About tracking the warranty of product

I sent my earphones for warranty but after 21st of October, I can't track my product and it's been more than 20 days it's not been returned. Such a careless management boat....

Xpressbees tracking id.[protected]

I requested replacement of product under manufacturing defect in waranty period. It was approved and then they picked up the product and its been 2 weeks or more since they have not sent any replacement. It says that the product will be delivered in 5 business days on boat site but on the trackin id of xpressbees it says its been delivered and I know for a fact that its not delivered. I read a lot of complaints like this and it seems that boat scams a lot of people. Currently i m patient but as time goes by ill do whats needed. please register my complaint

    My ticket I'd is 1632844. Tracking details stops from 21 Oct. After that no tracking details are not updated yet and still product is not received. It almost one month now. No proper response in mail also. Solve this issue ASAP.

      Their is no update of my product from 19 oct it showing the product was deliverd to our service centre it usuallyy take two to three bussiness day to inward the product, product ticket no 1634741 pls help to resolve this problem my headphone was only 15 day old and stop working if anyone know the solution pls inform me at my gmail [protected]@gmail.com

          I had registered a complaint on 11th July about the defect of my product on boat website. The item was successfully picked up on 13 july and it also reached boat mumbai service center on 21nd August. Since then i haven't received any updates about my product. They aren't replying to the mails i send as well. Kindly register a complaint against them.

            I have registered a complaint about the replacement of my product i.e. boAt BassHeads 220 Wired Headset on 10 Oct, (complaint no.1633205 ) now on 21Oct I got an update that will be dispatched in 5 business day. It's been more than 10 days no update yet, I called customer support they picked once and told me that we have shipped your order(tracking id) but it shows no update, and the courier service telling me to contact the merchant about the product. Please help me out

              I want to awknowledge you that while claiming the warranty of my product airdopes 431 i was unaware of the company policy of not handing over the product box, product accessories like charging cable, extra buds etc. i handed over all the things to the courier person.
              my id no. is 1653822 so i request you to hand over all the accessories with the replaced product to me .

                    I bought a Bluetooth enabled headset Rockerz 235V2. It worked well for 2 months and then it had lots of issues like not getting connected through Bluetooth. Even after showing as connected you will not be able to hear anything from the headset but continue to hear from the base device(laptop/mobile). I got it replaced after 30 days as this variant gets the replacement product only from Mumbai and not for Bangalore. The replacement product ceased to even switch on or get charged within 7 days. Now if I have to get it replaced, it would take another 30 more days. Cant understand what sort of cheap Chinese components are used by this company to flood the Indian market with filthy substandard products.

                      I've registered a complaint for my boat airdopes 381, its been 15 days and I haven't received any updates or my earphones...The last time the status was updated on 19th October...

                      I tried to contact service centre but they aren't answering my call...
                      Boat is a reputed brand...& this kind of attitude towards their customers is unacceptable

                        I returned my boat rockerz 255 for replacement. Replacement has been issued by them but not yet delivered or dispatched. They told it will be dispatched in 5 days but they didn't.

                            Description: I had purchased the product (Airdopes 441) on 1st of October'20 & on 12th of October'20 I realized one of the airdopes stopped working so immediately I had raised an incident on 13th of Oct'20 & on 16th Oct'20 received a message stating the pickup would be done by the person with his contact number mentioned in the message. Called the authorized person 5-6 times but there was no response. Also, almost after 10-12 days when I again tried him calling, he received my call & replied stating there is no confirmation received from the company to pickup your product.

                            Complaint Number: 1645271
                            This has been a worst experience from Boat due to very poor customer service as its almost more than 15 days by registering the complaint.
                            I have attached the invoice of product with the screenshot of message received for pick up & the email for registered complaint.

                              I raised a complaint on my boAt bassheads 242 working problem on 16th September and they picked up the product on 12th october. Since 19th october the status shows Product has been delivered to our service center. It usually takes 2 business days to inward the product. today is 30th october and they are neither replying to mails also. Support ticket number: 1639155

                                I am calling to boat Nirvana since a month they do not pick up the call and if they pick up they cut the call in the middle they say they do not have any power to raise a complaint and help us. I also mail boat from August 19 till today 30 March in there both mail they say I'll get a reply in next 24 to 48 hours from 19 August I didn't get at least 1 reply from boat they are treating customer like very badly . Please help

                                    My boat rockers headphones (red), which were in warranty, suddenly stopped operating. I connected the support team for a solution and as they mailed to return the product and convinced that I'll be returned a recovered or new headphone within 10 days.

                                    The product, as per the tracking status shared (token no. 1631812), reached the service center on 19th Oct, 2020 and was Whhandover on the same evening.

                                    But, neither I have received my headphones nor any current status information. I request you to please look into the matter and return the working headphones to me at the earliest.
