I have ordered boAt airdopes 441 on 13th of dec20. And it was expected to be delivered on 23rd dec. but still it has not been despatched, i have already tried to contact customer through mail and customer care number but they are not replying on mail and thay always kept my call on que.
Kindly help.

        I ordered boat rockerz 265v2 and boat rockerz 450 along with the free item boat progear b20 on 12 December 2020. My order got split in two 1st part(boat 265v2 + Progear) and 2nd part(boat 450). The 1st part never got dispatched and the 2nd part which was dispatched got "lost". I tried calling their customer support but failed to reach them as every time I called I was left in a queue and never reached them. I want to cancel the product now and get the refund but there is no option to cancel on their website. I tried messaging them on Instagram but the person always says "We have escalated your complaint and you will get a resolution " which never happened. please help me getting my money back

        Also when I mailed the delivery company chosen by boat i.e. Xpressbees with my tracking id provided by boat they say "We regret to inform you that, the said shipment is not traceable in our network. We would request you please contact your respective client for further assistance". It makes me think did boat even tried to deliver my product or did it made a fake delivery status.

            I placed order on 13 december.
            It's been a week and I brought 5 products from boat, they said it will be delivered in 3 packages .
            i received 2 packages but there is no update for the 2nd package till now.
            not even 1 movement in 7 days .
            Also i wanted to know that return policy is 15 days after receiving the item or 15 days after placing the order.
            I am very unsatisfied with this .
            please help me out.

              I did not receive tracking code or any information about my order from boat.
              I ordered boat bassheads 172 on 17 December but till now on 20 December no reply or even a message from boat.

                  Through the medium of this mail I have concern regarding the refund.I didn't get my money yet.Please refund my money as soon as possible.Here I am sharing the invoice and pick slip. Check it carefully and share me status of my refund.Boat gives the pathetic service . I connect to Boat site multiple times regarding to check my status of refund...But unable to connect .Very bad service ...seriously ...fed up...

                    Refund not yet processed. i raised many complaints regarding refund. It's Over a month now still I am being told have patience it will be done very soon

                      I placed an order on Dec 12 and it’s been a week but my order hasn’t been shipped. No response on customer care, Tickets. And whenever they reply on DM they assure that it will be dispatched in 7-10 days. This is being said since day 1 but no resolution has been provided. Please help me to get my order dispatched.                         Product not delivered yet. no clear contact info to reach them to enquire on this.

                        As per tracking, it's stuck in near town Coimbatore for more than 5 days which is closer my town abt 40 kms.

                                      I purchased a Bluetooth wireless earphones from Boat. But due to quality issues I returned it and asked for refund. The product was picked up on 13th November 2020 and it reached thrit Bhiwandi warehouse on 17th of November 2020. I have complained to them about the refund but still the refund is not being made from their side. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.
