    Dear Sir/ma'am,
    My name is Faizan Shaikh. I've placed the order of Boat Airdopes 201 Blue on 21/09/2020, Order No:53829. However, I observed that sound quality is poor, also Microphone volume was very low. So I placed Refund request on 28/09/2020 with refund ticket: 54256. The product was successfully returned on 01/10/2020 with Reverse pickup no : [protected] with bluedart. However, There is no update on my refund now. I called customer care but they could not trace my refund ticket no: 54256. Kindly look into matter and do needful on urgent basis. Also, customer care lines are always busy.

      I ordered a replacement for my boat headphones. It got pick up successfully and then they said that it is replaced. The company said that the replace product will be dispatched in 5 business days but it didn't.

          Sir, i returned my boAt rockerzs 255 pro - blue on 23rd September, 2020. I didn't receive any refund on my returned order. I tried contacting customer care but they didn't respond to that, too. And i didn't not receive any call, mail or message regarding the return. Kindly look into the matter and help me for the same.             I had a very terrible experience with boat for the very first time.
            I claimed the warranty against the earpiece of bassheads 225 which stopped working.
            Initially the support was quite good.The took the product from for resolving my complaint.
            It has been 3-4 months and the customer support refrains to reply my mails and recieve my mails.
            I tried every possible way to reach out them. I think they have blocked me.

              I have requested for replacement of my boat rockerz 235 v2 as it was malfunctioning. After almost 2 weeks, Its showing that replacement unit is issued in their website. But I still haven't received it yet. My ticket number is 1555420. I tried calling customer service and even mailed them. Still there is no response from their side.

                I gave my product for a repair and check up but till now i didnt received my product
                I reqst a repair on boat support on 7th of September 2020 and it was picked up by them on 9th of September 2020 and on 17th of September they got my product
                And then all magic happened no tracking status no info about my product they don’t received any calls dont mail back dont read mails

                  I ordered boAt Rockerz 255 from the boAt's official site but received a damaged product. So, i contacted them to either give my money back or replace this product. The delivery guy(from Bluedart) took the product from my home on 28th September and still hasn't reached boAt's centre. Whenever i track the product, it shows that wrong delivery pincode, will affect delivery. I also have been trying to contact their customer service for a long time but haven't got any response. Please look into this matter and either give me a refund or replace the damaged product.

                        Few days back, I have registered my complaint on Boat official website. After that I got an email regarding pickup of my product. Along with that I got AWB no. from xpressbees for pickup of my product. After successful pickup of my product I tried tracking my product it shows it will deliver to service center by 1 October and today is 2nd October still no confirmation from their side. As well they are not receiving the call please help

                          I had registered my complain they took my product through courier and the product is delivered to service center but they are not telling the status of my product. It was last updated on 26th of September. There it is clearly mentioned 2 business days. But no reply by them. Please help me in this situation..

                                My boat rockers 255 with ticket number 1535908 has not been replaced yet. The ticket status is showing that it will be dispatched but no such thing happened. It's been 20 since my product has been picked up and I didn't receive any update on my replacement product. Please do the needful asap.

                                  I have given my boat rockerz 255 active black headphones for the replacement on 17 June and on 24 June the product picked from. My address and within 15 days it's time to deliver my product but I have not received my product yet my ticket no is 1216916 I have checked the status of ticket it's shown that after 18 July no future status is available...deliver my product as soon as possible else I have to complaint in cusumer form regarding this issues..and I have called boat rocks service center many times but they are not receiving the calls ..I have called on this no [protected] but they are saying our employees are busy now... please do deliver product as early as possible else I have to complaint.. thank you

                                      I had house of marley headphones and it has 2 years warranty and the product got damaged after 1 year. I claimed warranty and the product got picked up and I still didn't recieve my product it's been 4 months and it is is picked up in June and today is sep 30

                                        I had my boat micro usb cable, but it had some problem in charging. So i raised a complain ticket no 1455924 in the boat website, they picked up the product from my home.

                                        But now the status is showing " it will be dispatched in 5 business days from 8th sept 2020. Till now not yet dispatched or not yet out for delivery.

                                        I mailed boat about my complain, then they told me on 20th sept 2020 due to covid, it was late. But it will dispatched soon. But till now also nit yet dispatched.

                                        How can i believe on boat??
