I lodged a complaint regarding sound issue of my boat earphone on the boat website dated 28August 2020 pertaining to warranty of my earphone . The product was well received by the boat on 9the September 2020.The status was soon converted to Replacement product has been issued on 15september 2020 ever since then no reply received from the boat’s side for the delay of my issued product .Numerous email has been sent to the company but of no use .The call was put on busy mode and no communication has been made till date . AS a customer I feel cheated and betrayed by such behaviour of company .

    One side of bluetooth Boat Rockerz 255 Raging Red is not working, logged a complaint/ticket on 19th Sept 2020 and it reached the testing hub by 28th Sept and the product replacement is issued on Oct 5th and now the current date is 16th and there is no update on the ticket from the past 10 days.

      I have filed a complain ticket number1430703 and the product was picked up on august 24 till now the product was not delivered back the last update was on october 2nd 2020 as the product got replaced snd dispatched within 5 bussiness days but they was no other update yet as i mailed and call to the customer service no response the customer service number wont be available y i dnt knw but wil the product wil cum back or not plz update r refund my money back

        I made a complaint with lockdown in March month for my earphones and my faulted product collected by company representative from my location and then, my replacement product is not yet delivered at my place by the company. My ticket number is 1039286. Also I dropped e mails on their office e mail id but I did not received any response from anyone, my e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

              Hello Support Team,

              My name is Suresh. I am emailing on behalf of Sanjay S, who is my son.

              I am finding it very difficult to get a support team and hence the email.

              The product replacement due to a faulty earphone that we received is an incorrect one. This could be due to the invoice that we sent were 2 pages and the first page is what the team referred to. The person who collected the replacement did ask about it and we clearly told him it is the second one which the team should refer to as we uploaded both the invoices. Additionally, the product that was picked could be identified, so we are not sure how this could have happened.

              Please take a look into this matter and replace it with the correct product.

              Details:
              The replaced product that we received: BOAT BASS HEAD 900 WIRED HEADSET.
              The product that we should have received in replacement: BOAT ROCKERZ 510 SUPER EXTRA BASS BLUETOOTH HEADSET

              The replacement took 10+ days and that too a different product. Now, we will have to wait for another 10+ days to get this original one. I am sorry, but we are not happy with the proceedings. Nevertheless, we would like to get this as soon as possible as we procured this for online classes.

              I even sent an email with invoice details but received no responses. Was never able to reach the phone. It says they are busy with other customers.

              The exact same thing happened with me also
              I had sent my EWH01 wireless headphones for replacement.
              And after 20 long days the have given me wired earphones EEP01.
              I don't understand what's the replacement logic behind this.

                    My boAt basshead 225 earphone's jack gets defected within 2 month so it can get repaired or replaced. Its been nearly 28 days i didn't get my product back. The xpressbees are saying that product has been DTO and request client for any further enquiries about shipment. Who the ### is client dude. Is that boAt. I already called boat 100 times but the did'nt picked up my phone. Am i chutya or something. Please help me. Give me my ###in earphone back.

                      My earphones got damaged under warranty period & so i sent them for servicing as they were eligible..Boat being an awesome comapny took it from me..gave their precious time for checking the product & they decided to replace the product(ALL THIS IS ACC. TO INFO RPOVIDED ON TICKET NO. GIVEN BY THEM ON PRODUCT)...They decide to repalce & they did but now it has been more than above 2, onths & the product is still undelivered back to me..&&& THE TWIST S THAT THEY UPDATE THE TICKET STATUS EVERY6-7 DYAS THAT "REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ISSUED" & that's the end...they haven't been delivered...NEVER SEEN SUCH A BAD RESPONSE FROM SUCH A BRANDED COMPANY...Those who wanna see the magical ticket status updated every 6-7 days can visit

                          I have raised a request to replace my faulty product which was under warranty.
                          I raised the request on 1 September 2020 and I have not received the product as of now. I have called customer care around 10 times and I received the same response as always that they will dispatch the product within 2 days. Everytime I call they ask to wait for 2 days. On the website my product was supposed to be dispatched on 15 September but it has not dispatched untill now. It has been 45 days.

                            I bought their Airdrop from Amazon. Under 15 days, their charger stopped working and hence i registered a compliant. They picked up the product and I haven't heard back from them yet.

                            My compliant No. is 1558104. I am an educated person and can very well read the status on their complaint tracker. But it's been more than 5 business days since they marked replacement product as dispatched.

                            - They do not have any customer representative available to talk. The number shared on their website doesn't route to any human rep to talk with.
                            - I have been mailing them but all me follow ups fell on deaf ears
                            - Very irresponsible and hooligan behavior from BOAT

                            I am going to file a lawsuit in consumer court now.

                                    I have ordered Edict EWH01 Wireless Headphones on 29 August 2020
                                    After two- three week it started malfunctioning.
                                    Can't connect it via Bluetooth or while connecting with aux gets the bass distorted.
                                    So i registered a Complaint on 23 September 2020 with ticket number 1575781.
                                    It almost took 20 days for getting it to be replaced but today i.e. 14 September 2020, I received the replacement product and it was Edict EEP01 In ear wired earphones, which was totally different product from the one i wished to replace.
                                    I just want to have my Edict EWH01 Wireless Headphones back.

                                      I have purchased the boat earphone [boAt Rockerz 255 Sports Bluetooth Wireless Earphone - Active Black] on 20th oct 2019, order no.:[protected]

                                      My earphones stopped working so i raised the support case service ticket number is 1479639 to replace the product and the new product got delivered to me but i found that product is wired earphone.

                                      My product which i purchased was [boAt Rockerz 255 Sports Bluetooth Wireless Earphone - Active Black ] but the product i have received is boAt BassHeads 100 in-Ear Wired Earphones (Taffy Pink) which is very cheap as compared to my product.

                                      The whole process took 18-20 days and still has not received my original product replaced.

                                      I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority or else I will raise my complaint to the consumer forum.

                                      Herewith, i am attaching my order invoice with the picture of the wrong product which i have received.

                                      Make a pdf of original product invoice and its box pictures
                                      And another pdf of the wrong product received and write the full details order date and ticket number and mail them on their email address.
