They mentioned dispatch will be done in 5days. No update yet and no reply while we email them regarding this issue. How come such a reputed firm can be so reckless?? Solve this issue ASAP.

    Hello,
    I have purchased boat rockerz 255f bluetooth earphones in the month of june 30, 2020.After 2 months one side of the earphone is not working.So i registered a compliant and they picked up the product on 28 th septemer and the replacement product was issued on 12th october.Since then there is no update.The last update was on 12th october and in the update they said, product is dispatching in 5 business days.But now after the last update 11 days gone and the product is not yet dispatched.my ticket no.1589481.So i request you to send me product soon.

      I Have claimed warranty issue for my boat heatset. My ticket number is 1597386 . They mentioned dispatch will be done in 5days. No update yet and no reply while we email them regarding this issue. How come such a reputed firm can be so reckless?? Solve this issue ASAP.

          I purchased boat earphones on on march 18th 2020 with 1 year warranty.after 6 months it stops right ear bud I register complaint to boat on 29th september 2020 ticket number is 1597319 they said with 18 to 20 days they resolve it but still no response from their side, I send to mail, but they will not respond to my mail, I call 2 times to their cusomer care but still I didnt get proper response.so I decided to complaint against company .

            My boat Airdopes 201 were picked up form me to the service center for warranty claim. They were picked complete box.
            I got information product will replace and deliver within 5 days on 1 Oct. After 20 days I got my product but it is not replaced product, its changer and other buds ear support is not on delivery packet.

                I surrender my Bluetooth speaker for the service issue. They told within 5 days u will get an replacement of the same product. But it's 1 month from the day of I surrender my product. It didn't show anything about the issue. So please help me to get my money value worthable

                  I had registered a complaint on boat website for replacement on the issue of battery issue on 18th september and they picked up the product on 22th September. Since 5th October, the status shows replaced product dispatching in 5 days. Its almost been a 15days. I haven't got any updates since then. They are not replying to mails as well. Please send my replaced product.

                        I registered a complaint As my Bluetooth headphone were not working . Boat picked it up for testing and now no response its already past 5 weeks . They gave me ticket num # 1552970# not able to reach the customer care num has well. Hope well known company like boat will help its own customer .. kindly respond... Loosing hope hear

                            I had registered a complaint on boat website for replacement on the issue of power failure on 23 September and the pickup up the product on 8 October.since 15 October, the status show product was returned, but I haven't not got any product since then.                               I've lodged a complaint on 11/8/2020 and the product is replaced on 29/8/2020 and i got a tracking id for delhivery and I didn't recieved the product and i contacted with the delhivery customer care and he said that they don't deliver to my pincode so, they returned it to the imagine marketing (boat service centre) and today date is 20/10/2020 still i didn't recieved the product and no response for mail and call.. they're just Robbing the products by using warranty trick

                                I have given my product last month . But till now I don't get the replacement product . But the current status of the complaint is replacement product issued .                                   One /Both side not working.

                                  I complaint the warranty claim on 22nd September 2020.
                                  On 29th September it was received by imagine market private limited.
                                  I have track down the product on boat support. The replacement product has been issued since 5th October.
                                  Tracking product has been showing same since 15 days.

                                  I mailed 5 times To
                                  " Imagine Marketing Private limited • [protected]@imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com" there's no response.
                                  They say they will update within 48 hours. But there's no response
                                  By now 144 hours has passed instead of 48 hours. There's no update or response from boat service center..

                                  I even called on boat service customer care number. They said they will update within 48 hours.
                                  Yet no response.

                                  From 22nd September till today 19 October.
                                  It's been 25 days and there's no update, no response, neither I have got my replaced product back.

                                  Boat's Service is pathetic.

                                    This is Surya from Chennai, Vadapalani. I have claimed warranty for the product Boat Airdopes 383(Active Black) from BOAT.COM[protected] with ticket number- 1502466 . I got the replacement courier today[protected] by around noon 12:45pm, which was delivered by Xpressbees(Tracking ID:[protected] courier person Named Mathew. Once when i got from him i asked my brother to capture a video regarding this and i opened it, where the box was EMPTY with a Type-C charging cable . I have been waiting for Past 2 Months for my headphones is this the way i receive my product. I just don't know what to do, i need my Headphones by this coming Monday[protected] otherwise i must take some action against this kinda response from a reputed brand like Boat, But i didn't expect this kind of thing from your side i can't able to bare this .I have attached the Unboxing video with this, Kindly do the needful as soon as possible .

                                      Ticket number- 908965 I have ordered cable from Amazon and it had 2 years warranty. Cable stopped working in few months. I registered complaint and delivery boy picked up my old cable and they shipped new cable but courier partner didn't delivered new cable and instead he returned the cable to boat. And since I'm asking boat to send me my new cable but they have even deleted my ticket number and I can't reach on their given number [protected]. It shows always this line is busy. And neither they update my ticket number 908965 now they send me new cable.
