With a heavy heart, I am writing my concern to you.
I am a customer of boat Bassheads 228. I had claimed a warranty on my product because left earpiece was not working.
So, on 1st week of October, I issued a warranty.
And on October 3rd, you've received my warranty product .
Then you successfully recieved it on 16 October and issued a replacement and got an update that the product will be dispatched in 5 days. But till now (3/November) I've not received any details of my product yet.
I've issued compliant two times. But there were two mails telling to wait for 48 hours but no one responded till now.
So I request the consent authorities to kindly sort out this issue.

Complaint marked as Resolved 1. First, you have to write your issue briefly. It should include initial day of issue to this day
till this day and also include tracking id, ticket no, email, phone number etc. and screenshot if possible.
2. After sending a compliant, the management will reach your issue to company hub in 1-2 days.
3. The company hub will reply you via email and/or phone number with tracking id details.
That's it ! Problem solved.
