This is Surya from Chennai, Vadapalani. I have claimed warranty for the product Boat Airdopes 383(Active Black) from BOAT.COM[protected] with ticket number- 1502466 . I got the replacement courier today[protected] by around noon 12:45pm, which was delivered by Xpressbees(Tracking ID:[protected] courier person Named Mathew. Once when i got from him i asked my brother to capture a video regarding this and i opened it, where the box was EMPTY with a Type-C charging cable . I have been waiting for Past 2 Months for my headphones is this the way i receive my product. I just don't know what to do, i need my Headphones by this coming Monday[protected] otherwise i must take some action against this kinda response from a reputed brand like Boat, But i didn't expect this kind of thing from your side i can't able to bare this .I have attached the Unboxing video with this, Kindly do the needful as soon as possible .

    Ticket number- 908965 I have ordered cable from Amazon and it had 2 years warranty. Cable stopped working in few months. I registered complaint and delivery boy picked up my old cable and they shipped new cable but courier partner didn't delivered new cable and instead he returned the cable to boat. And since I'm asking boat to send me my new cable but they have even deleted my ticket number and I can't reach on their given number [protected]. It shows always this line is busy. And neither they update my ticket number 908965 now they send me new cable.

        I got message for reverse pickup on 16th Oct and the guy didn't come and just updated that consignee was not available. This is rubbish and that guy is not picking my call..he didn't even called once for confirmation

                Dear Sir/Mam
                I purchased my rockerz 235 V2 bluetooth headphones from. Flipkart on 05-Sep-20 vide Invoice No: FADZDW[protected].
                Just after 15 days o[censored]sing right side stopped working then I visited service centre on 14- October-20 to get this replaced with new one and the replacement which I got seems to be old one and had a scratch on the bodies when I asked about is it new one it was assured by representative that this is new one when I showe the scratches on the body they replied with a harsh tone that company provides us the same headsets which we usually provide to the customer. Though I accept it but when I return home and check it the battery was draining very fast and there was a battery issue in this headset as it was cleared that headset which I got in lieu of replacement was not a new one though it was a faulty and old one which was repaired and handed over to me by service centre.
                This incident really shocks me as I had a complete trust on brand like a boat and now what I feel they are betraying with customer.
                Now I want my amount to be refunded or get this replaced with a new one headset.

                  I have filed a complaint in June claiming my headhones not working. I have bought 2 headphones and both were not working, so given them for replacement. I have been given 1 headphone and other not given, inspite of writing infinite mails and complaints no repsonse. No proper support, and i feel the customer is cheated in this indian market by these companies. Kindly take strict legal action against them.

                    It's been almost 65 to 75 days I sent my blooth earphones. They approved my replacement in 1st week of August. I didn't received my earphones yet. I reached customer service hundreds of time. I reached customer service of delivery partner xpressbee also both are worst service. Not responding and not capable of solving problems. They always take excuse of pandamic lock down in some areas and reply me with we working with 30% staff. Even if they working with 30% of staff. Dose it really take almost 3 months of time to replace my product. Very very bad experience. I never buy boat products again.such a worst experience and worst organization.

                        I have claimed warranty for boat headphones... they picked it up in time but the product is in transit for more than 20 days now and hasn't reached the service hub yet... I don't know why these companies offer warranty when they cannot provide better services to the customer...

                          I made a replacement request of boat 431 Bluetooth earphone red color on Sep 18 2020 and reached at service center on 5th Oct 2020. after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 25 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1556229. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

                              I made a replacement request of boat rockerz 255 pro bluetooth earphone on 1/10/2020 and reached at service center on 5/10/2020 And last status shown on ticket number - 1602628 that "replacement product issued" on 7/10/2020, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update.                                 I have replaced my product on 9 june 2020 and the pick up was done within one week but till now I haven't received my boat rockerz 255. My ticket number is 1164607. And everytime I try to reach boat customer care service they don't pick up.

                                  I've submitted my Airpods off Boat blue colour on 8th September...and I registered complaint on website and I got token and they took my old airpods and gave replacement of product but till now i didint get them and customer care isn't working and also email id too ...I want response from company and I live in vijayawada

                                    Dear SIr/Madam,

                                    My product complaint is defined as replacement issue by Boat service. the replacement Product despatch to me at my address on 16 Oct 2020.
                                    After inspection of recieved product, I found dublicate product and also the colour and product quality is different. Its look like scam in invoice it's written as blue colour but I got black and the material of the product is also different. Please check and give me update about this complaint. Hence I will return this product.
                                    If not possible to solve then please give my money back. I don't want to be one customer of this fake boat company.

                                    I request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                        I have purchased Boat Rockerz 600 from Lamington Rd, Mumbai 8 or 9 months back. Unfortunately the invoice got lost and I don't remember now from which exact store I have purchased it from Lamington Rd now (because of corona issue and there are similar shops), I have mentioned this in my ticket and found below status from Boat:-

                                        1 19 September 2020 Invoice provided is not a valid invoice
                                        2 19 September 2020 Pending. It will get updated within. 2 business days.

                                        I have shared product box details for them to track serial number and etc.,

                                        Now Boat is not replying me at all and also no body is responding on their customer care number.

                                        Today is 21st Oct. 2020. Till date no response from boAt customer support. Request you to please guide me in such situation.
