They said November 12 with in 5 days we will dispatch but till now not dispatched and no updates from your customer support team
They always telling like with in 2 days we will dispatch

      I ordered airdopes from boat website on 24th November and it's been 2 days and I have not even received a orded ID through mail or phone number. Customer care number is not reachable. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund.

      I can't find this order id when i check for tracking my order. It always saws invalid. Payment is successfully done via paytm. What should I do ?

      Order ID's are either found on the Email conformation of your purchase or on My Order section of your profile
       I order bluetooth earphone from boat official site the order has been placed but now I am not able to track my product and also the support team not responding to my calls and emails, what's the wrong going on with the boat don't know.
      It is very discussing and careless people's sitting over there in the boat team

      When I are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is almost ready to be shipped. Sit back and relax, your trip to Nirvana will begin soon ").
      This item has not been dispatched yet. It was mentioned in the website that order will be delivered in 3-5 business days but that order is still waiting for dispatch.
      Also I have called multiple times to customer care of boAt but we did not receive any satisfactory and good response from customer care.
      Please let us know the reason why the order has not been dispatched yet.
      Kindly help us in the fast delivery of our ordered products and also escalate this issue to the higher authority in boAt.

      I odered boat earphones worth 1000 rupees and paid through patym but order I'd is invalid and I didn't recive any email or msg what should I do
      I placed an order today 16th August at midnight 00:30 around.
      Product :- Boat Rockerz 255 pro+
      I made payment for ₹1274 through Paytm.
      But didn't recieve any order details through sms or Gmail. Even it doesn't showed ordered successfully.

      Even customer care number is not reachable.

        I have called so many times to boat customer service but they didn't take any call. They had took my boat headphone boat rockerzz 255 ragging red, but haven't delivered me replacement product yet. My ticket number is 1472461. On tracking via the ticket no. It displays that "whhandover" every time.

          On 10th july 2020, i purchased one of your headphones 'Boat Rockerz 380' through the official website of boat. It was delivered to me after some days, but had no invoice and absolutely no packing, felt like just bought from an nearby shop and delivered. But i didn't had any issue at that time and started using the headphones...and i loved it!!!
          But, few days back(20 nov 2020), my headphone's bluetooth stopped working, it was not turning on even it was fully charged. I waited and tried for few days but it was not turning on! So i went to file a complaint on your website about it, but it needs an invoice of it and now i felt the need of that invoice which was never delivered to me. So couldn't file a complaint. But trust me, i'm a geniune buyer. Though i'm not having any invoice, but u may have my order in your records...pls do something, Coz i trusted Boat so ordered this headphone!!!

            Dear Sir, I have bought 2 packs of boat wired earphones that is boat bassheads 228 blue.And in box when it comes to me the two earphones of 228 model is not there only 1 earphones is 228 and another one is of bassheads 225 model. That was wrongly delivered to me.So please give me the replacement of my original product of boat bassheads 228 blue as soon as possible.

              Hi team

              I have purchased the boat aavante bar 1550 sound bar on 18/06/2020 suddenly it is stopped working. This product is come with the 1 year warranty.
              When i have raised the complaint in the boat customer care but they people not responding properly. Customer care executive always saying wait for 48 hours we will send engineer at your door step.
              I have called lot of time to customer support but their phone is always showing busy and in week days they are saying we are closed. Now it's already 15 days over. I have submitted the 2 ticket till now but when i try to track in the https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/ it is always showing invalid tickets.

                                Hi Team,

                                This is to bring into your notice that Boat branding imagine services are really treating customer unprofessionaly. There is no point of contact to reach them and finally when I got a call through social media, they just kept telling we don't have your complaint while my product is already taken back by their partner courier services Xpressbee.
                                Now at this neither do I have my product not do I have my money back.they have made their post sales services so complicated that it seems they don't want to provide refund after the product once sold.
                                I would like you to take an action against them and also keep me informed on the same.

                                  The issue that I have experienced was: i was order my Bluetooth 431 boat air-pod on 18th august.. i received my order on 26 august..initially there were no problem on my product.. after 15 days one side headphone not working properly. afterwards, i file my complaint in boat website on 5th October. they didn't gave proper response to me.after a longtime (two months after) they send me a replacement product on nov 13th. but that product was totally duplicate they are not working properly

                                  i am trusting you more than a seller..i was completely disappointed.. this was the first i am facing these consequences. i attach the full details. please help me as soon as possible

                                    I had sent my boat bassheads 225 (ticket number 1374881 ) for warranty replacement almost 3 months ago . Its warranty was approved and i recieved a notification from you stating that a new product has been dispatched . But I didnt get product . I then contacted the courier partner to which they responded by telling me that my product has been returned to imagine marketing . It was returned because at that time my address was in containment zone.I then contacted ur executive through the customer service number and they said they have forwarded my compliant no for review. I have contacted the customer service number several times, but they have said that they forwarded my ticket number to a certain team. But till now no action has been taken and i havent recieved the product.

                                      I ought to receive a replacement product from Image marketing through Xpressbees. The product is showing "in transit" for quite some time and was struck in "Xpressbees Visakhapatnam hub". I have contacted Xpressbees customer care service thrice but they won't care. So I personally visited the hub to know the whereabouts of the product but they have no clue where the package was. They were saying that the package might have lost or got damaged and they don't know where it is now.Boat complaint number is 1659907 and the shipment Id is :[protected]
                                      Please look into this matter.

                                        Boat airdopes 402 bluetooth heatset

                                        One side of the headset is not working. So i registered for replacement and the send it to service centre on 27 oct 2020. It seems to be out of delivery on 05 oct 2020 at maharastra. But still now i didnt get back my product. Kindly check it and give back my headset.

                                        Please help me to get back my headset with charging box as earlier.
