I bought a Bluetooth enabled headset Rockerz 235V2. It worked well for 2 months and then it had lots of issues like not getting connected through Bluetooth. Even after showing as connected you will not be able to hear anything from the headset but continue to hear from the base device(laptop/mobile). I got it replaced after 30 days as this variant gets the replacement product only from Mumbai and not for Bangalore. The replacement product ceased to even switch on or get charged within 7 days. Now if I have to get it replaced, it would take another 30 more days. Cant understand what sort of cheap Chinese components are used by this company to flood the Indian market with filthy substandard products.

    I've registered a complaint for my boat airdopes 381, its been 15 days and I haven't received any updates or my earphones...The last time the status was updated on 19th October...

    I tried to contact service centre but they aren't answering my call...
    Boat is a reputed brand...& this kind of attitude towards their customers is unacceptable

      I returned my boat rockerz 255 for replacement. Replacement has been issued by them but not yet delivered or dispatched. They told it will be dispatched in 5 days but they didn't.

        Worst service by xpressbees they are not solving my problem I called them and mailed them, poor service please HELP me my coutis being too delayed please help me my AWB I'd[protected] . I contacted them and mailed them but they are not solving my problem please help me

          Description: I had purchased the product (Airdopes 441) on 1st of October'20 & on 12th of October'20 I realized one of the airdopes stopped working so immediately I had raised an incident on 13th of Oct'20 & on 16th Oct'20 received a message stating the pickup would be done by the person with his contact number mentioned in the message. Called the authorized person 5-6 times but there was no response. Also, almost after 10-12 days when I again tried him calling, he received my call & replied stating there is no confirmation received from the company to pickup your product.
          Date of Incident: 13th October'20
          Complaint Number: 1645271
          This has been a worst experience from Boat due to very poor customer service as its almost more than 15 days by registering the complaint.
          I have attached the invoice of product with the screenshot of message received for pick up & the email for registered complaint.

            I raised a complaint on my boAt bassheads 242 working problem on 16th September and they picked up the product on 12th october. Since 19th october the status shows Product has been delivered to our service center. It usually takes 2 business days to inward the product. today is 30th october and they are neither replying to mails also. Support ticket number: 1639155
            Please help

              I am calling to boat Nirvana since a month they do not pick up the call and if they pick up they cut the call in the middle they say they do not have any power to raise a complaint and help us. I also mail boat from August 19 till today 30 March in there both mail they say I'll get a reply in next 24 to 48 hours from 19 August I didn't get at least 1 reply from boat they are treating customer like very badly . Please help

                  My boat rockers headphones (red), which were in warranty, suddenly stopped operating. I connected the support team for a solution and as they mailed to return the product and convinced that I'll be returned a recovered or new headphone within 10 days.

                  The product, as per the tracking status shared (token no. 1631812), reached the service center on 19th Oct, 2020 and was Whhandover on the same evening.

                  But, neither I have received my headphones nor any current status information. I request you to please look into the matter and return the working headphones to me at the earliest.

                      I send my headset for not hearing one side it is already two months gone I send my headset on September 3 through express bees courier partner . Now I send more mails for enquiring about my headsets condition is it completed or not but I didn't get any mails . I didn't expect this kind of large company not responding properly to the consumers . Please help me to get my replaced headset . My ticket number is 1490275 please help me .                         I ordered airdopes from boat website on 7th October and it's been 22 days and it hasn't reached me till yet. Customer care number is not reachable. After much efforts by contacting their Instagram page I received a call and they said that i will receive it in 4-5 days but that didn't happen. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund

                        I ordered a package on 12th August and haven't received it since.It's been 15 days now. I want to cancel my order but not able to do that. Please look into it.
                        I ordered boat earphones from the website and the package has been in transit for 15 days now but I don't have any updates and it still hasn't reached me. The customer care team of boat is extremely useless and cannot help me no matter how many times I call. I need a refund now.

                          Sir, I ordered two boat rockerz 600 Mi edition headset from Amazon out of which one was bad and not working properly.
                          I registered my complain on your site and my ticket number was 1600452.
                          I sended request to boat service centre and in the replacement process, I gave all the accessories(AUX cable+usb cable) and the carry box which we get with it to the delivery man, but in return we were given only the headset which was of different model and even not the full box. Now I am not able to even charge my headset and without auxcable it is useless.
                          Even no customer care number receive call in lockdown. How can I get help?

                              In mid of July I have claimed warrenty for my boat earphone and on 26th July 2020 my product pick up generated for servicing .
                              Now I didn't get any further changes in current status of my earphone also I don't get response of my any emails.

                                I hve not yet to replace the product i offer to replace, sent on september 21st we have not receved it yet. The item cannot be tracked by this site, boat site always showing 404 error. The necesary step should be taken as soon as possible.

                                  I placed replacement complaint on 9/10/2020 . Next day they took my product and all . And on 21/oct/2020 replacement product was issued but till 28/oct/2020 i haven't received it. I emailed them many time but they are not responding. Now what to do?

                                    Hi,

                                    With a heavy heart, I am writing this concern to you.

                                    I have bought airdopes 501 and with in 3 weeks of purchase it started showing issues. I have claimed the warranty on 1st week of september and till today, this is in process. Last update was on 16th October that new product will be shipped in 5 days.

                                    There is no update after all these days too.

                                    Reaching to your customer care is hell, and wont get any response also. I should have called nearly 15 times. 2 times were able to talk to support.

                                      I had purchased a boat Rockerz 255 bluetooth headphone from Amazon having one year warranty but unfortunately it is not working now. I had given a complaint on boat side on 17 Aug 2020 having complaint no T 1416077, status of complaint 17 Aug 2020 Pending. It will get updated within 2 business days. 21 Aug 2020 Approved. Product pick-up request will get generated in 1 business day.

                                        I had issue with my earphone boAt basshead 242, one side was not working.
                                        Registered a complain and product was picked up by company on 10 October.
                                        Replacement product was issued on 21 October, and was said to be dispatching in 5 business days. Its been 7 days and still there is no info of what is going on with that product. Its already been 18 days and I need the product as soon as possible.
