    Dear Boat Representative(s),

    Writing regarding to recent product replacement – Boat Airpod under warranty (Ticket Number – 1806225) for charging not working.

    The product was picked for check-up and replacement as a complete set.

    However, post service below two serious issue:

    - Charger missing – Only Airpod came
    - Used product replaced. The product is not same one and used. (given grey colour pod and blue used came back)

    I must say it is serious issue and Boat would realize and take action asap.

    Almost 4 month it took for replacement, no more time I can wait.

          I have purchase aavante bar2000 160w from Oswal electronics on 1/1/2021. installed on 3/1/2021. I find some sound issues in sounder.
          I had raised a complaint with the ticket number - 1961147.
          guy had visited to home checked n said ''sir Iska Card change karma yoga time lagega ane mai company se'' I accepted that, after week he come back to my home n replace some part, but after that also I have face the same issue. I called him he said ''sir is se yada hum such nahi karsakte plz aap company me baat karlo'' now i am helpless bcoz there no one is ready to take my complaint or ready to repair my new product please advice

            Hello Team,
            Boat Rockers not working, I have visited service center, they denied to provide service saying its duplicate product .
            I purchase this product from Amazon, I complain this issue to amazon the required a denied letter from boat, but service center is not providing the same.
            Kindly do needful and provide the proper solution on this.

              Hlo.
              With a heavy heart, I am writing my concern to you.

              I am a customer of boat airpors 441

              So, , I issued a warranty.
              And on you've received my warranty product .

              Then you successfully recieved it and issued a replacement and got an update that the product will be dispatched in 5 days. But till I've not received any details of my product yet.

              I've issued compliant two times. But there were two mails telling to wait for 48 hours but no one responded till now.

              So I request the consent authorities to kindly sort out this issue.

                I had brought boat 235v2 bluetooth earphones and it stopped working afterone month only.
                Then i visited nearby service center for replacement and the peoduct which i got is also not working properly.
                And now when i visit the service center they are saying that the product is not available for 1 month.
                It is really ridiculous

                  I've ordered boAt Airdopes 441 - Wireless Earbuds on Dec 25th 2020, order# 130814 which were delivered on Jan 1st 2021 and they are defective, so I sent them back to exchange and they were delivered to warehouse on Jan 11th 2021. They are suppose to send me a new set, till now they didn't send the item nor given me my refund. I've been contacting them since then to send my Airdopes or issue my refund but they are not responding. I've sent tons of emails, raised complaint but no luck. They won't respond at all. They are really BIG SCAMMERS.
                  They don't have any intention of resolving the issue.

                    I want to exchange my earphones which are well within the warranty period and they just curtly cut the call without giving any information... Such bad service and they gave me an email id to submit my complaint which was as useless as their customer care number... Never going to buy anything from here ever... Bad product and bad customer care

                      For Order # 171474 delivered yesterday, the plug adapter, charger & auxiliary wires for TV are missing in the package. Unable to use speaker, please have this delivered. Complaint # 2002701

                      Please deliver the missing components for me to use my soundbar. Experience is very bad & am a first time user

I raised many complaints through calls and emails but they give me the same response that my money will be refunded soon but it's been more than 1 month and still there's no progress.                                     I'he ordered boat storm watch on boat life style website on 20 dec 2020, till 25 jan 2021, i didn't get any update regarding the order and i have raised many mails and called to customer care many times, but they didn't respond to my mails and calls. I want to cancel my order but i am not unable to do it from my logged account (From where i'he purchased the order - boat lifestyle).in the cancel option area it is showing not delivered (Only text), maybe because of that i am not able to cancel the order, and refund my amount asap. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                      Actually I called so many times to boat customer care and they promising me since 1 month that your problem will resolve in 48 hours but they are not taking this seriously and I have cancelled one product on 25 Dec 2020 till now they haven't picked up this product and not refunded my money.
