Sir, I have register a complaint for warranty of my boat Bassheads 225 of red color and on 24th October my replacement product is also issue on ticket no 1662547 but yet not dispatch from boat centre I also email many times to your executive for it and also call many times on no [protected] but no one is response I unhappy with your service and I want my replacement product immediately so resolve this problem as soon as possible...

        I have bought boat bass 100 wired headset. But within 5 months, it got repaired... I am unable to hear the audio...Both sides got defected... I have applied for the replacement and its been a month there is no further action from them... The ticket status is also not updated... Contacted customer care...No use... Huge disappointed Boat... Customer service is very poor

              My ticket I'd is 1624091. Tracking details stops from 22 Oct. After that no tracking details are not updated yet and still product is not received. It almost one month now. No proper response in mail also and no one is answering the call from the customer care...Resolve this issue as soon as possible..

                I returned my boat bassheads after one side of it stopped working. The faulty product was picked up by a delivery agent. It reached the service centre after 10 days. The replaced product was issued by the company and it said the replaced product will be dispatched in 5 business days but it has been 10 days and I got no update. I need my headphones urgently. I did not expect such poor service from Boat.

                  I registered a complaint for my earphones 16 days ago as its one side was not working properly. It has been 18 days now and the website's showing that i have received my replaced product after issuing my warranty claim.

                  I am trying to reach boat service center but no one is picking up calls or their lines are busy.

                  I want this matter to resolved as soon as possible as it has been a long time and i am very depressed with the companies behaviour of ignoring my mails and calls completely.

                  I have also shared screenshots of my mails that were completely ignored.

                    My boat product:boat rockerz 400 super extra bass bluetooth headset facing problem so i register complain on boat complaint column and ticket raised: 1649180 and on 21 October 2020 Product has been delivered to service center and on 24-october-2020. i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'.It's been more than 5 days no update yet, I called customer support they not picked call- and it shows no update, . Please help me out. how can i get my replaced product. i attached some documents.
                    after 5 days over as per company policy we get our replaced product within 5 days after dispatch but i did not received.

                      Xpressbees tracking id.[protected]

                      I requested replacement of product under manufacturing defect in waranty period. It was approved and then they picked up the product and its been 2 weeks or more since they have not sent any replacement. It says that the product will be delivered in 5 business days on boat site but on the trackin id of xpressbees it says its been delivered and I know for a fact that its not delivered. I read a lot of complaints like this and it seems that boat scams a lot of people. Currently i m patient but as time goes by ill do whats needed. please register my complaint

It's been more than 10 days no update yet, I called customer support they picked once and told me that we have shipped your order(tracking id) but it shows no update, and the courier service telling me to contact the merchant about the product.                                   I want to awknowledge you that while claiming the warranty of my product airdopes 431 i was unaware of the company policy of not handing over the product box, product accessories like charging cable, extra buds etc. i handed over all the things to the courier person.
