Hi, I registered complaint about my product on 10th October 2020, they pickup on 12th October 2020 from that date i haven't got any update on my product. I'm tried to calling their coustmer care num but they says that u got your product after 2/3 but they didn't give it, same thing happened with me 3times on my interaction with their customer care officer.25 days are gone and they aren't taking any action on my replacement product, so please do something sir and do something to give my replaced product back.
