6 months before the mic stoped working and few days after registering complaint they picked up . Then i never received it back. I wrote them 1000's and mails and 1000's of phone call. They are not even giving a proper answer while contacting.

My complaints is not resolved but still shows resolved, i don't know why. Still now i didn't even received a single message from them about the replacement then how can it be resolved!?

    I didn't get my product back after warrenty claim. I surrendered my boat airdopes 402 for service. When I track it shows product returned. It didn't shows anything about the issue. I want update immediately.

      I had ordered boat 131 from the boat website. I asked for a refund within 24 hours as I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. The return was approved by boat and they said they will arrange a pickup for the same. But its been more than 15 days now there is no update regarding the same. I tried mailing them. Sending them message over facebook messenger. But they just say your issue was escalated and stuff. Ticket number of my issue is 55995. Order number is 57848.

      Sent multiple messages on their facebook account. And wrote some reviews on their facebook posts. After doing this for a while the headsets got picked up after 2 months. Don't know whether it was corona effect or something else.

        I have purchased ear phone on 4th July 2020 and left speaker is stopped working suddenly. It's in warranty period. It happens 2 time with boat product, please look into this.

          I had registered a complaint on boat website for replacement on the issue of one side not working on 27th September and they picked up the product on 28th September. Since October, the status shows replaced product dispatching in 5 days. Its almost been a 10 days. I haven't got any updates since then. They are not replying to mails or calls as well. Please send my replaced product.

            The product was taken more than 20 days ago and on 13th October, the status was shown as "Dispatching in 5 days". After 5 days, no update, neither any feedback and the product doesn't show dispatched. In fact it has been more than 10 days now as I'm writing this on 24th Oct. When I call them, every time they say it'll dispatch within 1-2 days. Even today I called and they said the same. And they hang the call without giving a proper response. Had reached them out on twitter also, yet to no avail.

              My ticket number is 1560848. It has been more than 1 month since my product pick up still I didn't receive my product back. Such delay in service. The status mentions 2 or 5 business days for one status update but they take almost 1-2 weeks extra for each operation. Why such delay in dispatching even after the product has been replaced? In the status it says 5 business days for the dispatch but now 1week. And no response from them.

                      Today is 22 October 2020 .till now i didn't get replaced product. my ticket number is 1574763. The last update was on 7 October 2020. Where mentioned that replaced product dispatching in 5 business day.till that they not dispatched.and i also tried many times on there customer care number but they not respond. And also mailed but the result is same no one reply.. please provide my product and status of product as soon as possible.. thanks

                        I made a replacement request of boat bassheads 242 earphone on 16/09/20 and last status shown on ticket number - 1546838 that "replacement product issued" on 13/10/20, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. It is almost 10 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1546838. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

                          I registered a complaint on 19 june 2020
                          And my replacement product dispatched on 17 july 2020. When i checked status it showed that delivered back to shipper. It has been more than 3 months i am still waiting for my headphones.
                          They are not replying to mails. Customer care phone number is not working.

                          Now they have created new ticket . And They provided wrong tacking no.
                          The tracking no. Does not exist.

                              They mentioned dispatch will be done in 5days. No update yet and no reply while we email them regarding this issue. How come such a reputed firm can be so reckless?? Solve this issue ASAP.

                                Hello,
                                I have purchased boat rockerz 255f bluetooth earphones in the month of june 30, 2020.After 2 months one side of the earphone is not working.So i registered a compliant and they picked up the product on 28 th septemer and the replacement product was issued on 12th october.Since then there is no update.The last update was on 12th october and in the update they said, product is dispatching in 5 business days.But now after the last update 11 days gone and the product is not yet dispatched.my ticket no.1589481.So i request you to send me product soon.

                                      I purchased boat earphones on on march 18th 2020 with 1 year warranty.after 6 months it stops right ear bud I register complaint to boat on 29th september 2020 ticket number is 1597319 they said with 18 to 20 days they resolve it but still no response from their side, I send to mail, but they will not respond to my mail, I call 2 times to their cusomer care but still I didnt get proper response.so I decided to complaint against company .

                                        My boat Airdopes 201 were picked up form me to the service center for warranty claim. They were picked complete box.
                                        I got information product will replace and deliver within 5 days on 1 Oct. After 20 days I got my product but it is not replaced product, its changer and other buds ear support is not on delivery packet.
