My boat rockers headphones (red), which were in warranty, suddenly stopped operating. I connected the support team for a solution and as they mailed to return the product and convinced that I'll be returned a recovered or new headphone within 10 days.
The product, as per the tracking status shared (token no. 1631812), reached the service center on 19th Oct, 2020 and was Whhandover on the same evening.
But, neither I have received my headphones nor any current status information. I request you to please look into the matter and return the working headphones to me at the earliest.
