I've purchased a BOAT BASSHEADS 200 red and after less than a year one side of the earphone gone mute. so i returned it to boat for warranty replacement they said it would take 18-20 days now its been over 27 days and not returned to me. i tracked the product on their site by the order number they gave me and it said its dispatched to the customer and but it never reached me. now i cant even check on their website because it is not opening.

      I purchased boat rockerz 450 on 14th of October, 2020 but within one and half month one side earbud not working and start rotating.
      I went to the service center, maninagar but didn't get proper response.
      Please I want replace my product

        I register a complaint on Boat website, claiming warranty on my earphone as one side was not working.
        I register my complaint on 22nd October & on 27th October it showed the product is dispatching in 5 days & it's been more than a week they're not picking up calls & responding to mails.

        Please help, I want my product.

            My product was not working and I have registered a complaint, which I was purchased from flipkart. So I have sent it for replacement on 19 Oct 2020. Till date it has not dispatched and now company saying its out of stock. Till now I have not received my product. I need a solution here.

              I had registered a complaint on boat website for replacement on the issue of not working on 04th September 2020 and they picked up the product on 5th September 2020. Since September, the status shows replaced product dispatching in 5 days. Its almost been 3 Months. I haven't got any updates since then. They are not replying to mails or calls as well. Please send my replaced product or refund full payment.

                    I had placed a complaint for replacement of boAt 235v2 headset because the mic was not working the company has not responded since 22nd October, now i feel the update panel that they provide and the customer care no is FAKE its useless i have all the details attached in this the attachments no body receives call and updates me on my product status

                      Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 24th october after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

                      I had registered complaint on 12th October with a ticket number 1640463. The product was collected from me on 14th October and the service center received on 19th of october, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 24th they issued replacement for my product but till now there is no change in replacement
                      Till now i didn't receive my product,
                      I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

Then I have checked my ticket status it has been shown it will dispatched on 28 oct 2020. Till now I have not received my product. I need a solution here.

                              Very poor service from xpressbees I'm trying to make contact with xpressbees delivery agent but he is not picking up the phone it's very ridiculous.

                                I first registered the complaint on 13th oct 2020. And the replacement product was issued on 20th oct 2020 (as shown on their website). But till no sign of any replacement, it has been more than 10 days and status of the ticket is still stuck at the same point. I write emails they send me back the same auto generated mail again and again. I called to the number provided but no reply. Please look into this, I think boAt is a good company, please don't let anyone down like this. My ticket number is 1638756. I want an update as soon as possible. And please no auto generated ones. I am tired of seeing them please do this as soon as possible!!!

                                These are the updates still no response from them.
                                Update: The product has finally left the service center and is with Xpressbees now. They say it'll take another 9-12 days.
                                Resolved : Got the replaced product today.

                                  Hi, I registered complaint about my product on 10th October 2020, they pickup on 12th October 2020 from that date i haven't got any update on my product. I'm tried to calling their coustmer care num but they says that u got your product after 2/3 but they didn't give it, same thing happened with me 3times on my interaction with their customer care officer.25 days are gone and they aren't taking any action on my replacement product, so please do something sir and do something to give my replaced product back.

                                    I have filed a complaint or raised ticket on 21/10/2020 regarding problem of working in my boat earphones which are in warranty and that was picked up by delivery boy on 22/10/2020 and arrived at boat service center on 29/10/2020 but there is no updates still regarding this.

                                      In 14th October 2020 i ordered boat wired earphones Basshead100 through the boat site but After done my payment through bhim UPI i didn't get my order ID or any other details I'll try to contact your company customer agent they said my payment was stuck in getway 18 day's has been been done but still I didn't get any response from the company or my refund nor my order confirmation

                                        I returned my boat data cable v3 it stopped working. i am registered my complaint on 5 oct The faulty product was picked up by a delivery agent. It reached the service centre after 10 days. The replaced product was issued by the company and it said the replaced product will be dispatched in 2 business days but it has been 15 days and I got no update. I need my headphones urgently. I did not expect such poor service from Boat. my ticket no is 1616628
