    I send my headset for not hearing one side it is already two months gone I send my headset on September 3 through express bees courier partner . Now I send more mails for enquiring about my headsets condition is it completed or not but I didn't get any mails . I didn't expect this kind of large company not responding properly to the consumers . Please help me to get my replaced headset . My ticket number is 1490275 please help me .       I ordered airdopes from boat website on 7th October and it's been 22 days and it hasn't reached me till yet. Customer care number is not reachable. After much efforts by contacting their Instagram page I received a call and they said that i will receive it in 4-5 days but that didn't happen. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund

      I ordered a package on 12th August and haven't received it since.It's been 15 days now. I want to cancel my order but not able to do that. Please look into it.
      I ordered boat earphones from the website and the package has been in transit for 15 days now but I don't have any updates and it still hasn't reached me. The customer care team of boat is extremely useless and cannot help me no matter how many times I call. I need a refund now.

        Sir, I ordered two boat rockerz 600 Mi edition headset from Amazon out of which one was bad and not working properly.
        I registered my complain on your site and my ticket number was 1600452.
        I sended request to boat service centre and in the replacement process, I gave all the accessories(AUX cable+usb cable) and the carry box which we get with it to the delivery man, but in return we were given only the headset which was of different model and even not the full box. Now I am not able to even charge my headset and without auxcable it is useless.
        Even no customer care number receive call in lockdown. How can I get help?

          Sir/Mam, I ordered boat airdopes 402 on 21st October, 2020 and I paid the price online through my debit card .I haven't received any mail or sms regarding the confirmation of the order placed, and it was really very disappointing from your side as i wanted to gift it to one of my friend on 29th October, it's been 5 days since I ordered them, I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful, I would be very thankful to you if you could send me a confirmation of my order and let me arrange it by 29th of this month.

            In mid of July I have claimed warrenty for my boat earphone and on 26th July 2020 my product pick up generated for servicing .
            Now I didn't get any further changes in current status of my earphone also I don't get response of my any emails.

              I hve not yet to replace the product i offer to replace, sent on september 21st we have not receved it yet. The item cannot be tracked by this site, boat site always showing 404 error. The necesary step should be taken as soon as possible.

                I placed replacement complaint on 9/10/2020 . Next day they took my product and all . And on 21/oct/2020 replacement product was issued but till 28/oct/2020 i haven't received it. I emailed them many time but they are not responding. Now what to do?

                  Hi,

                  With a heavy heart, I am writing this concern to you.

                  I have bought airdopes 501 and with in 3 weeks of purchase it started showing issues. I have claimed the warranty on 1st week of september and till today, this is in process. Last update was on 16th October that new product will be shipped in 5 days.

                  There is no update after all these days too.

                  Reaching to your customer care is hell, and wont get any response also. I should have called nearly 15 times. 2 times were able to talk to support.

                    I had purchased a boat Rockerz 255 bluetooth headphone from Amazon having one year warranty but unfortunately it is not working now. I had given a complaint on boat side on 17 Aug 2020 having complaint no T 1416077, status of complaint 17 Aug 2020 Pending. It will get updated within 2 business days. 21 Aug 2020 Approved. Product pick-up request will get generated in 1 business day.

                      I had issue with my earphone boAt basshead 242, one side was not working.
                      Registered a complain and product was picked up by company on 10 October.
                      Replacement product was issued on 21 October, and was said to be dispatching in 5 business days. Its been 7 days and still there is no info of what is going on with that product. Its already been 18 days and I need the product as soon as possible.

                        Just after 1 month, my earphones stopped working on the right ear. I raised a ticket on the 15th and promptly it was collected on the 16th and dispatched to Mumbai. It was recieved in Mumbai on 19th and i dont have any status so far on where it is currently. I called customer care on the 26th to check on this and the lady could not answer anything and just that it will be serviced. I tried calling again today and worst part is nobody picked up. I stay in bangalore and i dont know why this was sent to Mumbai when you had service centers in bangalore. I dont have any clue now where my order stands.Pathetic customer service i have to say the least.

It's been more than 5 days no update yet, I called customer support they picked once and told me that we have shipped your order(tracking id) but it shows no update, and the courier service telling me to contact the merchant...

                              I have not received my boat uno product. My product is picked up successfully on july 25.Ticket number is 1313364. They received my product. They sent through Delivery courier service tracking number[protected]. But not delivered till now. It is picked up on july now October 27 but till now I have not received.please deliver

                              I have not received any response from boat please don't tick it as resolved.Boat brand also became a fraud.I purchased Boat Uno nirwana on Amazon. After 6 months its mike is stopped working.so i requested to replace the product to manufacturing brand boat by sending invoice which I received in Amaxon.my ticket number is 1313364. Then Xpressbees courier boy came to pickup my product on 22nd july Awb number is 2385120141529. Then after 10 days i have received message from boat showing we successfully checked your product and eligible for replacement. Then they give Delhivery courier name AWB is 1300615224236. Now 4 months but i not received my product. Many time i contacted to boat cc but no use they dont attempt calls.i have sent too many mails everyday but they didn't replied.please help me to get my product. I suggest please don't buy any product from Boat very bad service also very cheap products. They don't lost more than 3 months

                                    My boat earphones are picked on 12 th Sep 2020 and they are not arrived yet.Currently xpressbees is showing Arrived at BOM/RVP, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA this as shipment status it's now almost one and half month passed it showing it has reached to service center...i called boat help center many times but most of the times it comes busy and there is no good response from them...my ticket number is 1520147.Kindly look at this complaint as it has been too long and please help me with my complain

                                      My ticket no is 1601634.I send my boat 235v2 rockerz on 8 oct my product is in black colour.and i get the replacement of product in blue and on the eway bill the company mentioned the product colour black.But inside the box there is not black colour it is in blue colour.i want my replacement of colour blue to black.I call customer care but no one is giving response.I want the product in black not in blue so kindly change and resolve my issue.My product is boat rockerz 235 v2 in black not blue.So kindly send me the black colour and replace the blue into black.

                                      My complaint is not resolved by company yet.
                                      My ticket no is 4955143.I send my boat 235v2 rockerz on 24th february 2022 which was black in colour. I get the replacement product on 28th february 2022 which was red in colour, also the details on the e-way bill was not clear to read. I want my replacement colour from red to black. I chat with boat service in fb, and they said the products are subject to availability. Last time i checked, boat rockers 235 v2 black was still available in both flipkart and amazon, so I didn't get the part "subject to availability ". I want the product in black not in red so kindly resolve my issue.
