I had sent my boat bassheads 225 (ticket number 1374881 ) for warranty replacement almost 3 months ago . Its warranty was approved and i recieved a notification from you stating that a new product has been dispatched . But I didnt get product . I then contacted the courier partner to which they responded by telling me that my product has been returned to imagine marketing . It was returned because at that time my address was in containment zone.I then contacted ur executive through the customer service number and they said they have forwarded my compliant no for review. I have contacted the customer service number several times, but they have said that they forwarded my ticket number to a certain team. But till now no action has been taken and i havent recieved the product.

    I ought to receive a replacement product from Image marketing through Xpressbees. The product is showing "in transit" for quite some time and was struck in "Xpressbees Visakhapatnam hub". I have contacted Xpressbees customer care service thrice but they won't care. So I personally visited the hub to know the whereabouts of the product but they have no clue where the package was. They were saying that the package might have lost or got damaged and they don't know where it is now.Boat complaint number is 1659907 and the shipment Id is :[protected]
    Please look into this matter.

      Boat airdopes 402 bluetooth heatset

      One side of the headset is not working. So i registered for replacement and the send it to service centre on 27 oct 2020. It seems to be out of delivery on 05 oct 2020 at maharastra. But still now i didnt get back my product. Kindly check it and give back my headset.

      Please help me to get back my headset with charging box as earlier.

          This earphone problem is, the Bluetooth connection. Call connection problem..

                  I had bought boat rockerz 235V on 26th June 2020 it is a Bluetooth neckband type earphone. it stopped working after 3 months in October and this product has a 1 year warranty, and Since the incident I have registered my complaint in the Boat website three times, they schedule the pick up but the no one comes to pick the product and i receive massage saying consignee was not available i didn't even get any phone call from the pick up person. This is such a waste brand to buy product from.

                    There is no response from boat support even though I registered 2 complaints here. To whom I need to file complaint . I think that boAt is a good company don't know why they are doing like this.

                      I ordered boat storm on 10th november 2020, today is the 9th day, upto this time they didnt shipped the product. When i was order the product in website they informed 7 days for delivery, and also no customer support for enquiry. Customer care number is there, but we cannot get call.

                            I submitted my complaint regarding boat rocker 255 earphones not working properly on 4th Nov And on 10th Nov, boat official website shows I will receive my product in 5 business days.
                            Today is 17th nov yet I not received my product not even a mail or reply

                            After submitting my complaint, I got email form xbees on the same day stating that the product is dispatched and on next day the product arrived. Thanks boat.

                              I had purchased a boat headphones through boat lifestyle website but I couldn't find my bill in that website. Now, i have been facing one side hearing problem in headphones, I m not able to claim warranty without invoice. I asked for my invoice but they have not been responding to my mails. I have my invoice in hand but they are not accepting that.please resolve my problem.

                                Hello,

                                I have registered a complaint on boat on 25-Oct-2020. Complaint no is : 1689260

                                On 27-Oct-2020, service center approved my product complaint for servicing and on 28-july-2019 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatching in 5 days. But still i did not get any awb# update on this regarding dispatch
                                I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
                                When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

                                    One side of my earphones was not working properly so I claimed the warranty on 01/11/2020 they picked up my earphone on 03/11/2020..now I m tracking my shipment it shows WHhandover from last 6 days...also the customer care is not responding to my calls and mails.

                                    I want my replaced earphones back as soon as possible

                                      I purchased boat bass heads 220 earphones.Later one of the side is not working properly.Then I claimed for warranty and they picked my product on october 16.I got message that the service centre had issued the replacement product on october 26.But still I didn't get my product.I tried to contact them by mail.But there is no response.
