I bought my produt from boat there is a issue in my device its speaker i cant swictch off my device and connectivity issue but the company is not not respondsing properly.

    I bought a avanta bar 2000 1 YEAR WARRENTY, .

    it is not working after 1 month, ...

    i raised the complaint 2 months back still i did not get any resolution from BOAT, ...

    WHEN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE, ...THEY ARE HAVING ONLY ONE WORD, ...( WITH IN 24 HRS OR 48 HRS) WILL BE RECTIFIED, ...

    BUT STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR END.

    REALLY WORLD NO.1 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ...

    PEOPLE WANT TO BE AWARE OF THIS KIND COMPANY, ..

      Sir/mam I claimed warranty on my boat earphones on 12 June 2020 and till today(23/11/2020) I had not recieved my product back.Whenever I calls to there service center it shows busy.Please help me out.

          I have sent two of my headsets, both not one side working, for warranty on october 30 and on november 9, my replacement product has issued and till now it didnt show any update..Please take the necessary steps asap.

          Anyway I know boat was going to look into my replacement..I got over excited and post a complaint here after one day my product shipped and in 5 days I got my product to kollam, kerala from Thane, Mumbai..No spectacular delay in other delhivery offices..

                  Hi Team,

                  This is to bring into your notice that Boat branding imagine services are really treating customer unprofessionaly. There is no point of contact to reach them and finally when I got a call through social media, they just kept telling we don't have your complaint while my product is already taken back by their partner courier services Xpressbee.
                  Now at this neither do I have my product not do I have my money back.they have made their post sales services so complicated that it seems they don't want to provide refund after the product once sold.
                  I would like you to take an action against them and also keep me informed on the same.

                    The issue that I have experienced was: i was order my Bluetooth 431 boat air-pod on 18th august.. i received my order on 26 august..initially there were no problem on my product.. after 15 days one side headphone not working properly. afterwards, i file my complaint in boat website on 5th October. they didn't gave proper response to me.after a longtime (two months after) they send me a replacement product on nov 13th. but that product was totally duplicate they are not working properly

                    It occurred on: 13/11/2020

                    i am trusting you more than a seller..i was completely disappointed.. this was the first i am facing these consequences. i attach the full details. please help me as soon as possible

                      I had sent my boat bassheads 225 (ticket number 1374881 ) for warranty replacement almost 3 months ago . Its warranty was approved and i recieved a notification from you stating that a new product has been dispatched . But I didnt get product . I then contacted the courier partner to which they responded by telling me that my product has been returned to imagine marketing . It was returned because at that time my address was in containment zone.I then contacted ur executive through the customer service number and they said they have forwarded my compliant no for review. I have contacted the customer service number several times, but they have said that they forwarded my ticket number to a certain team. But till now no action has been taken and i havent recieved the product.

                        I ought to receive a replacement product from Image marketing through Xpressbees. The product is showing "in transit" for quite some time and was struck in "Xpressbees Visakhapatnam hub". I have contacted Xpressbees customer care service thrice but they won't care. So I personally visited the hub to know the whereabouts of the product but they have no clue where the package was. They were saying that the package might have lost or got damaged and they don't know where it is now.Boat complaint number is 1659907 and the shipment Id is :[protected]
                        Please look into this matter.

                          Boat airdopes 402 bluetooth heatset

                          One side of the headset is not working. So i registered for replacement and the send it to service centre on 27 oct 2020. It seems to be out of delivery on 05 oct 2020 at maharastra. But still now i didnt get back my product. Kindly check it and give back my headset.

                          Please help me to get back my headset with charging box as earlier.

                                      I had bought boat rockerz 235V on 26th June 2020 it is a Bluetooth neckband type earphone. it stopped working after 3 months in October and this product has a 1 year warranty, and Since the incident I have registered my complaint in the Boat website three times, they schedule the pick up but the no one comes to pick the product and i receive massage saying consignee was not available i didn't even get any phone call from the pick up person. This is such a waste brand to buy product from.
