I have registered a complaint about the replacement of my product i.e. boAt BassHeads 220 Wired Headset on 10 Oct, (complaint no.1633205 ) now on 21Oct I got an update that will be dispatched in 5 business day. It's been more than 10 days no update yet, I called customer support they picked once and told me that we have shipped your order(tracking id) but it shows no update, and the courier service telling me to contact the merchant about the product. Please help me out
