I purchased the above mentioned earphones via Myntra and were delivered to me on 14 Oct. Now, the start button of the same has not been working since today morning. It is not getting started.

    My boat airdopes has been claimed for warranty and the product is picked from 17th oct. On 28th oct they said it will be replaced on 5 businesses days but today is Nov 6 still i didn't got my product please deliver my product soon.

      I want to know about my refund status. I tried to talk to the executive by calling at the customer care number give by the company but no one is answering my calls. It is really very disappointing. Pleass update me about my refund.

        mic is not working since two months i have tried for contact customer care but call not connect and my BOAT Bass head 100 blue mi group is in the warranty period. please resolve this issue as soon as possible

          then after some days airdopes disbalnced sound then i have register a complain ticket no is 1668873 than i track status28/09/2020 u say that my product dispatching in 5 business days & todays 7 th day but still not receive my product so i have tried so many time your costumer care no but no response from your side plz short out this problem & my product send me thanks

              I have ordered a Boat airdopes 381 via Flipkart order# OD[protected]. It started giving issued so I started to return from Boat. The ticket number created on Boat is - 1664859 but there is no update just says replacement issued. No AWB number or tracking and I haven't received anything yet. Replacement started on 17th October and yet no update. I have sent multiple emails to Imagine marketing which is handling returns but no response. I'm very much frustrated with the customer service with no help. Please let me know where is my replacement I need it asap.

                I bought this hear phone in big billion day sale, on (delivery date[protected]
                The main complaint is
                1. there is no noise cancellation
                2. Mic is not working properly
                3. Left side low audible
                Actually i use this for company work
                Please replace it and give a good product.
                I thought it's a best but it's quite worst in my opinion
                Please fallow up asap.!
                I have warranty card of 1 year and bill from Flipkart.
                No box.

                              Address: Boat Service Centre , BOM/RVP-MUMBAI hub , Mumbai Maharashtra.

                              BoAt is a company that gives 1 year warranty on products purchased . I registered for the same . It was taken to service centre by the boAt official courier partner and a replacement was issued also . But that replacement they are not dispatching since 15 days . On 21st they have released but it didnt reach me . I wrote numerous mails, no reply for them . Also there is no response over the called numbers on website also.Please take action against such fraud service centres and service companies. My boAt complaint number is 1618808 over their website. The product is currently in mumbai branch . Please resolve this asap.

                                With a heavy heart, I am writing my concern to you.

                                I am a customer of boat Bassheads 228. I had claimed a warranty on my product because left earpiece was not working.

                                So, on 1st week of October, I issued a warranty.
                                And on October 3rd, you've received my warranty product .

                                Then you successfully recieved it on 16 October and issued a replacement and got an update that the product will be dispatched in 5 days. But till now (3/November) I've not received any details of my product yet.

                                I've issued compliant two times. But there were two mails telling to wait for 48 hours but no one responded till now.

                                So I request the consent authorities to kindly sort out this issue.

                                1. First, you have to write your issue briefly. It should include initial day of issue to this day till this day and also include tracking id, ticket no, email, phone number etc. and screenshot if possible. 2. After sending a compliant, the management will reach your issue to company hub in 1-2 days. 3. The company hub will reply you via email and/or phone number with tracking id details. That's it ! Problem solved.

                                  I raised replacement complaint they pickup my product around (12th October) 23 days ago, and on 22 October they updated with status product has been dispatched still no updates where my product is they didn't provided any tracker number at all, I am doubting whether they really dispatched my product or not.

                                  How long am I going to wait?
