I have registered a complaint about the replacement of my product i.e. boAt BassHeads 220 Wired Headset on 19 october, (complaint no. 1665475) now on 5 november I got an update that product will be dispatched in 5 business day. It's been more than 5 days no update yet, I called customer support they not picked my call Please help me out

    I hav gave for the replacement of the item it has already 17 days still I didn't received my product back the status shows that the product will be delivered in 5 days but still I didn't receive

      On 28th october 2020 i got an update saying i wiil get my replacement product and it will dispatch in five business days.today it is 4th november and i still havent got any update.ticket number -1672791

        I registered a complaint against my earphones. Company take my earphones and say we replaced it and delivered to you. But 16 days gon company do not send my earphones.

          Address: Boat Service Centre , BOM/RVP-MUMBAI hub , Mumbai Maharashtra.

          BoAt is a company that gives 1 year warranty on products purchased . I registered for the same . It was taken to service centre by the boAt official courier partner and a replacement was issued also . But that replacement they are not dispatching since 15 days . On 21st they have released but it didnt reach me . I wrote numerous mails, no reply for them . Also there is no response over the called numbers on website also.Please take action against such fraud service centres and service companies. My boAt complaint number is 1618808 over their website. The product is currently in mumbai branch . Please resolve this asap.

            Hlo.
            With a heavy heart, I am writing my concern to you.

            I am a customer of boat Bassheads 228. I had claimed a warranty on my product because left earpiece was not working.

            So, on 1st week of October, I issued a warranty.
            And on October 3rd, you've received my warranty product .

            Then you successfully recieved it on 16 October and issued a replacement and got an update that the product will be dispatched in 5 days. But till now (3/November) I've not received any details of my product yet.

            I've issued compliant two times. But there were two mails telling to wait for 48 hours but no one responded till now.

            So I request the consent authorities to kindly sort out this issue.

            1. First, you have to write your issue briefly. It should include initial day of issue to this day till this day and also include tracking id, ticket no, email, phone number etc. and screenshot if possible. 2. After sending a compliant, the management will reach your issue to company hub in 1-2 days. 3. The company hub will reply you via email and/or phone number with tracking id details. That's it ! Problem solved.

              I raised replacement complaint they pickup my product around (12th October) 23 days ago, and on 22 October they updated with status product has been dispatched still no updates where my product is they didn't provided any tracker number at all, I am doubting whether they really dispatched my product or not.

              Please refer screenshot for more detail.

              [email protected] It would take approximately 9-12 days to reach the replaced product unit at your door step They told me your product is dispatched with xpressbee. Hope my product will get delivered within the time.

              My product was taken for replacement on 15th October, after that on 28th October I was notified that my replacement product has been issued and it will be dispatching within 5 business days but it's more than 10 days and I haven't received any notification after 28th October.
              How long am I going to wait?

                      I've purchased a BOAT BASSHEADS 200 red and after less than a year one side of the earphone gone mute. so i returned it to boat for warranty replacement they said it would take 18-20 days now its been over 27 days and not returned to me. i tracked the product on their site by the order number they gave me and it said its dispatched to the customer and but it never reached me. now i cant even check on their website because it is not opening.

                            I register a complaint on Boat website, claiming warranty on my earphone as one side was not working.
                            I register my complaint on 22nd October & on 27th October it showed the product is dispatching in 5 days & it's been more than a week they're not picking up calls & responding to mails.

                                My product was not working and I have registered a complaint, which I was purchased from flipkart. So I have sent it for replacement on 19 Oct 2020. Till date it has not dispatched and now company saying its out of stock. Till now I have not received my product. I need a solution here.

                                  I had registered a complaint on boat website for replacement on the issue of not working on 04th September 2020 and they picked up the product on 5th September 2020. Since September, the status shows replaced product dispatching in 5 days. Its almost been 3 Months. I haven't got any updates since then. They are not replying to mails or calls as well. Please send my replaced product or refund full payment.
