tried talking to boat rockerz service center and they said "oh it's out of warranty Period? So you'll have to replace it sorry ma'am....

              I purchased White airdope 402 from boAT on 30th Jan 2020. I had received the product in the first week of February. I faced the mic issue on call and tried to register the complaint. Due to the complex structure of login and non acceptance of my invoice by the main portal i raised a complaint regarding the issue.
              Ideally i had been communicated that since it has just been 2 days, i should raise a complaint via portal and get a refund or new product.

              Further, the product is picked up from my place and i receive a used product in return after 20 days. After communicating it to the customer service who is unable to escalate the issue and keeps telling me to re-lodge a complaint and mention your issue. My complaint is not catered at all. I have repeatedly notified the company, reached them on the Instagram channel as well regarding the issue yet no resolution. I have then re-lodge the complaint marked the previous complaints to keep them in loop yet again its taking 20 days. Further the representatives don't respond to the customer queries.

              I have also sent the pictures of the product, dirty from inside. Poor packaging and no assurance if the it has been sanitized properly.

              Requesting the authorities to kindly look into the matter since the company is trying to befool the customer with the product as well as after sale service. My complaint numbers are : 2009985, 2013375, 2072334.

              I have not been able to attach the PDF of the entire communication with company on e-mail here as the format isn't supported.
              Please let me know in case of any further supports/proof.

                I hadn't charge boat stone 350 bluetooh speaker for 1 day, its whole battery drained and now it's not starting, just showing red charging light, almost 12 passed but speaker isn't fully charged till now what should I do now, anyone has solution on this?

                  Had booked Boat Aavante Soundbar 4000DA on 20th Feb 2021. However, the payment was made on same day but the product has not been delivered yet.
                  When contacted with Customer Care, they too are not sure when the delivery would happen. Order I'd 201296. Since day 1 the estimated delivery day is changing to the current date and displaying Pickup Error.
                  Boat is not ready to cancel my order and refund the payment too.
                  It's a flaw from their end and the customer has to suffer for their system failure and misorganized management.

                        I ordering boat rockrez 335 earphones 2 days ago and it still showing "your order is almost ready to be shipped"
                        Its been two days and product is not shipped yet...i desperately waiting for my product but i don't think boat wants to deliver it...so i gonna cancel my order if it's not shipped by tonight 8pm

                            Am trying to order Boat stone 1200(black) today at near about 10:00 P.M[protected].My order summery's Grand total is Rs.3149.00.Then i reached on Payment method's page on thier Own Boat's website payment page. I choose Paytm/Razorpay method. Then i paid payment of sum of Rs.3149.00 via UPI or razor pay whatever. Then Money will be deducted from my account. And then after this page was closed. Then i see there is no order yet was written on thier website's page. Then am worried about that. I want my money refund or want a legal justifical action on this serious issue...THANKS

                                I purchase this device on 8 th November. But now it has some technical issues. This device connected with two different device at a time and any of the one side is connected. I can't find the service center near me. Give me the solution for it.

                                      I have registered a complaint for the replacement of my product i.e. boAt Rockerz 370 on 3 feb.
                                      So on 11 feb I got an update that product will be dispatched in next 5 business day. It's been more than 15 days no update yet. I called customer support multiple times and each time they say they will make an update in next 2-3 working days, but till now there was no update, and I also tried contacting the courier service and they asked me to contact the merchant for the product. Please help!!!
