Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 16th september, 21st september, 25th sepember, 2nd october and 7th october after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.
I had registered complaint on 7th sepember with a ticket number 1507975. The product was collected from me on 8th september and the service center received on 11th of sepetember, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 16th they agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
Till now i didn't receive my product,
I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
