I have not received my return product boat airdopes 431...and it's code is 6325..i have got message from boat that I have to share the code to executive for confirmation but I didn't find executive at the moment... So I kindly request u to get my product back Imediately as soon as possible...

      Hello.
      With a heavy heart, I am writing my concern to you.

      I am a customer of boat Rockerz 235v2. I had claimed a warranty on my product because mic was not working.

      So, on 1st week of October, I issued a warranty.
      And on October 21st, you've received my warranty request.

      Then you successfully recieved it on 30 October and issued a replacement and got an update that the product will be dispatched in 5 days. But till now (9/November) I've not received any details of my product yet.

      I've tried contacting customer care, but there was no response

      So I request the consent authorities to kindly sort out this issue.

        The tracking number is showing that product will be despatching in 5 days and already 5 days have passed quite beforeand it has been more than 20 days of giving my product i am very much dissatisfied, the response from boat team there is no calling option the phone never gets connected have tried a lot many times and i am getting no update about my product apart from a mail that my issue has been escalated... will i be receiving my product ever or not?

            I'he ordered boat rockerz 240 wireless headsets on boat life style website on October 5, till november 8 i didn't get any update regarding the order and i have raised many mails and called to customer care many times, but they didn't respond to my mails and calls. I want to cancel my order but i am not able to do it from my logged account (From where i'he purchased the order - boat lifestyle).in the cancel option area it is showing not delivered (Only text), maybe because of that i am not able to cancel the order. Please resolve this issue asap.

              Status of my product is not working
              It is 11 days my product is not dispatched yet.
              There is no one who had received the call it only rang for several minutes and then automatically disconnected.
              I'm worried about what will happen.

                  I did complaint on 8 October and the product picked up on 21 October But my product does not dispatch till now and as per the policy, they said that the process will take up to 10-12 days and it's been 17 days now and not even get any update from the boat. It's not a joke that I did complain and the company not taking it seriously.
                  I want my product to be repaired or want my money back

                    Boat rockerz 400 bluetooth headphone was disfunctioning and I lodge a warranty claim and product was collect and on 30th Oct through status it was conveyed that within next 5 days replaced product will be delivered.

                    However even after expiry of above 5 days + 2 additional days, replaced product is not dispatched. On call follow up customer executive informed that product is not dispatched yet.

                    I'm disappointed with warranty service of boat, ticket no. 1680715

                                Its been a month for i applied for the replacement still i didn't got my product on 28th October it said will be dispatched on 5 business days. But today is nov 6 still i didn't receive my replacement please deliver it soon i have been contacting the customer service but no one attends the call. Am keep trying for past 10 days please replace it soon. 🙏🙏

                                  BoAt is a company that gives 1 year warranty on products purchased .
                                  I've purchased a boAt Rockerz 295v2 Wireless Neckband and after less than a month side of the earphone gone connection issues. so i returned it to boat for warranty replacement they said it would take 18-20 days now its been over 20 days and not returned to me. i tracked the product on their site by the order number they gave me and it said its dispatched in 5 working business day and but it never reached me...

                                  No one pickup call on customer care number no one revert on mail .
