The product was taken more than 20 days ago and on 13th October, the status was shown as "Dispatching in 5 days". After 5 days, no update, neither any feedback and the product doesn't show dispatched. In fact it has been more than 10 days now as I'm writing this on 24th Oct. When I call them, every time they say it'll dispatch within 1-2 days. Even today I called and they said the same. And they hang the call without giving a proper response. Had reached them out on twitter also, yet to no avail.
