Boat rockerz 235 vibration issue

I bought a rockers 235 bluetooth headset, i can't turn of vibration mode, its a higly disterbin when incoming call and call waiting, how to solve this...

Bought the subject earphones on June 28 from Amazon.com and it's right ear side wing is not functional now. The product comes with a one year warranty as well. Need help to get it fixed.

      I made a replacement request of boat rockerz 550 bluetooth headphone on 1/02/21 And last status shown on my ticket number 1997019 that "replacement product issued" on 03/02/21, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on[protected] but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 20 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1997019, it was first that in 3 to 4 days it will be available then it took 8 days to show that it will take 5 more days and now it shows 7 to 10 more days can you imagine in this fast world they are taking almost a mont to replace an order thats astonishing.
      And now it shows that product is dilivered on address but how I haven't recieved any so whom they delivery thats is unbelievably worst service.
      So please help me I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

          As you can see in the attached image, it's already been 1 month + and I haven't received the exchange product yet. I had to exchange because the airdopes I received were defective (the right side button was damaged). And it's showing "Exchange issued" since 10 days! They aren't giving any updates. When will the order be finally dispatched? Kindly look into it.
          Ticket number is 90730.

              In my boat 235 v2 red one sided hearing stop. I went to service but they deny to replace. Product is in warranty.
              If a leading earpohone company boat doing like this they why people will purchase this kind of product.

                  I have bought a new boat Strom smart watch, I was unable to change the cloud watch face and custom watch face. If I try to upgrade the app, it shows already up to date. I m using V7 upgraded software. I can't able to fix this bug.

                    I bought this bluetooth neckband of Boat from Flipkart on 20th September and it had a power-on failure on 19th October...
                    I registered a complaint and they responded to my request for replacement. Xpress bees courier guy picked the product from me and it was replaced. Then on December I received a message saying that my address is wrong. I contacted Xpressbees and they told me to ask Boat service to change my address. After weeks of regular calling I got connected to Boat costumer care and they told me to send a mail for changing my address. after sending the mail also I didn't get an update on my product. I called the costumer care again and it's been 2 weeks after they told me that they'll give an update within 72hrs. It's been three and a half months since my item has been gone.

                          I have been using boat since many years but haven't faced such problems before.I ordered boat airdopes spirit lime a couple of months back but got the black one delivered, I registered complain several times about this, all the 3 times I got delivered the same black colour even though outside the packaging it was written spirit lime.Also the unit I received this time is not supported with my device.

                          Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated by this behaviour of boat, will think 10 times before buying boat next time, also would not recommend others to purchase any kind of boat products.

                              Dear Boat Representative(s),

                              Writing regarding to recent product replacement – Boat Airpod under warranty (Ticket Number – 1806225) for charging not working.

                              The product was picked for check-up and replacement as a complete set.

                              However, post service below two serious issue:

                              - Charger missing – Only Airpod came
                              - Used product replaced. The product is not same one and used. (given grey colour pod and blue used came back)

                              I must say it is serious issue and Boat would realize and take action asap.

                              Almost 4 month it took for replacement, no more time I can wait.

                                    I have purchase aavante bar2000 160w from Oswal electronics on 1/1/2021. installed on 3/1/2021. I find some sound issues in sounder.
                                    I had raised a complaint with the ticket number - 1961147.
                                    guy had visited to home checked n said ''sir Iska Card change karma yoga time lagega ane mai company se'' I accepted that, after week he come back to my home n replace some part, but after that also I have face the same issue. I called him he said ''sir is se yada hum such nahi karsakte plz aap company me baat karlo'' now i am helpless bcoz there no one is ready to take my complaint or ready to repair my new product please advice

                                      Hello Team,
                                      Boat Rockers not working, I have visited service center, they denied to provide service saying its duplicate product .
                                      I purchase this product from Amazon, I complain this issue to amazon the required a denied letter from boat, but service center is not providing the same.
                                      Kindly do needful and provide the proper solution on this.
