महोदय,
वरील वीषयाच्या अनुषंगाने आपणास कळविण्यात येते की, मी ब्लूटूथ स्पीकर दिनांक 18.9.2020 ला फलीपकार्ट हया ऑनलाईन वेबसाईटवरून विकत घेतला आहे. परंतू ब्लूटूथ स्पीकरची ऑन/ऑफ बटन काम करीत नाही. करीता ब्लूटूथ स्पीकर दुरूस्त करण्याकरीता बोट कंपनीचे सर्वीस सेटर F1 Info Solution, FS – 019, 1st Floor, Keshav Imperial, Malviya Road, Near Shani Mandir, Sitabuldi, Nagpur, Maharashtra, Pin: 440012 येथे सूरूवातीला गेलो असता त्यांनी मला सांगीतले की ब्लूटूथ स्पीकर दुरस्त करून मिळणार नाही तर ते रीपलेस करून मीळेल, सध्या ते आमच्याकडे उपलब्ध नाही तरी तुम्हाला आम्ही फोन करू अथवा तुम्ही 5 दिवसांनी या ब्लूटूथ स्पीकर उपलब्ध झाल्यावर तुम्हाला रीपलेस करून मीळेल अशाप्रकारे मी मागील 1 महीण्यापासून जात आहे, परंतू अजूनपर्यंत त्यांनी रीपलेस करून दिलेले नाही.
करीता आपणास विनंती आहे की, तुम्ही आपले प्रतीनीधी मार्फत स्पीकर दुरस्त अथवा रीपलेस करून देण्याची कृपा करावी. सोबत इनव्हाईसची कॉपी जोडण्यात आलेली आहे.
वरील सर्वीस सेंटरच्या कर्मचा-यांची वर्तणूक चांगली नाही, वेळेवर उपलब्ध राहत नाही तसेच कस्टमरला विनाकारण त्रास देतात आणि एकंदरीत सर्वीस सेंटरची सर्वीस चांगली नाही. अशाप्रकारे बोट कंपनीची बदनामी होते. करीता आपणास विनंती आहे वरील सर्वीस सेंटरची सेवा तात्काळ बंद करण्याची कृपा करावी.

        No proper order ID and tracking process. It's been 2weeks still the product is not yet delivered.In the tracking, it shows packed and there is no proper communication for delivering the product and worst tracking system.

        and Also Customer Care Service Not Responding

        Tracking System Showing Estimated Delivery Date 9 Dec and Today is 8 Dec
        But My courier is at Bhiwandi DC and i am from Surat How It will Come at surat in Just 1 Day
        i didn’t Saw Worst courier Service Like This 😠

            I received my Boathead 220 (Frost white ) on 25th October 2020 by Flipkart. But I found some issues with it so I registered my complaint and someone was sent to my registered address to take it . Around a month I got a message that it was ready to be delivered to my place but they just called me and postponed the delivery and now when I track it, it says that it is returning back. I don't know where will they return it. As you are linked with DELHIVERY COURIER service and you are also responsible when one of your customers couldn't receive back the earrphones that was sent for the servicing, I want you to help me to get my earrphones back. It will be your act for helping and resolvingy the problem .

                i attached photo of product which is i parches one month before

                but when i used its battery backup is not good
                and its fitting is not good,
                one side connector is remove from neck band .

                  I have purchased a power bank from boat . It stopped working after few days, so i registered a complaint. They found that it was faulty so replaced that with a so called new one and sent to me which almost took more than 15 days!
                  Now the replaced product i got didn't match with the one i purchased and also was not working properly . So i again did the same thing and got it replaced .
                  Again the replaced product i got was faulty, so i again registered complaint and this time again they assured that that the replaced product which you would get thos time would be fine .
                  But again they sent me a used and faulty product .
                  This being 4th time i didn't want to get it replaced i just want my refund but they aren't replying .
                  This is a complete case of fraud 😤 . Please look into this matter asap!

                          Ordered airdopes from boat website on 5th December and it's been 1 day and I have not even received a order ID through mail or phone number. Customer care number is not reachable. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund.Its showing No order ID .
                          Payment was made through BHIM UPI .

                            I had raised a complaint on 25th may 2020 about my defective earphone replacement. The product was picked up on 7th june 2020. It was mentioned in the mail that I would receive the product within 10-15 days. Also when I am trying to track my product through xpressbees it was showing no data found even after giving the correct AWB number. It's already 9 months, but I haven't received any mail, sms or the product. I called them several times but they just promised me some fake delivery date but nothing happened. The last time when I called them, they asked me to send the copy of acknowledgement number which was given at the time of pickup. But they guy haven't gave me anything at the time of pickup and it is also not mentioned anywhere in mails. I have mentioned every mail and also highlighted the dates of the mails.
                            Totally fraud service. Fraud company.

                              With reference to order # 92461, placed during the Black Friday sale,
                              on the BoAT website, on the 27-Nov, for Airdopes 412 Blue, i received the package on 3-Dec. But on checking the same, found that the bubble wrap packaging was already opened & in the box, earphone itself with the charging case was missing. Other things in the box like marketing material, charging cable & earplugs were found to be intact. A ticket was logged for the same on 3-Dec (ticket id 1801514), and a return pickup was arranged for 4-Dec. But the courier refused to pick the same as the earphones were missing. This is my first purchase with BoAT and the experience is turning out to be a disappointing one. I am not looking for a refund but proper delivery of the product that i purchased. Attached are the supporting documents.

                              As discussed with BoAT customer care on 4-Dec, have mailed the same to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com. Need a resolution soon.

                              Hi - There is no response from BoAT or their representatives till date, in spite of reachings customer service on 3-Dec, 7-Dec & 10-Dec. Can this complaint be escalated?

                                It's been around 5 months since I asked for a replacement.I haven't got a replacement yet and I've contacted them through their official instagram account after a month.They were also fraud as they kept saying they'll contact me within a week and all, but they never do .Alot of people have been cheated by them please take suitable action.
