I had placed a complaint for replacement of boAt 235v2 headset because the mic was not working the company has not responded since 22nd October, now i feel the update panel that they provide and the customer care no is FAKE its useless i have all the details attached in this the attachments no body receives call and updates me on my product status

    Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 24th october after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

    I had registered complaint on 12th October with a ticket number 1640463. The product was collected from me on 14th October and the service center received on 19th of october, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 24th they issued replacement for my product but till now there is no change in replacement
    Till now i didn't receive my product,
    I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

        My product was not working after 1 month, which I was purchased on amazon. So I have sent it for replacement on 20 Oct 2020. Then I have checked my ticket status it has been shown it will dispatched on 28 oct 2020. Till now I have not received my product. I need a solution here.

          Left headset of my airdopes 281 is not working. Once switched off, the left one doesn't turn on and doesn't even show light. The back touch to turn on or pause song is not working

            My item does not got delivered and it's 5 days delay .
            Very poor service from xpressbees I'm trying to make contact with xpressbees delivery agent but he is not picking up the phone it's very ridiculous.

              I first registered the complaint on 13th oct 2020. And the replacement product was issued on 20th oct 2020 (as shown on their website). But till no sign of any replacement, it has been more than 10 days and status of the ticket is still stuck at the same point. I write emails they send me back the same auto generated mail again and again. I called to the number provided but no reply. Please look into this, I think boAt is a good company, please don't let anyone down like this. My ticket number is 1638756. I want an update as soon as possible. And please no auto generated ones. I am tired of seeing them please do this as soon as possible!!!

              Update: The product has finally left the service center and is with Xpressbees now. They say it'll take another 9-12 days.
              Resolved : Got the replaced product today.

                Hi, I registered complaint about my product on 10th October 2020, they pickup on 12th October 2020 from that date i haven't got any update on my product. I'm tried to calling their coustmer care num but they says that u got your product after 2/3 but they didn't give it, same thing happened with me 3times on my interaction with their customer care officer.25 days are gone and they aren't taking any action on my replacement product, so please do something sir and do something to give my replaced product back.

                  I have filed a complaint or raised ticket on 21/10/2020 regarding problem of working in my boat earphones which are in warranty and that was picked up by delivery boy on 22/10/2020 and arrived at boat service center on 29/10/2020 but there is no updates still regarding this.
                  Kindly inform me how much time required to return my earphones

                    In 14th October 2020 i ordered boat wired earphones Basshead100 through the boat site but After done my payment through bhim UPI i didn't get my order ID or any other details I'll try to contact your company customer agent they said my payment was stuck in getway 18 day's has been been done but still I didn't get any response from the company or my refund nor my order confirmation

                      I returned my boat data cable v3 it stopped working. i am registered my complaint on 5 oct The faulty product was picked up by a delivery agent. It reached the service centre after 10 days. The replaced product was issued by the company and it said the replaced product will be dispatched in 2 business days but it has been 15 days and I got no update. I need my headphones urgently. I did not expect such poor service from Boat. my ticket no is 1616628

                              I have bought boat bass 100 wired headset. But within 5 months, it got repaired... I am unable to hear the audio...Both sides got defected... I have applied for the replacement and its been a month there is no further action from them... The ticket status is also not updated... Contacted customer care...No use... Huge disappointed Boat... Customer service is very poor

                                    My ticket I'd is 1624091. Tracking details stops from 22 Oct. After that no tracking details are not updated yet and still product is not received. It almost one month now. No proper response in mail also and no one is answering the call from the customer care...Resolve this issue as soon as possible..

                                        I registered a complaint for my earphones 16 days ago as its one side was not working properly. It has been 18 days now and the website's showing that i have received my replaced product after issuing my warranty claim.

                                        I am trying to reach boat service center but no one is picking up calls or their lines are busy.

                                        I want this matter to resolved as soon as possible as it has been a long time and i am very depressed with the companies behaviour of ignoring my mails and calls completely.

                                        I have also shared screenshots of my mails that were completely ignored.
