Hello,

There are 2 complaints .

1. Ticket no 1647393:
Airdropes not working one month later it got delivered.
Ticket has been created on October 13th, , 2020. Picked by Boat team on Oct15, 2020.
Product has been delivered on Nov 22nd, 2020 with out any accessories.
Still waiting for them as no action from Boat team...

2. Ticket no : 63717. New Boat headset was purchased from Boat website and got delivered on Nov 2nd, 2020.
Product was damaged when it was delivered.
Placed for a replacement on Nov 3rd, 2020.
Still there is no update on the exchange.

Almost every alternate day sending mail, calling ... Nearly 400 rs would have spent only calling customer care to get my product where cost of product itself 1500rs...

They are not refunding, not accepting cancellisation, not details about company MD, CEO details to share the problem...

Went to Boat to support Indian made products but regretting on my decision finally...

      Hlo.
      With a heavy heart, I am writing my concern to you.

      I am a customer of boat 103 blutooth headphones.

      So, on 1st week of November, I issued a warranty.
      And on November, you've received my warranty product .

      Then you successfully recieved it on 18 November and issued a replacement and got an update that the product will be dispatched in 5 days. But till now (4 December) I've not received any details of my product yet.

      I've issued compliant two times. But there were two mails telling to wait for 48 hours but no one responded till now.

      So I request the consent authorities to kindly sort out this issue.

        I have registered a complaint on 27th Oct 2020 about boat aavante 1500 sound bar . The engineer visited my house and ordered new spares, yet today is 3rd of December 2020 the company is not spares to required for my repair.

          Dear team i m Bhavesh Borkar from Panvel. I bought boat rockerz 450 bluetooth headphones from Amazon which having 1 years warranty. After few months it has connectivity issues. I register a complaint on boat website. They sent a courier partners to pick the product and its received by their team. It has been 2 month still i am waiting for my headphones They having only one customer service number and they are not answering any calls on that number, no reply to mails. The name of service provider is imagine marketing india which based in andheri mumbai. I request you to take strict action against this company who fooling their own customers.

              I have boat basheads 242 lime now it doesn't work and comes under warranty duration so i thought to register a complaint against it but now i am not able to do so as it shows the address of their centre and not proceeding further...plz do something asap

                  I registered a complaint for a slow charging issue under the ticket 1716152(name: Aswina Asokan) on Nov 4th. I wasn't sure whether the issue was with adapter or the cable.

                  I packed both the items in the same pack, the same one in which i got from flipkart. I was provided with a replacement and got a new adapter on Nov 28th but didn't get the Type C cable back. The replaced product (adapter) was shipped back to me even in the same package I sent.

                  I'm still vague about the whereabouts of the Type C white cable. I wan"t informed if there was an issue with the cable. Please return it as soon as possible.

                          My bluetooth earphone had distorted noise when i hear...So, I requested for replacement of my Boat Rockerzz 255F. Order was picked up by XPRESSBEES on 17th of oct, 2020 and delivered to the boat on 21st of october. But I did'nt get any update from them. Its already 1 and half months...Kindly pls resolve this case

                            It has been 87 days since boat promised that my replaced product (due to defect under warranty period ) was dispatched for the first time. They did so 2 times by Delhivery and 1 time by Expressbee.
                            Surprisingly in all the cases I never received a single call or text regarding my delivery or why it's not getting delivered. and in latest dispatch the tracking Id they have sent me was invalid.
                            It seems clear that they are making me fool.
                            Furthermore I tried calling them multiple times neither they Recieved the call nor bothered to call me back.
                            Coming to mail, they sometimes reply after 3-4 days or more with the same copied text apologizing for the same but not bothered to reply anymore.
                            If they are unable to provide the service, they should refund the current selling price of the same with the interest for delay. Otherwise, I will be moving consumer forums and they have to pay heavy compensation for the mental agony bcz of them.

                                I have ordered Airdopes 131 from the official Boat website and I got damaged airdopes, than I requested for exchange the item, damaged airdopes already picked up from my place but haven't get new airdopes, It's been more than 3 weeks . I tried to call the customer support lots of times but no response from them. Pls have a look into this pls.
                                I'm attaching the screenshot below, I have only these proofs. I tried to get invoice to raised the complaint but couldn't because boat official website not provided invoice as other E-commerce platform provide after payment. Pls help me

                                  I am using Boat Avanti Sound bar 2000 which gave the woofer problem within warranty period and I have also logged the complainant 1664633 within warranty period. Service engineer visited twice and informed they will replace the motherboard. But now they are saying it is not under warranty. Called customer care several times but no proper response. It is been 40 days without resolution.
                                  Very much disappointed with the service they are providing.
