With a heavy heart, I am writing my concern to you.
I am a customer of boat Rockerz 235v2. I had claimed a warranty on my product because mic was not working.
So, on 1st week of October, I issued a warranty.
And on October 21st, you've received my warranty request.
Then you successfully recieved it on 30 October and issued a replacement and got an update that the product will be dispatched in 5 days. But till now (9/November) I've not received any details of my product yet.
I've tried contacting customer care, but there was no response
So I request the consent authorities to kindly sort out this issue.
