I purchased Boat Uno nirwana on Amazon. After 6 months its mike is stopped working.so i requested to replace the product to manufacturing brand boat by sending invoice which I received in Amaxon.my ticket number is 1313364. Then Xpressbees courier boy came to pickup my product on 22nd july Awb number is[protected]. Then after 10 days i have received message from boat showing we successfully checked your product and eligible for replacement. Then they give Delhivery courier name AWB is[protected]. Now 4 months but i not received my product. Many time i contacted to boat cc but no use they dont attempt calls.i have sent too many mails everyday but they didn't replied.please help me to get my product. I suggest please don't buy any product from Boat very bad service also very cheap products. They don't lost more than 3 months

    I raised a warranty claim request for my boat Airdopes 611 on 22 October which were not functionng properly. The product was picked up on 23 October from me. The last update was that the replacement is issued for my claim on 8 November. Since then there was no update on the ticket and it has been more than 20 days I am living without my earphones and it is hard to connect to calls. Even no reply on my mail and phone call of customer care is not helpful.

      The product was promised to be delivered(REPLACED) within 15-20 working days but now its ALMOST A MONTH AND HALF PASSED still the product has not arrived.

        My boat bassheads 100 stopped working. So i have registered for replacement product and it has been accepeted and replacement product is issued. Tracking id has been provided. But its 1 month but the product has not been received and now it is showing as lost.

          I purchased boat rockerz 450 from amazon which after 10 months lost functionality of one ear cups.
          So i claimed my warranty and after going through testing phase they issued an replacement.
          The replacement was to be dispatched within 5 business days. But there is no update regarding this is tracking page . It is stucked at there and saying WHHandover

            The product was dispatched from Pune service centre. Later I got a call from delivery boy 15 days later but due to some serious urgency I could not make it to call. I tried later but it says invalid and sent emails also to [protected]@gmail.com. but they replied neither. It is now out for delivery almost since a month. The tracking shows product is in Mumbai

              I have given boat product for replacement which is wrongly replaced before. And I have returned the product for my exact product which was given before. I am not getting any updation about the product. And it is taking lot of time to deliver also.

                      I have received the replacement product on 10/29/2020 which looks like a damaged, old and it is heavily used one and it looks very dirty, by looking at the product I am very disappointed. These people are not at all responding to the emails and phone number, I think they have repaired my lightly used product and sends that to other customers, better buy other company products instead of boat

                        I had returned Boat Rockerz 235V2 earphones that i bought from the boat website on 12th October'2020. I had applied for return on 19th October. The product was successfully delivered to the boat centre but I haven't received the refund amount of ₹1199 till now and I had tried thousand times to contact on the customer service number provided in every message i got from their side but still got no answer and everytime i was put on hold to get in touch with the customer service agent. Refund ticket status showing that the refund was completed 15 days ago but i haven't received a single penny in my paytm wallet. As I paid through paytm wallet on the boat website the refund must be instant bcoz it's not a bank which will take so much time. Please process my refund as soon as possible.Â

                          I just realised I am being charged for pickup for warranty replacement.Is there any guarantee that the product will be replaced??? Or else why am I paying half the product price for pickup

                            Hello,

                            I have claimed Warrenty on boAt Airdopes 311v2 because right ear bud is not working well when I take it out of charging case it's showing only 50% charged and soon shutting down. The company received the product on 26th October 2020 and the replacement product was issued on 28th October 2020, but till now (11 November 2020) it is showing as REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ISSUED.

                            I have registered complaint with the boAt support team they mentioned that we will respond you within 48 hours but even after one week I haven't recieved any sms or mail from them .

                            So, with kind heartedly I'm complaining to the concerned department, hope that this issue will resolve soon.

                            Please respond to my complaint (ticket number : 1659123 )regarding my boat airdopes 311v2 they are very much important for me. I has been 1month I requested for warrenty. From 28th October onwards it is showing as REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ISSUED on boAt support website till now I didn't got any information of the product.

                            With a heavy heart I'm writing this letter, hoping that this will resolve soon.

                                  I bought boat airdopes from Flipkart . Within a month it gave charging issue.I place a replacement with boat. The delivery guy came for. Pick up I have him the product it's been more than a month I didn't recieve my replacement yet. Neither am I able to contact customer care. They don't answer.. not are they responding to any mails

                                    My product is not workng I raised ticket[protected] on 29th september Iam waiting 20 days I didn't get any respond from their side, 3 times I talk to them and 4 times I send mail to them but I didnt get any response.I wait for 20 days and again I raised a new ticket[protected] on 20 october this time intiated pic up the product and issued replacement product on 29th october and said with in 5 buisness days they will dispatch the product but now today is 10th nov still they will dispatch I talk with customer service on 4th nov they said product will dispatch on 9th nov but it didnt happen.today i call to them they this week will dispatch its already crossed their mention date.they with 18 to 20 days they will solve our issued but I waiting for 41 days first ticktet no response 20 days wasting times and 2nd ticket already they mention time is completed they did get proper answer and cut the call while talking

                                      more than 2 month and this being the 3rd time receiving a faulty replacement, i am frustrated with this company and how they utilize the ' no refund' policy to take the customer on a ride. The device is outright faulty and they take upto 20 days to even ship these replacement and they claim it goes under qc before dispatchment.

                                      I even called the customer service and explained, they claimed that this time it wont repeat and they will make sure to send the right product as even lied that he has escalated my request to the concerned department to make sure nothing goes wrong.

                                      This is is highly unacceptable and is a mockery of consumer's investment.

                                      Harassing the customer and then not even paying back their money is pathetic.

                                        I have give my boat headphones for replacement in warranty period in April they issued me replacement unit in June then they ask me alternate address for delivery I give them alternate adt after that no action is taken by them I continuously call them email them but they don't give me any reply now it's been 6 months but still I am not getting my headphones back the way they treated me I guess this is not the way to treat customers
