There are 2 complaints .
1. Ticket no 1647393:
Airdropes not working one month later it got delivered.
Ticket has been created on October 13th, , 2020. Picked by Boat team on Oct15, 2020.
Product has been delivered on Nov 22nd, 2020 with out any accessories.
Still waiting for them as no action from Boat team...
2. Ticket no : 63717. New Boat headset was purchased from Boat website and got delivered on Nov 2nd, 2020.
Product was damaged when it was delivered.
Placed for a replacement on Nov 3rd, 2020.
Still there is no update on the exchange.
Almost every alternate day sending mail, calling ... Nearly 400 rs would have spent only calling customer care to get my product where cost of product itself 1500rs...
They are not refunding, not accepting cancellisation, not details about company MD, CEO details to share the problem...
Went to Boat to support Indian made products but regretting on my decision finally...
