Replacement of product issued from the boat service team as it's showing on suppor.boatlifestyle but till they did not yet dispatched my replacement product I've been told on 2nd October that replacement product will be dispatched in 5 business days but still they did not even dispatched to me as in case I've registered my warranty claim on 21 September 2020 and it's been almost 20 days I did not get them back even after sending multiple emails and queries they didn't even updated my ticket status since 2nd October. . please give me some updates on my ticket no 1566502

    Shweta kanwar bought boat rockers 255f pro earphones on 11/7/2020 with order id - od[protected]. this product came under 1 yr warranty. my earphones is not working from last few days as i put it on charge the blue and red light start blinking continuously. it's not able to paired with mobile. i am attaching the original bill of it. look into this matter and resolve it asap.

        Ticket no: 1514427. Registered warranty complaint on 9/9/2020. I sent them my earphones for replacement and it reached the destination on 21/9/2020. On 25/9/2020 the status changed to replaced product dispacthing in 5 business days. Today is 8/10/2020 still i didn’t receive my replacement.

            I ordered boat wired headsets on July 6, 2020 and i received the parcel almost after ten days and the same day i have raised the return request and it returned to the delivery person(from xpressbees) on 29th July 2020, now it's been more than two months still i didn't get any response regarding my refund and i have called to customer care support and i have raised many mails regarding it, but none of them was responded.I would like to know the status of my refund or the approximate time that they will gonna take to refund my money.

              Hello,

              I have registered a complaint on boat on 08 sep 2020. Ticket no is 1518014.

              On 15 sep 2020, service center received my product for servicing and but the problem is i did not get any status from boat that when i get back my product after replacement.
              I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
              When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

                I bought boat earphones and they had some defect so i registered a complaint. Its been moe than a month since day and the last status update was on 23rd september that they will be dispatching the replaced product within 5 business days but its still not done.
                I have talked twice to their customer execustives but they are also not helping

                  Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 16th september, 21st september, 25th sepember, 2nd october and 7th october after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

                  I had registered complaint on 7th sepember with a ticket number 1507975. The product was collected from me on 8th september and the service center received on 11th of sepetember, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 16th they agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
                  Till now i didn't receive my product,
                  I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails

                      Hi,

                      I purchased boat rockerz 255 head phone from amazon on 15 oct'19. It's still under warranty. It has stopped working since last month. I visited the service center in Pune today but not received good support. In fact Service center experience was really bad. I met with Mr Kamal and post inspecting the headphone he told me that there is a gap in the part where battery is placed, hence it has drained out and can't be replaced even though it is under warranty. I am really frustrated as it has taken me more than an hour to reach service center which is a risk in this Covid situation.

                      I can confirm that this gap exist since the time it is delivered and there is no physical damage. To me it's a manufacturing defect, refer attached photo of the same.

                      Mr Kamal asked me to send a mail to customer care with the photo of the defect and then company will arrange the return.

                      Request you to please support me in replacing the product. Screenshot and invoice attached.

                          I bought boat airdopes 311 v2 on 12th march 2020 and the product stopped working after a month but due to lockdown the return replacement was not issued.in the month of august i filed a replacement for my product as the earphones have 1 year warranty and the product was picked up by ther delivery partner comapny named delhivery and after picking the product the complaint was closed with3 days and they didnt even bothered to return my prouct and didnt even respond to my complaint, so i again filed a complaint on the official website of boat (Imagine marketing pvt ltd) and they again placed a pickup for my product (Which i akready gave in previous pickup) and then they again closed my complaint ticket no.1545685 and i am been harrses by the delivery partners to not file complaint against any of the company.

                            Hello,

                            I have registered a complaint on boat on 23 sep 2020. Ticket no is 1573023.

                            On 30 sep 2020, service center received my product for servicing and But the problem is I did not get any status from Boat that when I get back my product after replacement.
                            I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
                            When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

                              Sir, this is Surya from Chennai. I have sent my headphones Boat Airdopes 382 ( Active black ) for warranty claim on 6th September 2020 ( Ticket number:1502466) as because one side touch of my headphones was not working. And it went to the concerned authorities on 17th of September and the status was "Replacement product issued" as of 23rd September. It's 6th of October 2020, today it's been a month it went to service from my hand I didn't receive any kind of messages regarding the status of my headphones. So, kindly make sure i get my headphones soon and I want to know what's the status of it, even your customer care team is always kinda engaged and no one picks up the call . Kindly, update me the status of it and make it possible to send it to me as soon as possible. I'm really concerned about my product.

                                  The status of ticket number 1535908 is showing that the replacement product will be dispatched in 5 days, it's more than that I still didn't get the tracking details and it's been months since my product has been picked up. Please do the needful asap .

The product was collected from me on 11th September and the service center received on 19th of September, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 26th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement

                                      I have purchased a earphone oct last year it has one year warranty.. and after sometime one side earphone is not working
                                      So i go to boat website and register a complain on July 17, 2020
                                      And then they picked up earphone by Delhivery
                                      With tracking no.[protected] on July 31, 2020
                                      And from then i have called them and email them there is no response from their side..

                                      After so much of wait 2 days i got connected to customer care from boAt and he is saying your complaint is deleted ...

                                        I have returned my boat rockerz 255 to the courier boy because is in warranty and it's almost a month it does not dispatch for delivery.
                                        In complent tracking the status is showing me that replacement product issued, but now it is not showing any updates and the replacement product should have to be reached me many days earlier but it doesn't dispatched yet...
                                        Please help me with that return my replacement quickly...
