Hello,
There is no response from boat support even though I registered 2 complaints here. To whom I need to file complaint . I think that boAt is a good company don't know why they are doing like this.

    I ordered boat storm on 10th november 2020, today is the 9th day, upto this time they didnt shipped the product. When i was order the product in website they informed 7 days for delivery, and also no customer support for enquiry. Customer care number is there, but we cannot get call.

          I submitted my complaint regarding boat rocker 255 earphones not working properly on 4th Nov And on 10th Nov, boat official website shows I will receive my product in 5 business days.

          After submitting my complaint, I got email form xbees on the same day stating that the product is dispatched and on next day the product arrived. Thanks boat.

            I had purchased a boat headphones through boat lifestyle website but I couldn't find my bill in that website. Now, i have been facing one side hearing problem in headphones, I m not able to claim warranty without invoice. I asked for my invoice but they have not been responding to my mails. I have my invoice in hand but they are not accepting that.please resolve my problem.

              Hello,

              I have registered a complaint on boat on 25-Oct-2020. Complaint no is : 1689260

              On 27-Oct-2020, service center approved my product complaint for servicing and on 28-july-2019 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatching in 5 days. But still i did not get any awb# update on this regarding dispatch
              I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
              When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

                  One side of my earphones was not working properly so I claimed the warranty on 01/11/2020 they picked up my earphone on 03/11/2020..now I m tracking my shipment it shows WHhandover from last 6 days...also the customer care is not responding to my calls and mails.

                  I want my replaced earphones back as soon as possible

                    I purchased boat bass heads 220 earphones.Later one of the side is not working properly.Then I claimed for warranty and they picked my product on october 16.I got message that the service centre had issued the replacement product on october 26.But still I didn't get my product.I tried to contact them by mail.But there is no response.

                        Hello,
                        I had claimed Warrenty on my boAt airdopes 311v2, they picked the product on 26th October and issued replacement on 28th October (20 days till now), but I haven't got any further information about the replacement product. I'm tired of writing mails to the company so I'm writing complaint here hoping that my issue will resolve soon.

                          Hello! I have placed an order of boat rockers 255 pro on 14th of November via boat lifestyle portal. I yet am to receive an update on my product shipment.                             I have boat speaker which was started creating distortion after 2-3 month of purchase but because of lock down I have not informed to boat and later when I started doing complaint in portal then there was showing error. So raised complaint through mail but till date I have not received any single reply from boat and I have tried to reach out nearby service center also but they don't have availability of same Product currently. Now I am trying to reach out to company for this but they are not taking any action on this. May be they are delaying to cross the warrany period. Please support me, as I have not received any responce from them along with invoice, however marked all the available company email id.

                              I purchased Boat Uno nirwana on Amazon. After 6 months its mike is stopped working.so i requested to replace the product to manufacturing brand boat by sending invoice which I received in Amaxon.my ticket number is 1313364. Then Xpressbees courier boy came to pickup my product on 22nd july Awb number is[protected]. Then after 10 days i have received message from boat showing we successfully checked your product and eligible for replacement. Then they give Delhivery courier name AWB is[protected]. Now 4 months but i not received my product. Many time i contacted to boat cc but no use they dont attempt calls.i have sent too many mails everyday but they didn't replied.please help me to get my product. I suggest please don't buy any product from Boat very bad service also very cheap products. They don't lost more than 3 months

                                I raised a warranty claim request for my boat Airdopes 611 on 22 October which were not functionng properly. The product was picked up on 23 October from me. The last update was that the replacement is issued for my claim on 8 November. Since then there was no update on the ticket and it has been more than 20 days I am living without my earphones and it is hard to connect to calls. Even no reply on my mail and phone call of customer care is not helpful.

                                      I purchased boat rockerz 450 from amazon which after 10 months lost functionality of one ear cups.
                                      So i claimed my warranty and after going through testing phase they issued an replacement.
                                      The replacement was to be dispatched within 5 business days. But there is no update regarding this is tracking page . It is stucked at there and saying WHHandover

                                        The product was dispatched from Pune service centre. Later I got a call from delivery boy 15 days later but due to some serious urgency I could not make it to call. I tried later but it says invalid and sent emails also to [protected]@gmail.com. but they replied neither. It is now out for delivery almost since a month. The tracking shows product is in Mumbai
